We enjoyed our stay at this immaculate gorgeous home! Perfect for our group. Unfortunately, some of the kitchen appliances were not working but the management company went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Stayed here for a friends weekend and everything was great! The kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for group gathering and hanging. The pool and outdoor porch were a private oasis while being in the middle of a charming neighborhood a block from the beach. Garage stocked with pool toys, umbrellas and beach chairs for use. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and each room has its own bathroom. The house is as nice as the pictures look, which isn’t always the case with rentals. Everything was smooth and I would definitely return to this property!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. We hated to leave. We hung out around the pool, enjoyed coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch, played cards at the dining table in the evening and walked the beach at night to view the stars over the ocean. The consensus was, it was “ the best vacation ever “. What a gorgeous home!!

The Enchanted Cottage was our home base for our son's wedding week. His in laws own a home down the street so the proximity worked nicely. We never used the house to the full capacity but it was so nice to have all of the space. The house was very clean and had everything necessary to cook. Also enjoyed having plenty of parking. We'll definitely return!

I can't say enough great things about this property. Great organization throughout, especially in the kitchen. Kitchen was amazing! The decor decor was lovely! We spent most of our time in the pool or at the beach which was a block away. The management team was quick to respond with any question. Hope to return again soon!

Would highly recommend staying here and am planning on making a return trip next year for certain. The house is spacious enough for everyone to spread out and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and decor. Getting to watch some college football on the screened in porch was absolutely perfect and communications with property management was easy.

I was very happy with my stay- everything went smoothly and was as expected. Home is nicely stocked, comfortable and clean.

This home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space. We had a couple of issues with AC when we arrived but the property manager was great and had someone out immediately to take care of the problem.

Great house and location.

Beautiful house! Was exactly as described. The freezer was a bit slow to work. Really didn’t freeze until 3rd day there. The pool company made a mistake on the 4th day and messed up the pool so we were not able to use it for 24 hours, but other than that it was wonderful! We would rent again!

The home was even better than we hoped for…absolutely beautiful, quiet and private. Lots of room for three families to spend time together as well as have privacy. Pool is large and clean. Close to beach. We all greatly enjoyed our time here.

We were comfortable and happy in Enchanted Cottage. We had plenty of room, and the house was a short walk from the beach and a short drive to town. Perfect vacation!

We had an amazing time at the Enchanted Cottage. We were so please with how well it comfortably accommodated all 16 of us. The kids loved the bunk room and each couple loved having their own en suite bathroom. They have truly thought of everything. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall, house is outstanding and had a great time. Issues were as follows: Pool not cleaned, called and no one showed up schedule service or from prop mgr., past guest trash as still in trash cans never put out for pick up and bug spray smell was very heavy first night. Would still go back again.

House was clean, well stocked, and better than advertised.

It was a wonderful space for our family gathering of 16 people. One person offered to sleep on a couch rather than having to share the pullout sofa.

We had a wonderful week at this house. We could walk to the beach in the morning and then come back to the shaded pool when it got too hot. The house is beautiful and fit our group perfectly.

Beautiful property that was perfect for our group of young families!

This beautiful rental home was nothing short of perfect in every way! First of all, cudos to Adam and Beth- the property managers. Very nice and so great to work with. We had no problems with the rental at all. This is a new, immaculate, well thought out house in a quiet and upscale neighborhood which was great for running, strolling and biking in dappled sun and shade. The beach is a close walk away, works for even young children and is un-crowded and expansive. The pool, which we paid extra to have heated ( this was well worth it for April) had plenty of sun and also some shade for the babies. The step down shallow section was amazing. The house itself had every imaginable convenience and the cooks kitchen was beyond anything we have ever rented! TVs galore, expansive bathrooms, comfortable beds, better than staying at The Cloisters! All in all a wonderful and memorable week for our family.

Wow! This is a beautifully decorated beach home, with high quality materials, very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 10. There are lots of great spots to sit & relax, read, play games, and spend time together as a family; but also plenty of space & privacy to spread out if you want to. The house is in a great location on the island. The only thing that could make it better is an ocean view (although, it is just a quick walk to the beach). Our four teenage daughters loved the bunk room! Saint Simons Island is lovely, very laid back & relaxing, beautiful beach, great restaurants (we especially enjoyed Sal's Pizzeria, Delaney's Bistro for fine dining, Porch for southern food, and the local seafood market if you want to cook in the outstanding kitchen), great shops, and we really enjoyed renting bikes to ride on the paths around the island (highly recommend it). Renting the house was a very easy process as well. We would definitely stay here again. Our family has stayed in several VRBO homes, and this was one of our favorites. It is a true home away from home! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pool heater was not working. We specifically looked for a home with a heated pool, since we were traveling in December & knew the temperatures would be cooler, so this was disappointing (especially for the 4 teenage girls). The pool area is lovely and it would have been nice to enjoy. At the very least, update the website so that it is not misleading to renters, if it is not going to be checked and taken care of before renters arrive. Also, the fireplace was not working, which would have been nice on cool nights/mornings, and the guy who stopped by didn't seem to know why. And finally, upon arrival one of the beds seemed to have some sand in the sheets, which was unsettling. Otherwise the house seemed very clean, so maybe it was just missed.

This house is beyond gorgeous & they have thought of everything to make it a magical time. Beautiful rooms and lots of open living space. This is the perfect house to share with family or friends. Walkable to the best beach on St. Simons Island and close to restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfect place for a getaway!!! The owners have gone above and beyond to make it the perfect rental. Enjoy!!!!

This house is gorgeous. The rooms are generous size and there are lots of separate areas for a large crowd to disperse so you're not on top of each other. Although the screened porch was the most popular gathering spot for us as was the nicely-sized pool. The owners have stocked this house well (and labeled everything). Nice furnishings, artwork and finishes. Very luxurious and relaxing. Ample parking with a 3 car garage (although one of the stalls will only fit a golf cart or a compact car). Quick walk to the beach. Some things to consider: * While the fridge is huge, you quickly run out of space when you're stocking it to feed a group of 10. There is a beverage fridge in the upstairs lounge area for overflow. But a wine chiller/bev fridge in the bar area off the kitchen would have been nice. As would an ice maker. * The automatic pool vacuum is on a timer that runs from 9-11 am. Not convenient for those who like to swim laps in the AM or take a dip early in the day. * The outdoor shower doesn't have a drain so the sand from the beach just collects on the patio - and eventually finds its way into the pool. * The water pressure in the master bathroom shower will rip your skin off. Proceed with caution! * The pool itself is mostly shaded and only receives a small bit of direct sun. So the water temperature was in the low 80's, which was a bit too chilly for our group. The pool does have a heater but it isn't turned on during the summer. We asked that it be turned on to warm the pool by just a few degrees and that cost $255 for the week. * The 3-burner gas grill is a BEAST. This thing can cook a side of beef in under 5 minutes. Be careful not to lose an eyebrow. Overall, this was a great vacation choice and we'd definitely consider staying here again.
