Comfortable, quiet space in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to many small food shops and above all else, to the Metro. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating, and spoke English very well.

Location was great. Public transport is right around the corner and there also a grocery store too.

We chose to stay at this apartment as it was halfway to the airport. It was just one night before an early flight. Everything was enjoyful. It was clean, comfortable and welcoming. A terrace was a delight. Air conditioning perfectly operating. I recommend to stay longer. Just 4 minuts walk from the metro, thus well connected to the city center.

A little bit far from the center, yet as metro station is close by, it is very cheap to get to all the main attractions (20+ minutes on metro, yet metro is very unexpensive). So as we got hier by subway from Pireas we saved some money.

Simply amazing! The owners went above and beyond communicating with us promptly and getting the apartment ready for check in early because our plane arrived in the morning. Son of the owner met us within minutes of arriving, helped us carry our luggage and explained everything to us. Modern, beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood. We stayed in Loft 2 and the apartment was large and clean, with a big balcony going all around the building. Appliances and air conditioning and wifi worked very well, everything was clean and new. We found cold water and complimentary snacks. The apartment comes with a free, private parking spot in front of the building, completely off the street. The metro is only a very short walk away, and the property is easy to reach by car from the airport. We felt very safe walking home from the metro at night. The area was quiet day and night, so we slept peacefully. Another family stayed in Loft 1, and the building is so well insulated, we never heard a sound from them until when ran into them carrying their luggage out when we did. Check out was contactless and very easy. One of the nicest properties I have stayed in anywhere in Europe. Highly recommend to anyone.

Apartment is very spacious and the wrap around terrace an added bonus. Parking was right infront so super convenient for loading/unloading. Location is excellent close to everything you need. The apartment has such amazing charm & comfort, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Host even had juice, water, fresh fruit and greek cookies upon our arrival for us!!

The house was fully equipped, had everything we needed. The location is very convenient near metro, taxi station and buses, super market, cafes and bakeries.

A cossy, warm, and carefully decorated apartment with all the major facilities you will need for a few days of leisure time. clean and with a nice balcony that on a sunny day is very welcoming to have your coffee, read your book or spend time with friends.

there is no lift to get your luggage’s easy to the second floor where our apartment was. The host was very kind to assist.

We stayed here for a week until we could move into our apartment. The apartment is exceptional in two ways. First of all, it is actually done up with taste. No plastic furniture, no cheap solutions, but really nicely done. The owner made an effort to make the place nice and welcoming. Secondly, the apartment is well equipped. Contrary to many other apartments, you can cook your own meals if you want to. There are casseroles, herbs and spices, olive oil. When we arrived there was fresh fruit and orange juice in the fridge, some jam and butter, etc. The owner was also very responsive to messages and phone calls. To summarize, I highly recommend this place!

This was our first trip to Athens and Babis and his sons could not have been more welcoming and helpful in every way. They went over and beyond to help us in many ways. We stayed in the ground apartment and it looked even better than the pictures. The garden was beautiful and the airco worked super well. Everything we needed was in the apt and the Metro and grocery store were less than 5 minutes walk. The access to the city center and beautiful beaches was super easy to navigate. We can’t wait to come back and will stay here again!.
