This property was beautiful. It was also especially nice for two couples because each has their own living area. We plan to go back again.

We stayed at the Blue Skies Cottage for a long weekend with friends. The house was perfect for our group! It was located so close to everything we needed and the back porch was incredible! The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped and the living rooms were very comfortable as well!

Our family scheduled this vacation on St. Simons as a High School Graduation celebration trip for our youngest and loved every minute of our time. This home was exactly as listed, very clean, cozy and near everything in a great neighborhood. We rented bicycles and rarely used the car the entire trip. If you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation with a small coastal town atmosphere, great food and plenty to do, we highly recommend you start here!

What a great find! The house was clean and perfectly laid out with 2 separate living areas so kids could have their own space separate from the adults but close enough to keep an eye on them. The master is located on the far end of the house away from the other 2 bedrooms allowing for some added privacy. The screened-in porch and backyard provided more space to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. The property is less than a 5-minute drive from the town and the beach. The only minor drawback is the property backs up to the private airport but the pros of this vacation rental outweigh any cons. We would definitely recommend this property and return again in the future.

Everything was great. Only complaint was a crabby neighbor who called the property complaining of noise. The call to us came around 9:12 Pm. We had a family group of 9 and one 3 yr old visiting around the fire pit. Everyone left by 10 pm. When we drove up a couple walking outside were yelling at a truck driving by who had a loud motor and was not with anyone in our group. It was surprising to us when I saw the voicemail from the Property Manager...who left a very polite message. The property was great, perfect for our family gathering celebrating our son's wedding on SSI. The one neighbor needs to learn to chill.

Charming and ideally located, this exceptionally clean and comfortable rental is a gem! Great layout, light filled, beautifully furnished as well as decorated on a lovely landscaped lot. Having a laundry room pocket door to the primary bath allowed more use of it without disturbing primary bedroom. Screened porch with gas fireplace was a favorite spot. Even enjoyed hearing and seeing glimpses of small planes taking off behind trees of large backyard. Only used kitchen for coffee, drinks and snacks but it’s a lovely space that appeared to be well equipped. Enjoyed pleasant walks to and from village area and around neighborhood. Also spent half a day riding electric bikes around and another few hours kayaking just a few miles from the house. Trolley tour is a good way to get an overview of the island. Trees everywhere are amazing! A host of wonderful eateries, bars, shops, historic spots and friendly people. Management company who handles the house rental was considerate, proficient and easy to work with. As you can tell, it was an outstanding stay!!

The house met every expectation after reading all of the reviews. The finishing touch would be to provide another umbrella, chairs and a beach wagon. The drive to the beach was bearable but carrying beach items every day down to the beach was tedious.

Great cottage for couples. Lots of living space and great kitchen for cooking and sitting around the bar area. Cottage was very clean and decorated nicely. We loved our stay!

This home was very clean! Even under the bed. (We dropped something and it rolled under the bed). The starter pack was very much appreciated! The communication prior to was most helpful. We felt as if we needed anything we knew exactly how to reach someone who could help us. We were definitely pleased with the home and plan to return next year!

House was so cozy and perfectly appointed. Our family had a great time and would love to come back. Everything is close by, the house was clean and well supplied. Town and beach was easily accessible by bike. 5 stars!!

We really enjoyed the Blue Sky Cottage! We loved all the decorations and touches throughout the house. It is on a very quiet street. The small airport behind this did not bother us. In fact, we enjoyed seeing a plane or two fly by each morning while eating breakfast. We saw a cute little rabbit the first day we arrived! We enjoyed seeing and hearing the birds. The beds were very comfortable! The only issue we really had was when we arrived... the house was hot and the temperature was set on 78. Not that big of a deal...just turned on the fans and cooled off. It was nice to have extra fans located in the closet also. I also really loved that this rental uses Nest products.... the Sicilian Tangerine smelled so good! Thank you for a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quaint area! We had a great time and highly recommend this adorable cottage!

We rented this house for a mother/daugher (teens) getaway before graduation. House was the cutest and location was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more! Check in was super easy and house was immaculate. Five stars!

This property was perfect and has so much room!! We loved all the character and coastal touches! The yard was tons of fun for the kids and the screend porch is now a dream project for our own home. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely property. The cottage has a very cozy welcoming feel. We enjoyed the screened porch and fireplace. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the essentials and more. We had a wonderful time relaxing and catching up. We definitely plan to return.

Our family of 6 (spouse, mother in law, three kids) absolutely loved everything about this home: the layout/spaciousness, extended outdoor living, privacy, proximity to everything and anything on the Island. Various times we said “we could live here!”, which is always a strong indicator that we’ll be back again. The house is well-appointed with an appropriate amount of decor and necessities without being overkill or being overly ocean themed.

We were so happy with our stay at Kings Terrace….the house is exactly as listed…well maintained including the inside furnishings….comfy beds! Having the front tv room along with the back sitting area & porch made our stay easy when we needed a little downtime. Our favorite area was the screened in porch with the lovely fire place which we enjoyed every night of our week stay. The lawn, gardens & outdoor area, along with fire pit, were well maintained & added to outside enjoyment. The house was within walking distance for the RSM tournament & was in a nice area of mostly remodeled similar cute bungalows. The management team was quick to respond to any needs or questions that we had…we definitely would stay here again & would highly recommend to others.

We spend the first week of December on an annual family vacation to St. Simons and Jekyll Island. We have adult children so look for accommodations to handle multiple bedrooms and baths as well as a nice layout for the common area. Since Covid-19 we have spent more time making meals in, so the kitchen set up is important to us. We found this property to be particularly awesome for our needs. The back screened in porch with gas fireplace was perfect for evening hanging out time. The property is perfectly landscaped and inviting. Parking is great too. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings. We also appreciated the games available for use during our visit. Taboo was a hit! We had a wonderful visit and recommend this vacation home.

We had the best time at Blue Skies Cottage! We prepared Thanksgiving dinner and enjoyed sitting around the fire pit afterward. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the house but we were all very impressed and comfy and cozy the whole stay! Will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!!
