Absolutely beautiful building and unit. The location was perfect as was the unit. Several thoughtful touches, a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, easily walkable to several restaurants and obviously the beach. A little slice of heaven!

My husband and I booked this stay as an early trip for our 8th wedding anniversary. Every aspect of this stay was beyond what we expected and hoped for. The host was so responsive and had literally anything we could have needed right on hand (down to the ice trays and brita pitcher). We like to stay active so really utilized the trails on property for daily walks and runs. They were breathtaking. Also ate at a few of the restaurants, shopped at the shops, and played a competitive round of putt putt. The beach was not crowded at all and was so clean and well cared for. The complex was unique with layout and the condo itself was so clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again.

Do NOT stay here if you want to fight blatantly false and ridiculous allegations by this owner. Property is beautiful. Condo is average. Smells like moth balls, it’s older. Owner is a liar and will do anything to grab some more money.

This unit is absolutely perfect and had a great trip. Amelia Island is our favorite place and we will definitely look to book this unit again. Maggie & Norm are attentive and thoughtful hosts that have gone to great lengths to ensure you have a wonderful stay and have everything you would need in the condo.

This beautiful condo/studio provides everything you need. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay from morning coffee on the veranda with ocean views, comfortable bed and linens, double bathroom sinks, efficient area for preparing coffee and small breakfast, and much more. The location is within walking distance to resort restaurants, shops, and walking paths. The owner was so hospitable to ensure we had everything we need. Thank you for sharing this enjoyable spot.

The property location being on the beach gave us beautiful views of the ocean and just steps from the beach for our morning walks. The pool was convenient and was well maintained for us just sitting and taking in the sun. Being able to be there for the second time gave us an opportunity to take advantage of exploring the island and taking day trips. We are hoping to get back there soon.

Relaxing and enjoyable start to finsh with backyard resident Turtles, Bunnies and Ducks. Very clean and well stocked with all the comforts of home. The grounds are a lush hammock intermingled with a beautiful salt marsh that's crisscrossed with creeks and tidal pools. Sports and Nature Lover's Paradise. Adjoining apt. next door is a huge plus for bigger groups.

We loved the stay and the property it was very well layed out and had all of the amenities you would need. We were very pleased. We had made a mistake and misunderstood that the linens actually belonged to the owner and not the resort and turned i. Some souled for clean and then got charged for the lost linen. My mistake and will be sure the next time.

If you are not booking this unit you’re missing out! Value is beyond a 5 star rating. This is one of our top VRBO experiences if not number 1. Do yourself a favor and book this unit. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!!

Wow, what a great view, beautiful resort. Room was very clean, well equipped, it had many items you would use at the beach and personal. The only negative for us was the bed. We are used to a king bed, this was smaller, the mattress was soft and we did not like the sheets as they were not all cotton. Everything overall was very good.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maggie & Norm's lovely home. Their decoration and furniture made us feel very welcomed.
Our morning coffee sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise was spectacular. What a view!! The beaches were clean and well taken care of, and we we enjoyed our long walks.
Amelia Island is one of our favorite places, such a beautiful island and there’s so much to do.
We look forward to coming back again very soon.

A very pleasant stay (except the weather). Great view of the pool area and beach/ocean. Easy access to beach as well. Very well-kept unit fully stocked. Grabbed a late dinner at Falcon's Nest (walking distance) and it was the best brisket sandwich I've ever had.

This was a perfect place for me to get away for a relaxing vacation. I enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. Watching the sunrise in the morning and watching the lightning storms at night from the balcony in my PJs - it doesn’t get any better!
The property is decorated just the way you would want a beach getaway to be. The hosts thought of everything! I’m going back!!

My husband and I loved everything this about our brief getaway. Room was so comfy and clean and owners put so much thought into helping their guest have what they need. We could not have furnished it better ourselves. We highly recommend and we hope to come and stay again ❤️

The location was ideal for the beach and frequent trips to Historic Fernandina. Lots of food choices.
