We spent five nights in a group of eight and were very comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment, gorgeous decor, nice pool and fire pit.

Throughout my 2+ week stay, I was joined by my son and his college friends, my cousin and her family (three kids under 10yo), a friend and my husband. There was something for everyone at the Tiki House, and even where it housed 11 of us we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Keith was incredibly prompt with communications both before check-in and during the stay. His encouragement and enthusiasm for entertaining was infectious. The house has two washer/dryers and two dishwashers which proved efficient for all guests. There are a wealth of appliances, many of which are a step up from what I use at home. A big joke in our family is the lack of sharp knives at rentals; I’ve been known to purchase my own while on vacation. This is not a problem at the Tiki House! Substantial dish ware and silverware enhance the stay. Although the house is on one of the busier streets, the backyard is an oasis. I took the opportunity to explore all the interesting fun neighborhoods (the Racquet Clubs, Little Tuscany, Old Los Palmas, the downtown area) during morning runs. The Aerial Tramway is a stone’s throw away. Thank you Keith and Bruce for your hospitatility. We look forward to spending more time in Palm Springs.

PS Tiki fully met our high expectations and provided a perfect place to celebrate for a fun-filled week with family. The hosts provided a seamless experience from the reservation to arrival/check-in to departure/check-out. Five stars for sure!

Keith was very upfront about the "no outdoor music" ordinance, but it have very little effect in our overally experience. We had a group of 6 couples and loved every minute of it! Comfort, cleanliness and tons of style in every room! Space to be together and rooms to escape all in one gorgeous Mod Home!

Everything about this home was great, with the exception that Palm Springs has a new ordinance that applies to all vacation rentals that completely bans all outdoor music and amplified sound. And there can never be any indoor music heard from outside the residence. It was our fault for not reading the rules more carefully upon booking. Had we realized this was going to be the case we never would have rented a home in this area. We traveled to Palm Springs to celebrate our daughters 16th bday with 10 of her friends and it was such a disappointment for the girls not to be able to enjoy listening to music by the pool and to also be worried about playing music inside and having any doors open. It really changed the overall experience and vibe of our daughters bday weekend. It would have been nice if the notice of this ban was made more clear on the description of the home. And that the owners would have made sure we were aware of the ordinance after we explained our reason for our booking. I would hate for anybody else to overlook this ordinance, like we did and have it effect their time spent there, as it did ours.

Friendly host, I was peppered with questions from my family that Keith was able to continuously answer with no questions or delays. Kitchen was well stocked with quality equipment, dual dishwashers and laundry equipment was also a blessing.

We stayed with 2 families: 4 adults, 4 tweens/teens, 2 dogs. Great space with everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. The casita was perfect for spacing out the adults. Keith is an attentive host. He answered quickly if I reached out with questions. Grocery store close by and a quick drive to town. There is a park across the street for kids and dogs. WiFi was great as well, we had no problems between kids on their devices and adults working from home.

This sunny getaway was just what we needed to celebrate a family reunion after getting COVID vaccinations. The setting was perfect to accommodate varied activity levels (hiking, biking, lounging) and large meals together. The decor was spot on for a fun, indulgent mid-century vibe, and Keith and Bruce were perfect hosts. Happy memories were made! Two thumbs way up!

We were there during Covid and it was was very cover clean and they had a lot of covid type supplies available.Keith was helpful at checkin, he texted me when there were a few weather issues and he even printed a document we needed and dropped it off. the house was great, my husband and daughter were working from home and had plenty of space, the wifi was excellent, which was a big help. the pool and hot tub and outdoor spaces,were all well maintained . it was great to be a 5 minute ride to downtown palm springs and all the outdoor restaurants and shopping. Albrertsons was within walking distances it was very easy to get groceries.We highly recommend this property and the hosts were great.

This is just a perfect setting for a large mixed group. We have three kids and two dogs, plus my mom and her partner. They were able to stay on the separate casita away from Our chaos and we were able to spread out and not worry about them. The kitchen is stocked better than my own kitchen in some cases! We cooked the entire time and had all the tools we needed for cooking and serving. We had all the pots/pans/skillets we needed for Boeuf bourgignon! The island and dining table are HUGE so no worries about space at all. The seating areas both indoor and out are so large and comfy, it made it so nice to hang out. The pool and the hot tub were perfect and the hosts responded immediately when we had temperature issues. There’s tons of bedrooms/bathrooms—my kids each had their own, what a treat for them! Plus this is just a super nice house with a very fun Palm Springs vibe. We had a wonderful break from our Covid quarantine, and even though we couldn’t go anywhere in PS, we rode bikes everywhere and had a wonderful time at this glorious house!

This house has everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, tons of outdoor space to eat and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable and provide enough sleeping space for a large group. The living space is also ideal for large groups that want to spend time together. The living room / dining room / kitchen combo made it easy for everyone to be together on Thanksgiving. The house was also very clean and filled with everything you would need to cook dinner or host a party for a large group. And I can't say enough nice things about the owner Keith. He communicated with us in the weeks leading up to the rental. He was there to check us in and kept in contact with us during the week to make sure we were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Easy, clean, and fun! All 6 adults enjoyed the pool and floaties, sitting by the fire under the glowing eyes of the tiki, and just lounging about. Having the pool heated to a very comfortable temperature without having to pay extra was greatly appreciated!

Wonderful house designed to work well for groups. Plenty of space to hang together as well as lots of nooks and rooms offering privacy. Kitchen fully stocked with any tool you could need, bedrooms comfy, bathrooms clean and modern. Pool is nice size and wonderful focal point. We had a blast.

Our trip to Palm Springs was fantastic. We had 11 people, 6 adults and five kids and the house (and space) was perfect. The flow of the house both inside and house made it feel very spacious. No details were overlooked, we had everything we needed. The owners were always very responsive and helpful with suggestions for things to do & places to go. We would definitely recommend this to large groups or multiple families.

The house was great for our extended family of 12 people, ages 5-79, and a dog for a week stay over Thanksgiving 2019. The design elements give the space an extra special and comfortable feeling. The layout provides enough private space for everyone. The communal areas easily accommodated everyone at the same time. The large park across the street was great for walking the dog. The kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed many meals at home. The pool and spa were used every day and in excellent condition. The multiple washer/dryers and dish washers allowed us to keep everything clean and comfortable throughout the week. Keith went above and beyond to be an accommodating host. Check-in / check-out was easy. The house allowed us to share and create many meaningful memories together as a family. I have no hesitation recommending it to others. Thank you!

I wanted to do something special for my 40th birthday and this house helped me to accomplish that! We had a small group of friends and family (12 people) and the house easily accommodated all of us, giving us both space to be together, but also some privacy in each of our rooms. The house was well appointed, especially the kitchen. We didn’t feel like we needed anything. The outdoor areas were amazing- the pool, the fire it, the different seating areas- all exceeded our expectations. Keith was helpful prior to our stay and had some good recommendations. Communication was excellent. I was worried about all of the PS vacation rental rules, especially the no outside music rule, but it really didn’t impact our stay at all. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we would return to this property anytime we are in the area. Book this property- you will not be disappointed!!

What an amazing property! It was perfect for our extended family vacation. The huge kitchen, living room, and dining room made it easy for us all to gather in the same area for meals and conversation. Pool was a blast! Love the décor!
