Great place to stay. Loved it. Easy access to the beach. Pool was great addition. Had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

My best friend and I brought our daughters here for a girls beach trip! The beach condo was exactly as listed and more! We were super impressed with the location…it really is a 3 minute walk to the beach! Debbie was great to work with especially when we requested to modify our booking and when we had a small hiccup with check in on our first night. We loved every minute of our stay and we can’t wait to come back in the future!

This was a great place to stay, clean, great location, and if we had an issue with something they got it fixed right away.

This property has become one of our favorites! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is as described. The townhome was immaculate when we arrived. It is well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and rooms are specious. The pool is just across the parking lot and the beach is a short walk. Designated parking in front of the unit is a plus. Navarre Beach is a beautiful beach town. Thank you for all of your attention to detail.

The property was just as described and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The pool is pretty much right across from the unit and the beach is just a very short walk. You will need to bring an umbrella and chairs or rent them. The only adult chairs at the property were old and very rusty. I know most of that stuff is left by previous renters and not normally provided by the property but most places do have an abundance of it. Mrs Debbie was amazing and very attentive. She responded promptly to every message I sent her. The only issue I had was the air conditioning (and I didn’t bother to report it, as our stay was only 3 nights) we were never able to get the unit comfortably cool. The upstairs during the night was very warm, a considerable difference than downstairs. Overall we had a great stay and would stay in F30 again.

We had such a great time! The townhouse is perfect for families and Debbie is an amazing host! She responded quickly to any need we had. The beds are comfortable and nice. Only thing that I would change is to have a keurig or something similar for coffee. Also, if you have a beach wagon to use for the beach, don't bother bringing it. There's too many steps on the deck leading to the beach to use it.You'd have to have help carrying it up the steps if it's loaded up. We were there for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be back!!

The townhouse was well worth the price. Plenty of room for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). Very close to the beach and very well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We just left the condo this morning, and we are so bummed to be headed home. The beach is amazing, and Debbie’s condo is just what it needs to be for the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort. The distance to the beach from the condo is literally just steps. I didn’t realize how close it was until we walked the first time. Walk down the sidewalk past several other condos, turn the corner and there’s the beach access. You pass the pool on the way, which was my kids’ favorite spot to hit on the way back after the beach. Debbie has thought of just about everything in the condo. We enjoyed cooking at the condo the majority of the time. It was super clean upon arrival, and the master bedroom was so comfortable to sleep in. We have never been to the same place twice on vacation, but this may be our first revisit.

The property was just as described. It was spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want to cook during your stay. The owner was great to work with, very responsive and even let us know there was a storm headed in. The beach was absolutely beautiful. So happy to have lifeguards as the rip tides were rolling in. The pool is a bit small for the size of the complex, but we picked our times to swim when it was less crowded. My grandkids had a wonderful time! Will visit again for sure.

Nice quiet place.

The check in and communication was great. Few candy wrappers under the beds but overall it’s very clean. Lots of toys for the pool and beach. Bed in the master was very comfortable.

This was the perfect location and size for our group of 4. Loved that we could walk to the pier and restaurants without fighting traffic. Easy access to beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place at Sugar Beach. The unit was clean and just as pictured with all we needed during the week. The beds were very comfy, the towels so soft, the kitchen stocked with basics, and the storage on the patio with pool/beach items was great. Our family loved staying here with easy access to the beach and the pool. We can’t wait to come visit again!

Our family of 5 stayed here and absolutely loved it. We bounced from the gorgeous beach to the heated pool every day we were there. She has fun sand toys for the kids to use on the beach, some chairs for the adults, etc. We cooked most of our meals while there, and she had everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We will be going back!

My daughter, son, and I had a great time. We needed a break from a very snowy winter and unhurried time together. We will be back and hope we can stay here again!

Very clean, well stocked, thoughtful touches, fantastic location, comfortable beds, and zero complaints. I had a couple of questions and reached out through the website. The entire condominium is wonderfully decorated, spacious, and Debbie, the owner, has provided absolutely everything a guest might need for a comfortable and relaxing time in Navarre. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was in order and updated. My husband also enjoyed the patio area where he could wheel his fishing gear in the back and look at the day's catch. By far, one of the best places to stay yet in Navarre.

This condo is cute. I have stayed at several in Sugar Beach. This one had a different set up than the others as it only had one shower. The decor was nice. It was well stocked. The thermostat kept adjusting itself so that did make the first night hot but we got it figured out. The dryer didn't really work but we only washed our towels and just hung them on the patio to dry. The pull out bed worked well. The movie library was a great addition. Check in and check out time was different than the listing. It was fine since we didn't arrive till later anyways and planned to leave early. The walk to the beach is really convenient and the pool is also conveniently located across from the condo.

Well keep place would rent again

We stayed Monday-Saturday and it was a great time! Plenty to see and do, and even when we stayed in for the night we had a blast! The property is very nice and cozy!
