The owners were friendly, the views were stunning, and the amount of room was great. I would stay here again.

We had three families traveling together. This house was perfect for our group. Never ran out of hot water. Enough space everyone. Most well stocked vrbo we have stayed at. Quick responses from host. Highly recommend.

This home is lovely and though I went for a private retreat, it would be wonderful for families or gatherings of couples. Well stocked, very clean, with easy access. Though the layout is unique with its many stairs, it is a very comfortable and worthy stay.

The house was great. Very accommodating. Minor complaints. Extra towels and toilet paper. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, worn out and we would just sink into it. Other than that, we loved it.

We came together for a weekend group gathering and absolutely loved the house, the location, and everything that was available for us to use. The beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the house was warm and welcoming. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful view of the mountains and gorgeous trees all around. Would absolutely recommend staying at this home!

The property was nice and clean. I noticed that the remote control to the TV in the main master bedroom didn't had batteries or it didn't work. The paoperty had everything we needed.

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped to make family meals and the game room had lots of toys for the little ones. Our son and daughter in laws wedding venue was at Black Forest Wedgewood. We had a fun casual rehearsal party at Fox Run Park. The location of the property was between both events, so perfect for us. Beautiful views, quick response communication from owners. We enjoyed our trip.

Beautiful area and very accommodating. My daughter got married at Younger Ranch not far from there and we had the rehearsal dinner there and the wedding party stayed the night so polenta l of room for a big group!

We had a blast. There is enough space to get everyone together, and if you need some quiet time there is room for that also!

Ruth Anne was amazing with her communication! The house was perfect for my divorced in laws to stay in the same house together, but still have their own privacy with their new spouses LOL. Kitchen views of pikes peak was the cherry on top!

The pictures did not do this property justice. The house was absolutely incredible and maintained extremely well. There were plenty of activities to do during the day and the fooseball table/ movie room was a big hit at night. The house was very clean and we felt at home. Definately recommend this house!

We had an EPIC Christmas! I wanted all my family be together since everyone is older and it’s hard coordinating everyone, so this was the answer to my prayers! Hosts are very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and well kept. The grandkids had a blast! Would love to do it again someday!

The property was beautiful, the house had more than enough room for our group, and the host was very nice and easy to work with. I would consider this place again if we were ever in need of a place for a family function.

It was a nice place to stay. Beds were comfortable but upgraded pans and pots would have been nice to have and upstairs toilet kept clogging. They were very responsive when you needed help though and we had a great time!

We stayed here with our wedding party after we got married nearby. The location was exactly what we were looking for. As advertised, 6 of the beds are bunks, so those were a little bit tight for adults. We had hoped to use the queen futons instead, but one was located in the hallway and the other was in a room with a king beds so there wasn't much privacy. This seems like a great place to stay with lots of kids, but was a little bit awkward with a group of couples. Joshua was great to work with and quick to respond to our requests, but there did seem to be a miscommunication with the cleaning team. Joshua had approved us for a late checkout at 1pm and it was a big part of our reasoning for staying at the property. Unfortunately we received a call from the cleaning team at 11:30am saying they were expecting us to have left at 11. They were patient and let us pack up, but we did end up feeling a bit rushed.

Held my best friends bachelorette party here and everyone was so impressed by the property. Absolutely gorgeous house with lots of room for a large group of people. Property management was very nice and easy to contact. House worked nicely for our group and we would all love to co.e back.

Property was clean and very well equipped. Owners were great to work with and there are lots of things to do and see in Colorado Springs. We enjoyed being able to show off our lovely state with family from out of town. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great experience! The only con was it was a multi level home and not a great space for a 20 month old. Otherwise everything was excellent!
