While it was a short stay, everything was clean, well stocked and made the stay enjoyable. Would recommend and will try to stay here again.

My husband and I came to Key West to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Ken's Studio was perfect. We knew it was small going in and so that didn't bother us. The location is outstanding as it is within walking distance of Duval Street and easy bike rides to the beach. The bikes were great for getting around KW, we rode them all over. The beach supplies (cooler, umbrella, chairs, snorkel equipment) were very much appreciated as well. Ken was an excellent host and was very good at communicating with us and answering our questions. He also had many great suggestions as to where to eat, drink and visit. We will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we visit Key West.

Ken's place is awesome. Between the included use of two bikes to putt around town, the perfect location (close enough to walk to Duval, but still away from the craziness), the spotless room and bath, ice cold A/C unit, comfy bed, and well apportioned mini kotched...I can't imagine a better deal in Key West. My fiance and I had a blast for our week there. Ken was amazing as well in his communication and helpfulness with the area. Hope we can stay whenever our next trip to KW comes!

My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. First off the communication with Ken was amazing. Always got back to me right away. The property was very clean and just what was needed. Location. Was amazing and having the bikes was awesome. We rode them all over. Would definitely rent here again.

Place was vary clean and exactly as stated no issue at all with the room, the only thing that could use some attention is the bikes and pad lock to them. Otherwise awesome stay.

Ken's place was exactly what we were looking for: Clean, quiet, and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Old Town Key West. Although the unit is compact, Ken has included many amenities that made our stay enjoyable: beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, etc. The full-size FREE washer and dryer in the building made it possible for us to pack with only carry-on luggage- a huge bonus! Unless you're planning to spend hours in your room instead of getting out and about and enjoying Key West, Ken's place is perfect!

What a great place! Ken was a fantastic host, told us everything we needed to know and was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Having the bikes as an option made it easy to get around and super fun. Would highly recommend as an option for your next Key West getaway.

The room is small but perfect for two. Great amenities like bikes and pool. Everything you need for a great time in the middle of the action but not so close you cannot relax. We will be back!

This property is close to everything and quite walkable. Our unit was very small. It would have been better listed for a single person.

For Key West, this was an affordable option in light of what other places cost to stay. There are fees in addition to the base cost but that is everywhere. This was a good value overall. Room is small but adequate for a single person or couple. Nice sized bathroom. Room was clean. Small pool out back was nice. Easy access to Duval, Southernmost Point etc. We did wish that there was some coffee provided with the coffee maker.

Our stay was one night. Easy walking distance to everything on duval and surrounding streets. Everything was clean and efficient in the room.

Well equipped (Coffee pot, toaster oven, hot plate, etc.) and clean unit. If you are planning a stay, be aware the unit is small, but you have room to move. Walking distance to Duval and Southern most point. Little further to Malory Square but doable. Great communication with manager, very helpful and fast responses! 4 stars for neighborhood are just because it seems a little sketchy, but really isn't. Quiet and had no issues.

The unit was quite small, however, for the size of the unit Ken has thought of everything. There were bike helmets, laundry detergent ,lawn chairs, kitchen supplies , books and suntan lotions etc.

We stayed at Ken's place to visit Key West for the first time. The place was very clean and well organized. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. We didn't cook in the studio but we certainly could have! Instead we enjoyed the many great restaurants that were right down the street! The location itself is amazing and you are very close to all that Key West has to offer. We walked everywhere from the unit and visited the lighthouse, Hemingway house and Ft Zachary Taylor park and beach. Ken even provided chairs and bikes. The pool area was nice although it was too cool for a swim. We did enjoy sitting outside in the afternoons. Thank you Ken for being a great host and the wonderful recommendations!

My husband and I made a trip to the Keys for our 15th wedding anniversary. We wanted a place in Old Town Key West for a day to make it easy to explore. This was perfect! It was adorable and very clean. Great location and Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach! We highly recommend!

Walking distance to all the fun

Honestly, I have not met a host yet who has gone over and beyond with providing documentation and clear instructions. Ken also make himself available to answer any question. Ken sent a great list of things to see, restaurants to eat at and bars to hop. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. But since the location was great, it didn’t take me very long to dodge the rain between going to different spots. I also enjoyed the bikes. Especially the bike ride to the beach. My only issue was with some of the noise but that was outside of his control. The walls are thin. And the suite next-door decided to have their TV very loud all night long. The outdoor space was great and very convenient to the room. The amenities in the room gave me everything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location

Painfully small room. We enjoyed our stay but would prefer a place where you can get out of both sides of the bed.

When we go to Key West we hardly spend any time in our room and don’t need much so this studio was just what we were looking for. Great location and walkable to all our favorite haunts. Reasonable price for Key West. It is very small but was very clean and had most everything needed. Pool was nice but pretty cool. Ken was quick to respond with any questions. Overall good experience

The location was perfect. Off of a busy street, but close to all the action. They had bikes and everything you would need for your stay. The pool in the back was quiet and charming. We were pleased with the cleanliness and even though the room was small it was perfect as we only were there to sleep. The bathroom was updated and very nice. Definitely would recommend especially for the price.

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to Duvall street, this is an affordable and wonderful place to stay! The swimming pool and bikes made this even better. Deserves 6 out of 5 stars!

LOVED this studio. Location was amazing. Studio was perfect size for us as honeymoon/newlyweds! Adorable, clean and quaint.

The room is clean and small but stocked with so many things including bikes, beach chairs, soft side cooler, beach towels. There is also a little kitchen with fridge, Keurig, toaster oven and a hot plate. The area seemed very safe and a few minute walk to Duval. The host reached out several times and provided all info needed. Super easy to work with! This is a great place!
