The whole stay was wonderful. As soon as he walked in the door, my 14-year-old son let out an audible gasp as he loved the unit and the view. The complex is a smaller development which is nice as it means you can get to know the other guests very easily in the lawn area or by the pool. free coffee is provided every morning and your only steps from the beach. Management was super responsive to any questions and the location is fantastic. this particular area of sugar beach is good for swimming and paddle boarding but not really a snorkeling location. I picked this spot as it is centrally located and makes going to Kapalua Bay or doing the road to Hana very accessible. The unit itself was very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. There are lots of chairs, noodles, snorkels and goggles available for public use as you had to the beach. under our bed there was two additional beach chairs and an umbrella. it is a compact 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit but there is still plenty of room for four people. The upstairs bedroom is on a loft which is open to the downstairs. You might want to grab the "non-master" suite downstairs that has a door if you're going to be having sexy time ;) I rented paddle boards which you get for 24 hours which is more than enough time so if you make friends with somebody in the complex early on you can either split the cost with them or share the paddle boards with everybody. The parking lot is a little bit tight but manageable. A+

This was our 1st time staying in unit B5 and it did not disappoint . The unit was well maintained and had everything we needed for our family of 4. We love having lots of lounge chairs out by the beach to enjoy relaxing and reading while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset . From the quiet and beautiful sugar beach to the well maintained grounds it is one of our favourite places to vacation and it will certainly not be our last time here .

The balcony was small, so we enjoyed sunrises with our morning coffees in the common patio area. Other than that we didn’t spend a lot of time there because there were larger families who often had someone loudly speaking to family back home on speakerphone calls which was not pleasant to listen to. The beach out front was nice to look at but we preferred driving to swim at other beaches that had clearer water with less rocks. The pool was smaller than expected and not enticing so we didn’t use it. We rarely saw on-site staff and when we stopped in to ask for some snorkel recommendations she wasn’t very helpful. It was convenient having some beach equipment that was within the unit, though would have been nice to have unit-reserved folding beach chairs as the common area shared ones were tired and rusted with broken straps.

The condo was beautiful and afforded us separation from the girls with their bed and bath downstairs and our upstairs. The condo had air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and updated baths and kitchen. There was also a laundry room which was nice to have. The condo was right on the beach, and there was a cooler and umbrella in the closet for beach use, also many communal pool floaties which many people used taking their young children to the pool.

We enjoyed the condo very much, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of beach towels, and anything you may need for an afternoon enjoying the beach. Kitchen was stocked very well with everything you may need to cook a meal. Air conditioning was a major plus for us ! We slept very good and had wonderful views to wake up to each morning. This is a central location for many activities throughout Maui. Some of my favourite days include staying at the condo, and just enjoying the beach, ocean swims, and reclining in the lanai area. We had a wonderful week at B5!!! First off we loved where it’s located! Not too busy but within walking distance from food and fun!!! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The owners were very helpful and answered all my many questions!!☺️ We loved the beach and lawn area!!! Great overall!!!

Perfect property Love the decor Beach is quiet but nice

The condo was nice, loved the art. We found everything we needed. However, we arrived during a huge rainstorm and there was a flash flood during the night. The entire property was covered in mud, no TV or internet. Beach access destroyed by mud, swimming pool and patio flooded. We were on 2nd level so no flooding in our condo. Management worked hard to get things cleaned up. We understand how the storm issues were overwhelming and a lot of work for managers. After the 3rd day I spoke with Connie, manager and thanked them for their efforts and asked if there was a possibility of financial reimbursement as still no TV, internet, pool or beach access. She said we should just leave and would be reimbursed at a later date. She was not helpful at all. We stayed our week and did get beach access the last 2 days. We were never contacted by manage, no updates etc. we enjoyed the condo, it was small but met all our needs.

We visit Maui yearly to spend time with family who live on the island , and this property hidden gem!!!The condo was beautifully decorated with a pleasant and contemporary style. The location was absolutely amazing, and the beautiful beach was so minimally crowded, it felt private. The place is well stocked with everything you would need, and there are a TON of communal beach and pool equipment available for everyone at the condo to share.
