We were first time visitors to the island and absolutely loved everything about it. The property was outstanding, very clean, and very accommodating for our large family. We’ll be back!

The home is lovely and a perfect location.

The home is beautifully decorated and so well stocked! I loved the wonderful screened in porch that sat right under a huge oak tree and was a perfect place to relax and read. The kids loved the large pool and the tanning chairs built into shallow water got a lot of use. The location was convenient and we could drive our golf carts from the house to plenty of food and shopping. Overall we had a great stay in a wonderful house!

As someone who grew up going to the gulf every year, we’ve been taking our family to new areas each summer. Dixie Sunrise at St. Simons was great! The property was clean, management was super responsive, and the beach was just a short walk away.

This house was perfect for a get-away weekend for 4 couples. Tons of space, beautiful view, great neighborhood, convenient to beach, walking, Sea Island (short drive) and restaurants of St. Simons. Would also be perfect for a large family with 2 different living areas, pool, bunk room, well stocked kitchen.
Only issue was the pool was supposed to be heated and wasn't, and there were also dead frogs floating in it... hoping that was due to a big storm the night before arrival! But this is a top notch property- I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough good things about the Dixie sunrise. The best rental we have stayed in. Clean, updated, and fully stocked. We did not have to bring anything but ourselves. There was room for everyone. The grandkids loved the short walk to the beach which was conveniently located behind the house. The pool was a plus and the grounds were well maintained. They all want to head back next year Such an amazing property-we will be booking for our next beach vacation!

The house was absolutely stunning! Came to stay for a girls trip with 8 of us, easily had plenty of space, each room had its own bathroom and very spacious. The pathway straight out to the beach was a huge plus as well. The property managers were very attentive and helpful when we had one of the hoses leaking and fixed the issue very quickly. From the decor throughout the house to the picturesque views this place was 10/10 amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at Dixie Sunrise. Loved the location - short walk to the beach (ocean view from 3rd floor) and less than a mile to restaurants, etc. House was super clean and had everything we needed. Lots of space. It was great to have use of the bikes in the garage to ride around the neighborhood in the late afternoon. Heated pool was phenomenal. It was a busy week in St. Simons following Easter but it was quiet at the house except Saturday which was a perfect weather day so a lot of traffic and people going by the house to the beach. we had a great time!

Roach infestation
I rent from you guys and pay the extra fees because we expect top quality properties. This property had roaches on every floor and ants all over. We had to clean and sanitize the Kitchen where it took about 4 hours before we could stop Roaches from coming out due to food odor from cooking.

Great vacation home!
This was the perfect getaway for us with our 7 kids (ages 10 months to 14 years old). The house was much nicer than the pictures indicated. It was professionally decorated and was a delight to stay in. The kids loved the short walk to the beach and the heated pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent getaway
This was probably the cleanest and best stocked vacation home we have ever stayed in. We hope to be back soon. It was excellent for young kids and large families.

Beautiful property and house. Love how it feels you are a part of nature with the views of the dunes and ocean. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but made for an adventure. Pool area is great. Plenty of room in the house and around.

Perfect family getaway
We stayed here with our family, including two young children. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough that you could easily hang with the family or get a quiet moment to yourself when needed. Everyone had a great time!

Book this property if you can
Great house and a great location. Lots of room to spread out, well equipped kitchen, 4 bikes, beach chairs and beach towels all included. The house looks like it was recently remodeled and everything felt fresh and beachy. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the pool was a great place to hang out in the afternoon. Can’t say enough about this place. Definitely worth the money.

Wonderful Property
This property was perfect and we look forward to visiting again. The only thing we wish we had known about in advance was the construction taking place right next door - the noise and view took a little away from the overall experience but we will definitely look to visit again.

Great Location for a Beach Stay
Dixie Sunrise is in the perfect location. We found the home was well appointed with everything we needed to dine in and enjoy the beautiful beach. The property managers are very attentive and respond quickly to any questions.

Relaxing getaway
We had a great time at this home. The walk to the beach was pleasant and not far at all. The house was comfy and we had plenty of room to both spread out and gather together. Our kids loved the pool and the older adults appreciated the elevator. The house was full of items to make the stay comfortable and truly homelike. We had prompt and exceedingly pleasant communication with the management company before and during our stay. Can’t wait to return!

Early Spring Golf Trip
Had a great time at Dixie Sunrise during a blustery Spring weekend. The house is conveniently located in East Beach with good access to just about everything. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice place!

I can’t say enough good things about Dixie Sunrise. The house was beautiful and sooo clean. We wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful property. The property managers could not be more helpful and accommodating. I would rent this house again in a hearbeat!

Perfect St. Simons Getaway
It's our second trip to the island and we thoroughly enjoyed the house. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We used the grill twice and spent half of each day enjoying the big pool. We had six adults and two little kids and you could easily find a spot in the house to relax and getaway from everyone. We hope the house is available the next time we plan a trip to St. Simons!

Fantastic Week
Dixie Sunrise is a great property for mixed aged group. It is very spacious so there is room to spread out. My whole family loved the house. The main living area is on the third floor which means there is always a beautiful view (and an elevator if you need it). It offers every amenity though do ask for hot spot for WiFi when you check in. Hope we can return!
