Once again my family and I gathered at this wonderful and spacious home. The property is well taken care of and should any issue arise, the owner is readily available to address it or send someone to handle it. There are enough spaces around the property so that you can pretty much find a peaceful and quiet space of your own or you can gather together to enjoy one another.

Ten of us, ages 9 to 70, had an amazing 4-day stay in this beautiful home. The pictures of the property are accurate. The outdoor space is spacious. There are so many spaces outside to enjoy. Shade is plentiful along with lots of sunny areas. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. Inside is well-stocked. Julio, our property manager, was easy to reach and welcoming.

This is our second year staying in this home. We are a group of 8 adults. The house is very comfortable in a great neighborhood and location. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating in the beautiful backyard, we even picked fresh grapefruit every morning for breakfast! Checking in and checking out was easy and convenient.

No lights in the backyard and very dangerous and unsafe to walk-around. No pool lights. Couldn't bbq at night.

This was the absolutely perfect house to host a very special friend's 40th birthday party. bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. the outside patio and pool and everything were absolutely breathtaking. Highly recodmend staying!

The property was as listed. It was great and we spent most of our time outside by the pool, or in the backyard playing games and enjoying the best weather! The house accommodated our party of 9- 4 adults 5 kids ages 9-12. My only negative and it is more of a renter warning- this is a gated community, however, our very first night, we had items stolen from our car. We take responsibility for the fact that after a very long travel day and arriving late, we did not lock the car. We rushed in with food and groceries. However, we feel these neighborhoods that are mostly rentals are targeted. Very convenient that after less than probably 5-7 hours of being there someone was in the neighborhood checking cars. We are only writing this as a be vigilant with door locking if you choose to rent here. The property was great and overall we enjoyed our time here.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay in this perfectly appointed home for our party of 8. Rooms are spread out and plenty of outdoor space to relax, swim, read etc. The house could use a little maintenance around the pool (tiles etc) and the cookware needs a complete overhaul. We ended up purchasing a new pan and a few knives to make it through the week. Other than that Julio was very responsive and the place is very comfortable and represented well in the pictures. Beds were super comfy too! We’ve been staying in the heart of Palm Springs for over 10 years now. The noise ordinances have made it uncomfortable to stay there any longer. We’re so happy we discovered Indio!

Stay at Spanish Modern retreat was great. House is as described and very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood that served as a great hub for a group of friends. The backyard is wonderful with nice seating areas and beautiful pool area. Will definitely rent again next year.

Some general maintenance has been deferred. Kitchen pots/pans utensils were lacking. Pans had broken handles. Knives were not sharp enough to cut green onions. We had to buy our own chopping knife. Showers took a long time to heat up. Shower near garage was missing tiles. Majority of dishes had chips. Kitchen faucet leaked at base. Ice maker jammed.

This house was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out and well-equipped. Good communication with the homeowner when we checked in and had a problem with the thermostat. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for the weekend with friends to attend an event at the Polo Ground. We were able to avoid the parking crowds and walk to the event. The house was a welcome and relaxing place to start and end our days. Paying to have the pool and spa heated was worth it. Julio was very responsive and helpful. Only constructive criticism is some extra blankets would be nice...it's chilly at night in Jan.

We had an amazing stay. It was a girls weekend and the location was great house was big and anytime we needed anything Julio was available. Highly recommend this place

Beautiful home. Was sold on the seating for 10 at the dinner table. The five bedrooms were very comfortable. Never could figure out how to use the outdoor "fire pit". Spa was actually too warm and it's not adjustable other than turning it off and back on, inconvenient. Beautiful yard and grass area for lawn games. Unfortunately the sprinklers come on in the middle of the day so we and our equipment got wet. But overall it provided a wonderful place for 5 couples to have a great time together. The neighborhood is very nice and we certainly felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.

I would say the property had some deferred maintenance although overall clean. The one area that was the biggest let down for us was the pool location - the sun never hit it so it wasn't ideal and a bit cold for the kids.

Did guys golf trip and we really like the house. WE were not there much, but the pool and hot tub were perfect and it was spacious for about 8-10. Very happy with our choice.

Me and my family loved the place. House is beautiful, spacious! The swimming pool is super cool! Only one thing I would recommend to change is - polyester bedding, sheets and pillow cases into cotton. Also this house needs fresh pillows. Other than that - great experience!!!

We had a wonderful vacation at this Indio property. It is very spacious and beautiful. The pool was huge and was enjoyed by the family every day. We were glad we had paid to have it heated. The kitchen has two ovens, which was essential for cooking Christmas dinner for 13 people. There were only a couple of minor items that needed correction (wi-fi password we were given was incorrect), but Julio responded to our messages immediately and addressed the issues. We highly recommend this property.

The house was clean and very nice, the salt water pool was beautiful. The only problem we had was the slippery tiles around the jacuzzi. Three of our guests fell and one of them almost broke his arm.

The property was just as described and remarkably clean. The pool with the Baja shelf was great and the backyard was very relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family. There were minor issues that need to be addressed such as labeling the light switches (they are numerous). Overall the house met our needs and made for an excellent stay in Southern California. We would return.

We enjoyed our stay at Montage Santa Rosa. The property was well maintained and very updated. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box when we arrived, but Julio was very responsive and we were able to get in very quickly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

I needed to find a vacation home for my wife's 40th birthday in less than three weeks after discovering I had been scammed by Luxe Vacation Homes (under investigation for "ponzi scheme"). Fortunately I found this place in the same gated community the first house I "reserved" through the fraud company but at a lower rental rate and obviously with a legit and a professional owner Julio. Julio was very responsive and accomodated any special requests I had, i.e. add my in-laws as additional guests and earlier check-in/late check-out. The house was amazing and was perfect for the three family we had with nine kids! This is our third vacation trip to Palm Springs/Indio and this by far was the best experience we had mainly due to the immaculate house and its amenities. My wife and my two sister-in-laws enjoyed the place so much that they are already talking about staying at the same house later this year when their brother from the Philippines visits. Next time we will definitely stay longer! Once again, thank you Julio for all the accomodation and you will be hearing from us again soon. Gio E.

My family and I stayed here last year and returned again this year. The property is still wonderful. Clean, orderly, and the owner is easy to get hold of. This year I got a chance to try a grapefruit from one of the trees. It was so sweet and juicy. Made for a great addition to my breakfast. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, relaxing and roomy location to rest your weary head. It's located in a secure gated community and close to many attractions and shopping. This is a great home away from home. Will definitely be looking forward to staying here again in the future.

My wife and I, along with members of my extended family, stayed at this wonderful property. It was very spacious and had all the amenities of home. It was truly a home away from home. All rooms were comfortable and allowed each of us to have our own space for solitude, if needed. My aunt and cousin enjoyed the pool and laying out on the lounge chairs almost daily. I contacted Julio regarding a few minor issues and he addressed them in a very timely manor. The next time I'm in the Indio area I will definitely try to stay here again. The area is very picturesque and the grounds are meticulously cared for. My only regret is that it was too early in the season to sample the fruits growing on the fruit trees.

We were here for a 3 generation family reunion and birthday dinner. The house was very comfortable for the group of 8 who stayed there. We had over 20 for dinner and again there was plenty of room and seating. The electronics were good and we enjoyed some football playoffs on the big TV. Julio was absolutely wonderful! We had a couple of issues early on - ice maker and pool heat - but he was very responsive, fixed the problems immediately and was always available via text. He made our stay extra special!
