This house was perfect for our family's annual beach vacation. The home had excellent privacy; a large, beautiful pool including floats and plenty of beach towels; spacious rooms including closets; a large, open kitchen; a nice laundry room with a sink and baskets..loved it!

We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool.
The layout of the home is great also (shaped like a U) with 3 bedrooms on one side (two kings and two twins with a trundle) and 1 bedroom on the other side (queen with its own bath), and the kitchen and living area in the middle. All of the rooms have a view of the pool (except the twin beds room) - that room had a view of the several hundred year old magnolia tree (gorgeous)! There is a grassy area on either side of the pool with beautiful foliage including an Australian fern, a black walnut tree, a loquat tree, loads of rose bushes, a Japanese maple, palm trees, and near the parking pad are olive trees. Just gorgeous! Also, it says parking for 4, but we had family come in for the day and visit and there is actually room for 6 vehicles if you count the garage area and right outside the courtyard. This place was an absolute dream and we loved every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Also, we dealt with Susan from LilMar Properties and she was fantastic!

My family and I came up for a long weekend. This is a truly gorgeous home with spectacular yard. The managerial service is one of the best and most responsibe ive worked with. We will absolutely come back!

Great house. Only strike against it is the noise from the airport very nearby. That said, lovely house and we spent most of our time there!

Beautifully laid out home and landscaping. Freshly painted and tastefully decorated in calming tones. Very comfortable beds with upscale linens! Heated pool was just perfect for late March. The kitchen was well equipped and opened into the living area. Highly recommend this house and hope to return soon.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped for our stay, The location was perfect, as a short drive away from the Pier. We brought our two Doodles with us, and the homeowner had dog bowls and towels for the pups. The yard was beautiful. We opted to have the pool heated and it was wonderful. This home was a perfect home away from home! We hope to visit you again next year!

This was our first time staying at King's Terrace. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. We loved the one-level design and the comfortable, convenient indoor/outdoor living space. The kitchen/den were spacious but cozy. Our favorite areas and restaurants on the island were within walking distance or a quick 2 - 3 minute drive. We will definitely continue to stay at King's Terrace.

This is the second time we have rented this home in St.Simons and it didn’t disappoint. The house is a perfect layout for 2 families and the pool/courtyard is the best place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Location is convenient to the village, beach, tennis courts and everything the island has to offer. We will definitely book this house again!

Casa De Playa is a beautiful home with everything you need and more! Lots of space, updated interior and exterior and the pool and landscaping are gorgeous. Lilmar Properties is responsive and easy to communicate with plus made sure we had all the information and knew the expectations for check-in and check-out. We will definitely use them and stay in this home again.

This is an incredibly beautiful property, well planned and beautifully appointed and yet very family friendly. We loved everything about the house, but most especially thought that the yard was incredible. We love the pool we loved the fireplace in the evening. We weren’t able to get the lights to work on the pool or on the left side of the front porch as you face the house, but those were minor inconveniences. We would love to stay there again at some point in the future.

We had a long weekend getaway with friends, the property was beautiful and as advertised. We had a few minor issues but they were taken care of. Overall we had a great experience!

Our family vacation for the week was so fun and relaxing! The pool was a big hit for the whole family! We rented a golf cart so it was easy to get around town. Great layout of the house. We all loved that each bedroom had a door to the pool area!

I would give this property a four stars because of the cleanliness, location, and backyard. The pros were the backyard was truly an oasis, all kitchen appliances were very clean and functional, the AC and high speed internet worked great, and the furniture was very comfortable. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. The noise from the planes were minimal. Some of the cons were that the second king bedroom did not have an en suite so you have to share the bathroom next door to it with the room that have the two single beds. However, the queen bedroom had its own en suite, but no TV. Also, the bedroom with the two single beds does not have TV as well. You would definitely need to get around via golf cart or car if you plan on going to the beach and the restaurants at the pier. I would say a group with adults larger than 8 people would be a tight fit as the house is not that large. We had a group of 6 people and it felt comfortable. We were a bit surprised that the house was not equipped with salt and pepper, so you definitely need to bring that with you. Overall this is a great house and great getaway.

Couple of minor gripes;
- very close to airport, so (small) aircraft noise when they take off in a certain direction
- Pool filter very noisy and an annoyance for bedroom closest to that side if the house at night

Pool area was great! Lots of chairs and tables around a decent sized pool. Inside felt a little small, but I would’ve rated it 4- or 5-stars, if it weren’t for the neighborhood. It’s very near a small airport, with planes taking off regularly all day long (6:30am to 10:30pm), and much of the neighborhood was kind of old & dumpy.

One of the dogs, that doesn't really like the hot weather, stayed outside as much as I have seen in years. The location was perfect. This was our fourth time in Saint Simons and definitely our best stay!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean. The house was exactly like the pictures, wonderful. The only down side was we were near the airport. The planes were a little loud outside, but not inside. The kids enjoyed seeing them, so it made up for the noise.

Great For First Time On SSI
Really enjoyed our stay. Nice house, nice outdoor area, furnished nicely. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to the Village & Lighthouse too. Also appreciated the attention to detail from the property managers.
