La limpieza y el baño. Cuando llegamos la habitación olía a pintura.

Ubicación a 15 min caminando de old Quarter , atm 24/7 a sólo 2 minutos caminando, cafés y restaurantes cerca, cuarto con buen espacio y cama confortable , ducha independiente , buena info sobre restaurantes y cafés en todo Hanoi con precios; también tips sobre Hanoi , caja de seguridad, sobres de café Vietnamese, el staff muy amigable y servicial, buen aire acondicionado y funcionando perfecto.

Wi-fi no funcionaba todo el tiempo y se iba la conexión en varios momentos, de resto en general todo estuvo bien.

One of the best place in Hanoi for this price. In my room air conditioner worked really bad and manager relocated me to the superior room and gave fruits as a compensation. Really cool and cozy place.

Everything was perfect, except the noisy street outside

The staff was very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. They responded to my early check-in request too. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and so were the bed and the room. The location is excellent. Hanoi's only sleepless street, and many neighboring restaurants made it a very central place to explore around.

It was a slightly small room compared to most rooms, and the lack of the view made it a bit less enjoyable to stay inside.

Excellent location, nice cold air conditioning that allowed me to pretend to live in Finland, hot shower, friendly staff, nice little desk, decent bed, and solid WiFi. Great that I could check in 1AM.

Super friendly and helpful staff at a superb location in the city.

Free upgrade ! And they can speak English better in a lot of places !! But on the first night we only had sheets of a blanket.... Freezing me!! The next day I asked them to get a thick blanket ! Much better !!!! And have hot water ! The locations are very nice !

Excellent location, walking distance to several museums, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi train station. Staff were very friendly and spoke English well. They were kind enough to store our bags for the day after checking out and let us shower and hang out in the lobby before our night train. Clean rooms, powerful AC. Would definitely return!

Located near the central station, which was convenient for me because I could easily take the 86 bus to the airport early in the morning.

I only stayed a couple of hours but the room wasn’t fully equipped with towels.

The lights were in unusual spots so no I couldn’t find them to turn the toilets on. And I wasn’t supplied with any towels. The lift only takes you half way then you need to carry your luggage up another flight of stairs. (I was only the second level.
