Love this place! This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this place. First time was 2019 and then this year 2022. We missed coming during Covid. The owner is very responsive and stopped by to see if everything was good. Several wonderful take out restaurants are within 1-2 blocks. Only 2 blocks from the boardwalk. Our favorite place was sitting on the front porch and enjoying the beautiful breezes. We’ll be back!

Spacious, clean, great location, and seamless process

The place was absolutely gorgeous, was in the heart of Ocean City and had plenty of space for our family. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental for New Year’s Eve! Thanks Ed and Missy, you were great!

Gracious hosts, beautiful property and ideal location. Pictures were definitely accurate, rental was very clean. The elevator was a must have for my elderly parents. The beach items were wonderful to have for use. Would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, MODERN AND IMMACULATE, THE ELEVATOR MADE THE CAR UNLOADING/LOADING PROCESS A PLEASURE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. QUICK AND EASY WALK TO THE BEACH, SHOPPING AND LOCAL RESTAURANTS. CANNOT WAIT TO RETURN!!

Really great communication with the manager. Very easy and thorough check in process. Jumped right up to help with check in process. Only issue we had all weekend was with the dish washer not being run nor could we figure out how to run it, but overall, very very breautiful home with an incredible nice and thorough property manager.

The house is gorgeous and the renters are very easy to talk with and very responsible answered every time I had a question. Would highly recommend staying here with family again we loved it!!!

Property was exactly as pictured. Manager was welcoming and friendly and quick to respond when I had a question on arrival. Would stay here again!

Let me begin by commending and thanking Missy Nallen for her graciously accommodating us when we requested a date change for our weekend stay. All seven guests were impressed with this immaculate property. The weekend could not have been any better. The icing on the cake was the elevator which allowed our 90-year old Mom to get to the third floor. Kudos all around!! We would absolutely consider staying here again next year!!!

This property is absolutely wonderful! We especially loved the spacious outdoor space. The kitchen was beautiful, well-stocked, and had a large table as well as seating at the large island. The owner was amazing! She was pleasant to work with, and her response times were instantaneous! Highly recommend this beautiful property!

Everything about this rental is top shelf. It is spacious, comfortable and clean! It's close to everything you need to enjoy your time at the shore. We hope to make it an annual stop!

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Property was immaculate and loaded with all of the little luxuries you'd hope for in your vacation home. Appreciated the convenience of the elevator moving all of our stuff in and out of the third story house. Had coffee every morning on the front facing deck. And kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. making cooking and eating in a breeze.

This place was everything I could imagine and even more. Missy and Ed are excellent owners!! Looking forward to staying here next year.

Absolutely the BEST place to stay in Ocean City. So close to everything you could possibly want or need. Right between the ocean and bay, which ever your preference for the day. There are great restaurants within short walking distance so your not stuck with just the boardwalk food. If you like shopping, right down the street are blocks of stores with restaurants to stop and grab a bite. You forgot sunblock? Rite Aid around the corner! You like working out? Gym around the corner! You want a donut after that workout? Fresh made to order donuts across the street! You need milk with your donut and ran out? Wawa around the corner! Want ice cream after your dinner? Ice cream place down the street! Aside from the many conveniences, the home is just beautiful. You feel like you got a discount on your rental rate because it's definitely a luxury rental. And if you have a large group like we did, the home is so spacious. We never felt on top of each other. The elevator makes it SO convenient to bring all your things up quickly and easily or just to take a break from the stairs after walking all day. The balcony is completely covered, sits higher and faces the ocean so there is a constant ocean breeze making it so relaxing to sit out there at any time of day although we spent every night out there. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need along with abundant storage for snacks and food. All the bedrooms are spacious with their own TV. The master bath feels like you are at a spa. If you need to wash those beach towels, the new washer and dryer can take care of that in an hour for you so you can get back to vacationing. If you have ALOT of stuff you bring to the beach, like we do, the beach buggy makes it so easy. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys already there and if you bring your own beach stuff and bikes, like we did, the garage offers more than enough room for everything. This is not our first time renting in Ocean City but definitely, hands down, our BEST!!!!!!!!!!

We have been renting in OC for over 10 years now and this home by far surpasses all of our other rental experiences. There is not one thing you will be without with this rental! The owners have not forgotten one thing!!! The house itself is decorated and maintained as if you have stepped into a 5 star hotel! The elevator is a bonus beyond compare! The location, the block, the parking, the convenience to everything is right at you fingertips!!! Thank you so very much Ed and Missy for sharing your beautiful home with my family! Our stay was great!! The place was clean and very accommodating. Excellent location - walkable to just about everything. Elevator in the home is a bonus for carrying bags and heavier loads. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a location closer to boards and downtown. The owners were very responsive and flexible.....quickly answering any questions or concerns.
