Property and location is excellent! Just wished the “fifth bedroom” had been a real bedroom in the actual house and not the garage. Other than that, we had an amazing week!!

This beautiful home is conveniently located on “ the quieter end of the strip” but has trolley access to ride to restaurants and shopping on the main strip….Large amount of beach supplies to use and plenty of space on the beach to enjoy the day which was a plus! Beautiful view from all over the house with lots of windows 😁 All reported their beds as very comfortable and darkened curtains for any late sleepers. Kitchen was awesome to cook for large group…..a trip to Joe Patti’s for fresh seafood upon arrival had us ready 😋 Communication was excellent with quick responses. We would definitely stay again and again ❤️ Oh yeah……we were fortunate enough to be able to witness the Blue Angels practice …..AMAZING doesn’t begin to describe this experience !!!

What an amazing fun week we had at this beautiful home. The house is very spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. After spending the past 15 summers renting a condo for our family vacation at the beach, we decided this year to rent a house and were so glad that we did. The house is so convenient to the beach and with so few people around us, it felt almost like having our own private beach. We were amazed at the amount of beach necessities that came with the house and we enjoyed them all…beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, kayak, paddle board and so much more. They had a number of bikes but when Becky found out there wasn’t one small for our youngest grandson, Don went out and bought one for his size! You won’t find nicer or more accommodating, attentive and responsive people to work with than Becky & Don. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach! We had several families and had plenty of space for everyone.

It is a beautiful house with everthing we needed and more. Our family had such a special week here that we will never forget. It was an easy walk to the beach and also to the sound side. The owner is responsive and easy to work with.

A beautiful home with plenty of seating, towels and tons of beach toys. Beds in rooms are very comfortable. We used a couple of fans in the bunk room to help with air circulation and our teen granddaughter and her friend slept in that room. Great owners to work with and already booked our return vacation. Walkable to sound and gulf beach and the trolley stop is close-by.

Don and Becky's beach front rental was perfect for our family vacation. We all have a great time, couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy.

Four adult couples enjoyed the long weekend for a birthday celebration! Great layout for sleeping and hanging out and enjoying a relaxing weekend at the beach. Beautiful views! Short walk across the street to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more!

Our stay was excellent! We had 13 of our family and we all had a great experience!

We had an excellent stay at Beach Haven. It was a perfect space for our large group. Becky and Don were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We loved cooking together in the big kitchen and playing games in the large living area. Kids enjoyed the surf shack and playing pool. The provided beach chairs, towels and toys were such a treat.

House was very pretty with an excellent setting right across the road from the beach. Owner was great with excellent communication.

This house is as beautiful as it is depicted in the pictures. We rented it for a week. The first half we had our adult children and their significant others. The second half of the week we invited couple friends. It was a few yards to beach access in that area it was not crowded whatsoever. The property owners were wonderful to work with and stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything.

We just got home from our trip to Beach Haven and it was amazing!! We have stayed in this subdivision before, but this house was the best!! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out for quiet time or for sleeping with lots of room for us to all gather in one space. Lots of pantry space, lots of beach toys, lots of kitchen appliances and equipment. The porches were perfect for watching late-night storms rolling through and to take a look at the beach first thing in the morning. Becky is an awesome host - from the moment we booked through our check-out. Becky was always willing to answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Beach Haven (just as long as you don't book the week that I want next summer)!

Our group had a wonderful time staying at Beach Haven. The owners have done a fantastic job of thinking of everything people would need for a beach vacation. Some of our group flew, so they had limited ability to bring beach toys, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The house had it all, which made the trip so much easier. Communication was great, and the house was described accurately. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay again in the future!

The size and location of this property was great. All the little extras were provided with attention to details for the comfort of the tenants. We would highly recommend this property for large families. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at Beach Haven many times before and it never disappoints. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean and offers many extras. The owners are fantastic and communication superb. A great place to relax and enjoy the beach!

A yearly trip with family and friends who have become family; this was the perfect spot for us to hang out and enjoy the views with our friends. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for us. We had 4 teen boys that stayed in the "Bunk House" and they loved having their own space and the pool table. The views are amazing, plenty of space for everyone indoor and outdoor. Spent the days at the beach and nights at the house grilling out, playing games, or bags. It was a perfect vacation and one the kids will remember forever!

We came to Pensacola for our son’s wedding. The beach house was a great place for out group of adults who need king and queen size beds. The house has magnificent views of the beach and bay. It was perfect for our large family!! Would highly recommend!
