Clean, quiet, and beautiful view of the ocean! Love being able to see the pool from the corner balcony! Great place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying here. Celebrating our 45th Anniversary. The condo has a great roomy wraparound balcony with comfy chairs. Master Bed was wonderful as well as the master bathroom shower with multiple heads. The electric couch in living room was also a plus. Watching dolphins and the ocean from the balcony was very relaxing!!!! Many great restaurants to eat nearby!!!

The views from the corner condo were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfy couches and beds. Coffee sunrises in the morning on the screened porch and walks on the shore at sunset were amazing. We enjoyed swimming out to the sand bar and watching dolphins play and finding all kinds of shells. Johns Pass has everything for food, fishing and souvenirs. Found treasures at the “Chicken Church” (Church by the Sea) thrift store. It was a fantastic family vacation!

We had a large group. 4 groups rented at this location. Loved the easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants. Would definitely stay again

This was our first time to Madeira and I have to say we will be back. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed for the beach- towels, chairs, toys and much more. It also had plenty of kitchen items to use. Loved that it had games for the kids and a few kid items. The balcony was also very spacious and had great views of the sunset and beach. We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Nice quiet condo with a great view. The beach was clean and the building was in a not too busy area. Madeira beach is a great town. Owner called us on the first then we met his brother and sister in law - they own a unit on the third floor- nice people and they always were genuinely interested in making sure we were enjoying our stay. Absolutely would rent this unit again.

Amenities were perfect. The owner met our every need. The condo, pool and beach were beautiful . Close to Johns Pass with so much to enjoy.

My selection criteria this year was the outdoor space & comfortable furniture. My wishes were met! Furniture was comfortable inside & out. We had everything we needed, felt safe & secure, appreciated the space, nicely stocked cabinets, soft sheets, nice towels, great temp control, great exhaust fans, great showers, etc There's a Caddy's accessible via short walk on the beach. The only negative was the weather - it was windy! lol The host was very caring, communications great!

Amazing property and even better host. The property was just as described and location is perfect. Host was very helpful with any accommodations you could need or to answer any questions you may have even checked in mid way through the week.

Well equipped- kitchen! Also greatly appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were available. Nice location- close to beach and John’s Pass! We loved the screen porch but would have liked to be able to open or close the screens. Would definitely stay again!!

Condo was perfect could use some updates but the place was great will def stay again! Plenty of things to do close by and the beach was awesome! Plenty of beach chairs and towels,coolers and beach toys! Loved our stay!

The condo was booked September 24-October 1st 2022 by my 82 yo mother who is in hospice care and is from St Pete. She wanted to enjoy the beach one last time this side of heaven. She was able to use it on Sunday before a mandatory evacuation was ordered because of Hurricane Ian. Neither the owners or VRBO were willing to refund her any of her money. As you can imagine we are terribly disappointed and will not be staying there again or booking with VRBO. Also, the condo had an old dirty odor to it.

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it! It is extremely comfortable and homey. the area is close to everything. I'm sure we will be coming back again.

501 is a beautiful condo with spectacular views, it's very well stocked with everything you can think of and things that you don't. The only issue we had was we were traveling with my 89 yr old mother and the elevator broke down 2 days in a row apparently it overheated and stopped. The first night it was just a couple of hours but the 2nd afternoon it was through the night and we left in the morning and it still wasn't fixed. Other than that everything was great, communicating with Gid was quick and easy.

Our condo was clean and well-stocked! The beach toys, chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. It was also amazing to have beach towels to use! We really appreciated the level of cleanliness in the condo! My mom stayed in a different unit in Villa Madeira and it was not nearly as clean. We wanted for nothing! Thanks!

Beautiful views! Perfect for large family/groups. Dining options within walking distance & short drive. Condo was mostly clean. There was some trash pickup throughout condo, folded 2 loads of towels & what was tossed in the hall closet, and swept up sand by the dryer. The washer has mildew & gunk on the softener container & dryer vent is full of flint. Tried to get most of it out. There was no cleaning products for us to take care of this. The iron leaked water & had exposed cord that shocked me, but owner responded, situation handled. Thin walls. We could hear family of 7 small kids above us racing through their condo day & night. I’d say the elevator is the worst part, but uncontrollable as 6 floors are using it. It’s very slow & got stuck between floors once. It shook when I was alone in it. Overall we would definitely recommend this place and would rent again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Villa Madeira 501. The corner unit provided some beautiful views and a nice breeze. the kitchen was organized and bedding comfortable. I would definitely stay in this condo again,

We have stayed at this condo a number of times and have never been disappointed. Kitchen is stocked better than any other condo we have ever been at. Love the lanai and had plenty of nice furniture on it too

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. That view and wrap around balcony alone is priceless. The master bed was super comfortable, plenty of storage for clothes and the master shower amazing too. The kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the plethora of sand toys, chairs, etc. We may have purchase a few toys/floaties and added them to the collection…hope that’s ok! The couches were so comfortable, especially for the day we had a sick kiddo and had to take the day off from the beach and snuggle/rest. The game cupboard also came in handy when we needed some low key time. We ventured out on a few excursions (water park, John’s pass, etc), but honestly our favorite memories made we’re at the beach and pool. Such incredible sunsets. Gid was also super responsive and great to work with! Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home away from home with us.
