Stayed 3 nights. Place was really clean and in a location that was great for the price.

We were in need of a place to stay while we had work done to our place, the Host was amazing and very accommodating to all of our needs, including extending the dates we needed to stay. Very friendly place. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We stayed at the Reindeer Retreat for New Years weekend and couldn’t recommend any higher. The location is great and close to the country club, restaurant, and bars. The house was in great shape. Clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Bill, the owner, was in great communication and made check in and out easy. Looking forward to our next trip and will definitely be booking Reindeer afain

We spent Christmas at the Reindeer Retreat and had an amazing time. The cabin is very clean and well taken care of. My family was very comfortable and my little one loved the games. Returned to this great home after visiting 3 summers ago--Bill goes above and beyond to make the home comfortable and clean. With the extreme heat, the A/C really helps and many Northern AZ properties do NOT have it, so read descriptions carefully. Have already booked for another stay next month.

Having only one level was perfect for us. Very nice and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay because the beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are set up with all the supplies you will need. Also, we brought our dogs and really appreciate the accommodations and small fenced yard for them. We had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful 4th of July in Munds Park!

Our stay was everything we expected. We were up in Flagstaff on business and this was the rental met my needs perfectly. The host was very professionals, pleasant to work with and very accomodating. So not hesitate to book this for your short term stay.

Away from city. Quite neighborhoods. Both Flagstaff ans Sedona are easily accessible. All necessary amenities are available. Had a great stay.

Overall, the property met our needs. I utilized the kitchen multiple times per day and had what I needed which was nice. The additional spices were helpful as well. It was difficult to tell, but the home is in a large neighborhood where homes are very close to each other. That isn’t our preference, but we didn’t know and couldn’t tell with photos. It was quiet which also was nice. The location of the town was a central location for the places we wanted to visit. We had a good stay and had what we needed.

Bill went above and beyond for us. We had booked this cabin in 2021 to spend the holiday with kids. Just a few days before we were to arrive they both got Covid and weren’t able to fly in. Bill worked with us to move the booking to 2022. The cabin is very nice and well appointed. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look to return in the future.

Recently stayed at this property for a week-long elk hunting trip. The property had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely and very concise. Only two things I’d suggest to the owner - 1) include in the listing that the property has BOTH a regular coffee maker and a Kuerig machine (the current listing just says “coffee maker”, and 2) update the TV operator instructions. To get the satellite TV powered on, you don’t go through the DVD/VHS device, you actually use the Roku and select “satellite TV” on the main menu. Other than those minor things, have absolutely no other suggestions. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay in Munds Park tremendously! The area is quite safe and absolutely beautiful. Our accommodations were also very nice. We enjoyed the spacious living area and the well-equipped kitchen. The place was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend!!!! Perfect place for a small family get away!!!

Great property! Enjoyed our stay.

With temperatures getting into the triple digits in Scottsdale/Phoenix we were looking to go to higher ground to have a few days of cooler weather. This was just the ticket. We Hubby and I) took my Mother-in-law, who has trouble walking, and our dog. The house was perfect for my Mother-in-law as she was able to maneuver around easily. I loved the front porch, which was fenced/gated so the pup could sit out and enjoy the fresh and cooler air with us. The home was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need. Just add groceries. A nice Weber gas grill on the front porch added to eating in for the nights. Beds were very comfy and the neighbor was so quite, all got a wonderful nights sleep. The owner was quick to respond and even allowed us to check in early. Thanks Bill for a nice weekend getaway.

This property was beyond perfect for our family of four and dog. We used it mainly as a home base for adventures around the area. It was perfect and well stocked with all the necessities and more. Communicating with the owner was a breeze and he is very thoughtful!

If you’re wanting to get out of the Phoenix heat for a few days this summer, this is a terrific place to go. The home is very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you would ever need. Munds Park is convenient to both Flagstaff and Sedona and a really friendly community. My wife and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings and the residents we encountered we very nice. A really nice place; would definitely stay there again.

Great property. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved the quietness and neighborhood. Great family home away from home.

Property manager was amazing to work with. Very communicative and flexible. Very reasonable nightly rate. Inside and front enclosed deck were very nice. A little warm in the three bedrooms since there is just a wall unit in master and in dining room. But it's not normally as hot there as it was the weekend we were there. Ceiling fans in the rooms definitely helped. Thought there was a little more of an enclosed backyard but it is just a fenced area for dogs off of one of the bedrooms. Had hoped to sit outside and play cornhole but there is nowhere to do that. Not a big deal, we just went to our other family members cabin and did it there. Overall great stay. Thank you!
