It's a spacious, nicely decorated, and fully equipped apartment. It's in a locals area near the Halandri Metro station (5 min walking distance). It's indeed 20 minutes from the airport and from the center. Highly recommend.

Nothing important actually. Any effort to find don't likes will sound trivialities.

The property was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Check-in was a very smooth and easy process. Furthermore, the shady parking spot provided on the property is a must-have in the busy streets of this suburb!

The location was perfect for my training location, close to the metro station and convenient busses. The house is a great value for money, as it can sleep 5 people for roughly the same price as a tiny double hotel room. Plus it is in a quiet green neighborhood with a private garden that is perfect for having breakfast or relaxing after a busy day. The house has a very warm and personal feel, with some art and antique things.

Being stocked with some breakfast supplies was great and the quantities could be more to last for the entire stay, or the "breakfast included" could be amended to "some breakfast supplies included". After all, there is a supermarket close by to get things according to dietary preferences. Also, sometimes it is the little things that might throw one off, like the lack of a €1 showerhead clip on the wall (and washing your hair with one hand is less than convenient...). Personally I go prepared for such omissions, like having some S-hooks and a couple of cable ties with me, that take no space, so we improvised and everything was ok.

Excellent property. Comfortable, clean and spacious. Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Chalandri, close to the metro station and local amenities including a bakery and a grocery store. Walk-in shower was particularly convenient for elderly visitors or people with restricted mobility. Beautiful terrace where you can relax. Stamatina and her family were very polite and helpful. Their hospitality made our stay quite pleasant even though we visited Athens due to healthcare issues. We will definitely come back. Many thanks!

Our stay was excellent. Perhaps the only negative thing is that there was no available parking space but we could easily park in the streets around the house.

The apartment lived up to the description. It was roomy and provided the comfort needed for our stay. The fridge was full with food for breakfast and all the facilities worked nicely.

I think the quality of the mattresses of the single bed need attention. It would be nice to have the windows equipped with screens to keep the mosquitos out.

We liked the friendliness of the host family, especially Constantinos and their prompt response when we needed the shower fixed. The house was clean and felt like “home”. The host provided all the necessary items for breakfast, milk, eggs, bread, marmelade , cheese, fruit, coffee, tea, etc and there was also a supermarket, bakery and confectioners’ near for all our needs. Transport was easy. The house was conveniently near the town (Chalandri) and near Ygeia hospital which was the main reason for our visit.

There was nothing in particular that we did not like. We were very happy with everything.
