Room not as advertised. Crowded, noisy. Poor levels of hygiene / cleaning. Staff tried to overcharge, adding additional fees - the "Booking.com charge"

location is very good with close access to many places of tourist interest like humayuns tomb, lotus temple, quoting minar, railway station etc

rooms a little dated, could do with a more updated makeover, although staff were very kind and considerate so that made up for the decor

Location

Room was very small and no lift for 4th floor

Only thing we were happy with this room was the staffs who always wanted to help us and did their best to make us comfortable. And the location of the hotel which is near to the Railway station.

The photos shown while booking the room were taken when the Hotel was new. But the reality is not at all matching them. The room was not at all clean and we had to sleep with cockroaches.

Very dirty

I have never ever stayed in such a hopeless hotel in my 53 years of life. I trust booking.com but I wonder how can company like booking com take their vendor such a cheap hotel it's not even worth rs 500 they don't even have western camode . They offered Indian toilet .there is no lift and the rooms are in 3rd floor. The area is such that even auto can't enter inside.such horrific experience never use booking.com in my life again

Nothing to like about this hotel and if some one likes anything about this hotel I wil become your slave for ever

Charged 600 more than online price displayed when i booked room on booking. Com, and condition of bath room was very bad
