The location is amazing especially if you have young adults. Bayside is quieter than beach side but still lots going on. Quick access to paddle boarding, bike riding, corn hole, etc. short walk to the beach. Unit did have a smell coming from the sinks which we shared with property manager. That was a bummer but hopefully they will fix. Other than that, it was a great family vacation.

Beautiful place and the location and patio was the absolute best. Such a peaceful, clean, and lovely home.

There were six of us, including 2 children, and everyone loved the stay. Nick, Cassie, Dana, Brandon, Silvia are all so responsive at Surf Style Vacations. The home was well equipped with everything, we love to BBQ and eat at home! The beds and bathrooms are all very good. Hope to return ASAP!

Had a great family trip: biking, kayaking, paddleboarding. And just sitting out on the patio with coffee or lunch was wonderful (Note: almost no-one was wearing masks on the bike/running path a few feet away). Biggest problem was sound from the unit above. We were so glad when the non-stop running child was replaced by the quiet people; also the toilet flush runs loudly past the head of the bed. If you're allergic, recommend asking them not to use heavily-fragranced cleaning products. But no bugs (no bugs!), lovely fresh sea air, waves only if you want them from the ocean side.

We loved our visit to this home. The patio overlooking the sand and water was perfect. I'd get up, watch the sunrise, drink my coffee, and then go for a walk. The house is nicely laid out, and our family enjoyed everything. We cooked a little, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We even met one of the neighbors who gave us a fantastic history of the area and the homes. Even in the chilly February weather, we LOVED our staycation.

We'll be back and already planned our stay for later this year, nice gesture for Surf Style management to provide us with a discount as repeat guests. We definately like this unit for the patio and ease of accessing the Bay, but this is a 3 unit building so it's nice to have the option of renting more than 1 unit if we have a larger group. Everything was absolutely lovely!

Location 5 star right on the boardwalk on quiet bayside, 180 degree water views was fantastic...with our own waterfront fire pit and Sea World fireworks made it even more enjoyable!!! Nice updates with furniture and beds (we slept like babies), we don't watch much tv but if you do there's a giant samsung tv in the living room and every bedroom had a tv. Easy parking and close to everything, you'll absolutely love this place.

Furnishings were hodgepodge and worn. Musty mildew odor throughout the house. Oven not working. Refrigerator not cold till next day. Thin walls. Contacted management first day, but no response till night before we left. Ants. No kitchen wrap storage such as Tupperware, foil, baggies etc. Few hooks, only mirrors in bathroom. Condo was very clean and had been adequately sanitized. Fire pit table was a great addition. Barbecue worked perfectly and was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Large living space. Bedrooms a good size.

The property is beautiful. Easy walking distance to restaurants and mission beach; shopping, beaches, entertainment, etc. We love the bayside for the kids playing in the sand and water. It’s much calmer over here.

The location on the bay was amazing. The house was clean, kept up and had a nice open floor plan with a great patio.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Everything was perfection - from everything in the unit to the location to the service provided by Surf Style when we had a question. Can't wait to stay again!

The Point Break home was a perfect retreat for our family of 5. The ability for our teenagers to move from the bay to the beach by walking down the alley was perfect. The house was fully sticked with quality kitchen supplies and linens. The best part of this home is the ability to sit on the patio and enjoy the incredible sunrise on the water.

Absolutely fabulous spot to relax while overlooking the bay. Beautifully furnished, the huge private patio is comfortable day and night. We had 3 kids ages 4 - 10 and really liked the Bay side as it isn't as busy and they could enjoy the sand (the ocean side is a quick walk & great for sunsets). We didn't have any issues but the hosts were very proactive with details on check in and all of the other information you would want to enjoy the stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Imagine lounging in the sun on a spacious outdoor waterfront patio, then enjoying a nice, clean, modern, fresh interior. THIS IS IT!!! Hands down the best place we've stayed so far

We loved staying here!! I would highly recommend it! The view was spectacular!! It’s right on the water at the harbor. It has a sidewalk out front great for walking and a huge shared patio. Many people walked by with their pets & children. There is a little Italian restaurant within walking distance but you do need to drive to the grocery. The condo is lovely, especially the modern kitchen! There is a huge island with barstools plus a beautiful table & chairs. We had everything we needed although they could add some more furnishings for creature comforts. Each bedroom has only one nightstand so there is nowhere to put your glasses, phone, etc. There are no lamps or side tables in the living room to read or put your beverage on. There is a sectional sofa but no additional chairs. The showers are large & nice but no shelving for soap or shampoo. The wall mounted TV in one bedroom is on the side so you can’t see the TV from the bed. We had a large minivan and it wouldn’t fit in the garage so we switched with the upstairs renters and parked in the driveway. But overall it’s a great place to stay. My only recommendations would be adding the things I mentioned. We would certainly stay here again!

We had the vacation of a lifetime…so much so that we extended our stay so we can lounge on the patio with a priceless view of the bay daily. Everything was well appointed, glad to see the brand new sofa that we used a lot, I actually enjoyed doing dishes & looking out to the bay. We would come again without question.

If we had extra money my wife and I both said we'd buy this place as our permanent home! Love the gray tones/decor, the bayfront patio is unbeatable & comfortable day and night, new sofa & master bed was a nice bonus. Our kids loved the beach toys, excellent referrals for restaurants and rentals too. We would stay again without question

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the TV remotes were all mixed up so it took awhile to access TV. The couch was torn and very uncomfortable. All the furniture in the main kitchen and family room was uncomfortable.

We don't come to San Diego often but we would rent this home again. It was updated, clean, and the outdoor patio was amazing and suited our group of 4 adults & 3 children perfectly. The process was well organized from the time of booking to checkout, we were very impressed.

Thanks so much for a fantastic week. Only complaint was I wish we would could have stayed a few more days!!! Perfect location and we LOVED the outside patio. We really appreciated the grill and beach stuff. (Boogie boards and chairs). Just a slight hiccup with the fire pit but we figured it out. Hoping to return next year!!

I wish I could retire here, soak up the sun and enjoy the calming water views, while drinking a pina colada of course (I feel like a pina colada is suitable for this resort style home)! We are repeat guests, and will continue to be repeats!!!

This house is located in a quiet and serene setting with a beautiful bayside backdrop. The patio has everything you need with a BBQ, different seating areas, shower, bar, and fully fenced. Inside is nice and new with white and gray color tones, well decorated, and open layout. Good manager customer service and lots of nearby water activities & rides at Belmont Park.

Our new favorite home in Mission Beach! Really a beautiful place for our family to stay, we couldn’t have asked for more. The inside was nice and modern, plus with all the outdoor space and the friendly management that was really the icing on the cake for us. We don’t visit often so it was helpful we were given a list of things to do and restaurants that are nearby. Our expectations were exceeded. I just hope it’s still available for our next trip!!!

Our entire experience was amazing! From the host (great communication, very helpful) to the location (nothing in front of you but white sand & calming water) to the home itself (immaculate), we could not have asked for a better stay. We plan to be back next year, thank you so much!!!
