Second time staying at this location, very clean, perfect location!

Great view

Condo was very nice and clean. Only issue was the tv remotes were missing batteries and had no instructions on how to operate the tvs.

We were given the wrong code to condo door- had to wait for owner to respond back there was nothing for front desk on property to do.The unit was nice But The worst unit to get sleep it’s across from elevator. We had to get maintenance because of banging and clinging noise all during the day and night ;we wanted to make sure it wasn’t pipes or roof issues.It was horrible at night couldn’t sleep..maintenance said it was the elevator we are still not sure. Notified the owner and NO response therefore we felt he was aware of the noise…. Need more dusting -ceiling fan - artificial flowers should be dusted or removed.- window seals. There was left over opened used items .in refrigerator which was a turn off (mustard,mayo) ,It would very Hard to stay there again with Noise

This place was absolutely worth it. Best view and it’s right by the beach. Just 3min walk and you are in the sand !

Property was great and was stocked with nearly everything we needed. Location was great and owner was excellent to work with.

The place is a bit tattered but it felt like home.

Our stay was amazing! The resort is absolutely beautiful. One of the prettiest I’ve ever stayed at. Our condo was perfect. We will definitely look into booking here again!

This is a town where you’re not going to spend much time in the condo, however, when there you’ll have a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay with an amazing view. Directions for location and check in / check out were super easy and the property owner was very quick to reply and was very helpful with any questions we had. Would recommend!

We really loved the condo! It was a close walk to the beach, had a heated pool and the Owner is super nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Came for a long weekend to celebrate my friends 40th. It was cold and windy, but we still found lots to do and had some wonderful food (esp at Marina Cafe and McGuires Pub). Took a workout class at Orange Theory and loved it. The rental was beautiful and well equipped with all we needed! Central to shopping, food, the Harborwalk, and the beach. A short cheap Uber ride to sunset dolphin cruises and the cruising tiki bar huts to Crab Island. Would highly recommend!

Easy Check in, communication was excellent and he even made sure my coffee creamer was there. The condo was perfect for my husband and our 11 and 13 year olds. View beautiful. Fav eating spot back porch just a 3 minute walk. Condo had everything we needed and more. Thank you for such a great stay! Rebecca Moore

Everything was very clean and nice we really enjoyed our stay

Great view and location. Great communication. Only problem was the master bathroom, the faucet kept coming off on the bathtub.

Condo so easy to access, easy to park easy to get on elevator and the condo is right outside elevator. It was a very nice, quiet & comfortable. easy access to beach, The view from the balcony was perfect, could sit and stare at the ocean and just relax.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Paul has thought of everything! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need...beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards and even a wagon to carry it all in! Bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, a selection of soaps and shampoos, fully stocked kitchen, two coffee makers, K-cups, literally everything. The pools are amazing and there are even gas grills available for guests to use next to the pool. The proximity to the beach is excellent as well as it's proximity to all of Destin's popular attractions. Sterling Shores is very secure, clean, and convenient! I'm also happy to report that the elevator issue was fixed during our stay, so both elevators were working properly. Paul was a very attentive host and answered all questions immediately. Stop thinking about it and just book it...you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the location is very convenient to entertainment, shopping and dining. The owner was always responsive to our messages and accommodated our special requests which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to return next year!

House was great & close to everything.

The condo is clean and has a fantastic view from the 10th floor, just below the penthouses. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and save a little money by not eating out. The elevators were not working properly and I contacted Paul. He responded within 10 minutes and contacted the building who repaired the elevator quickly. Paul is extremely responsive. There are two pools, one large and one small. Both fantastic. The walkway to the beach has sprayers that you step on the activate that automatically clean your feet and legs. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Place was nice and clean, looks exactly like the pictures posted on the website. Actually, felt roomier once we got there. Only drawback for the place was one of the elevators was super slow at times and the other one elevator didn't work sometimes. No fault of the condo though. Would stay here again.

Great stay. There was an elevator issue but that was due to the bad storm the week before. We loved the location and the beautiful beach.

Great location in walking distance to beach and other shops. Only disappointment was there was only one working elevator during our entire stay. Loved having a washer and dryer to clean clothes before leaving home. Host was prompt with responses to any questions.

We were in Destin for a Little League Baseball Tournament. This property was close to the field and the beach!

We greatly enjoyed everything about our stay. The information provided and check in process was very helpful. There were waters and snacks waiting for us which was such a kind touch. The property was in a great location on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Our kids loved the pool! The beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler available were much appreciated, too! Thank you for a great place to spend a handful of days in the area.

This is a great property, with all the supplies and amenities you need for a wonderful stay in Destin. Even beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. The space was very clean, and the kitchen has updated appliances. The location is great as well. From the patio you can see and hear the ocean, and you will have a great view of the pool and the rest of the property. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful! View was amazing, me , my husband kids and mom stayed and it was just enough for us , everything was right there for us! We had so much fun in 3 days felt like we were there for a week! I definitely would go back!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful place very clean loved the location.

This was a very well kept property and communication with the host was almost immediate with every question that we had. Light snacks and waters were available, along with an assortment of various cooking items, that really helped when we went shopping for dinners. I'm sure this is a one-off, but there was a load of laundry still in the washer from the previous guests that didn't smell great and the temperature in the showers never got very hot. Two minor inconveniences in an abundance of positive experiences. Access to the beach was great, the access to the heated pool was great, the chairs and beach wagon really helped, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. Took 3 teenagers for Spring Break and felt secure for their safety as the whole complex is very family friendly. Would absolutely take my family back.
