My family and I enjoyed our stay. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of seven. The location to the pool and beach were very convenient. The short access time to Wilmington made activities easy to get to. The USS North Carolina Battleship is a must see as well as the Bellamy Mansion. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness. There were hairs in the bathroom and the bedspreads and mattress covers were not washed. After washing them ourselves we felt more comfortable.

We easily cooked breakfasts every day and two dinners as the kitchen was was well equipped. The beds were all comfortable with no sag. Bathrooms could use an update and showers are tight but otherwise perfect. We would rate 4.5 out of 5. Would definitely consider staying here again next year!

Condo is dated and worn, but easily accommodated our extended family of 15 for dinner and games. Although not oceanfront, easily accessible for walks on the beach and sitting by the pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans. Add blow dryer to list of items guests should bring. Chelsey at front desk was very helpful and informative at the front desk when we checked in.

I like that there was enough seating in the living area for all of us to gather. We received the wrong keys and had to call maintenance, who came quickly, changed our lock and gave us a new key to get into the building. He also helped get the televisions working as the instructions in the condo are incorrect. Once the initial keys and Tv situations were corrected, everything else ran smoothly.

The pool is actually larger than it appeared in the photos. The only trouble we had was with the keys to the unit with some not working in all the locks needed. I think the directions on how to enter the unit need to be a little clearer as well. We arrived at night after the office had closed, tired from a long drive and in the middle of a storm, so if we had been able to arrive during office hours, we wouldn't have had issues. But once we were in, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again.

Pool is great. Carpets need cleaning. Nicely stocked.

Since this was our 13th consecutive stay in this unit, we were disappointed that the ice maker wasn’t labeled to not use. When we plugged it in, as in past years, it began to generate dirty ice. It is located on a beautiful beach with excellent security, stunning amenities, and great views of sun up and sunset. This was a great location for a family reunion. Great restaurants, fishing, beach combing, and the nearby turtle hospital are worthwhile attractions.

Master Bed mattress was so old it sunk severely in the middle you almost needed a ladder to get out of it. Impossible for 2 adults to share the king bed. The children's room with the 2 twin beds was flea invested and they were bitten all over. The first thing you notice when you walk into the Condo is the strong smell of deodorizer not the cleanliness of the property. The toilet in the master ran constantly. I would say both the owner and rental agency are completely responsible for the disappointing condition of this property. Who wants to spend their vacation trying to get their rental property in livable condition. Never again for this property or Intracoastal Realty....

We meet here every year to catch up and enjoy a laid-back all girls' time away from the cares and responsibilities of our lives! We have such a great time. The beach and pool are right outside our condo. The Oceanic is right up the road. What more could you possibly need? We thoroughly enjoy our time together. If it rains, we have movies and Wings to shop. Too sunny, we have our great porch or the cool breeze walking the beach. The condo is perfect for us. It bright and clean with a king, queen and 2 double beds. We play games every night at the dining room table and eat breakfast at the breakfast table. There is also a side porch where we have coffee watching the tide go in/out of the marsh listening to the birds and seeing them chase each other around the trees. It's a perfect place for a vacation. We rent there every year!
