10 out of 10 would recommend!! Condo was exceptionally clean and cozy!! Sarah (owner) gave detailed instructions/information for our stay and was super easy to communicate with! There is a very small tv in the living room/kitchen area that my husband wished was bigger but that’s a man for ya! The condo was doing maintenance on 1 of the 2 elevators for both towers which caused a line at times but nothing horrible. I think I overheard on the condo workers saying they should be fixed by May. Overall great experience! Owners thought of everything!

Our stay here was great. There was no check-in or check-out at the hotel ( which is really good). The condo was very clean, well stocked. Furniture was comfortable. The parking was convenient. We will stay here again.

Great little setup. The bed and pillows were GREAT, so comfortable. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The sunrises!!

This condo was perfection. Communication with the owner was seamless. Well ahead of check in, i had all the information i needed to make the check in, the stay, and the check out a breeze. The condo is newly redecorated and it shows!! Impeccably clean!!! Yay!! Every single light fixture worked!! The layout is great and the 2 steps down into the kitchen/living room make it feel even bigger. Excellent shower water pressure, gorgeous pale blue cabinets throughout, love the granite in the kitchen and bathroom and that backsplash is great! The king sized bed is SO comfortable and theres a big TV in the bedroom. Shutter blinds that open from the bedroom into the kitchen mean that if you want to, you can almost literally wake up looking over at the ocean. There was actually enough table room, plenty of sitting space, a full sized fridge and a double stove burner. The entire condo beautifully decorated and very clean. Sarah has amazing attention to detail...we had every little thing you could think of, available...shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, hair dryer, paper towels, dish soap, fluffy towels, extra pillows, etc... My husband and i fell in love with this place and will definitely be back!

Sarah has an amazing condo that offers everything you need. The condo was clean, well stocked, even though we were out more than in. The ocean view is amazing, the sunrise is beautiful!!! The communication with Sarah was wonderful, parking was great as well. It rained while we were there, but still able to be on the beach afterward. Would recommend for a wonderful time to spend with your significant other.

When I was searching for a place to stay in NMB for the entire month of February, I was attracted to this condominium by the reviews of both the condo itself, as well as the owner, Sarah. With over 250 outstanding reviews, I made a quick decision and couldn’t have been any happier. I started writing a lengthy review, but honestly, I couldn’t write it any better than the description that Sarah has listed on the website. The only thing I can add is please do not hesitate to book with Sarah as this condo is truly absolutely amazing!!! Thank you, Sarah for being such a wonderful host and for treating me to an absolutely fantastic vacation. I am already planning for next year and hoping you will allow me to return.

Wonderful few days out of town.

The condo is located in an accessible area to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. The cleanliness of the condo was impeccable, stocked, smelled fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in and checkout so easy and hassle free. The property owners listing is described well. The view is wonderful! We will be returning!!!

I have stayed in this condo and it keeps getting better. The owner really takes care of her units and her guest. Sarah is the best 👌.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days. This location was perfect! It was clean and cozy with picture perfect sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. Sarah was very responsive to my texts and questions. She was a great host. We can’t wait to come back!

This property worked great for our long weekend! The view from the balcony is great. Only complaint is that the building is old and needs some updates to the main areas. They are working on the elevators (only one working while we were there), which is good, because the remaining one wasn't great and sometimes the lines to get on were long. Parking was easy and access to the beach and pools were good too. Great visit!

Our hostess Sarah was AWESOME!! She gave us EVERYTHING needed and communicated every time I needed assistance. Our condo was very nice and the view was incredible. The difficulty we experienced was with the Resort itself. There was a broken elevator which made it VERY difficult to go where we needed to go, the indoor pool wasn't working, ONLY one of the outdoor pools was heated. The other pools were FREEZING. The vines and trees were overgrown going to and from the beach, And finally, there was a SEWAGE smell around the only pool that was heated. It made our stay very disappointing. I feel badly for Sarah because she did an excellent job with her Condo, but I'm sure she can't help the condition of the Resort itself.

Immaculately clean. All the amenities you need for your stay. Games and books to help you relax. Beautiful view of the ocean. The towels were the softest I’ve ever used. Great local to pretty much everything. 5 stars all around!!

This is our second time staying in this North Myrtle Beach condo building. It's an old building but has been kept modern and clean. It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Lots of challenging golf courses near by.

This property was exactly as described in the listing and our family of 4 could not have been happier. The unit was clean and comfortable. The overall resort had wonderful pool and beach access. Cannot wait to book again for next summer!

The property was exactly as described and very clean. The walk to the beach was a breeze and the pools didn’t feel too crowded (even in the middle of July). The AC, hot water, and all creature comforts worked perfectly. Note that there is clearly no oven (a point I missed when booking through no one’s fault but my own since it’s apparent in the photos) but there is a stove top, microwave, toaster, etc. In sum, we would definitely stay at this property again.
