This property is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed ourselves immensely as we had everything we needed. My only recommendation to others is if you require a strong internet signal in all areas of this condo, perhaps look into a data plan instead of relying on wi-fi as it can be weak at times...that being said, if you’re like us and only need to send a few messages now and then, there is more than enough signal. On the plus side, the shower (overhead rain shower style) was the best I have ever used!! I feel this unit is very good value and I would recommend it to everyone. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with and I would absolutely rent this property again.

This condo is amazing! Fabulous views, beautifully decorated, so much storage space, kitchen has everything you need and more! The grounds are beautiful, the onsite restaurant has great food, and the people who work there are wonderful and bend over backwards to make your vacation even better. Can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful experience at the BVGM and the this unit was perfect for us. The décor was vibrant and the kitchen was stock with all your cooking utensils that you would need. Lots of towels and linens to make your stay comfortable. We can't wait to go back in 2020!

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home in paradise. We were impressed right from the start with Jaz who greeted us in the lobby and showed us around the complex and suite to all the great staff that put us into holiday mode. Marilyn and Dale have made the condo just like home the kitchen is so well equipped there was nothing that we needed to supply. The location is perfect a little removed from the hustle of the hotel strip but close enough to Merza for groceries and wonderful shops and restaurants. We were only there for 3 days and we booked for next year. Marilyn & Dale were amazing to deal with and we looking forward to sharing this with my sister next year.

The condo was better than described. The kitchen is well appointed (although we never used anything in the kitchen) and if you wanted to cook you will have everything you will need. The view of the ocean and the beach is wonderful from the balcony. The property is located on a really wonderful part of the beach, the restaurants at this property is some of the best food you will eat in Ixtapa, staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are gated and we felt very safe. Renting this condo from Marilyn and Dale (the owners) was very easy and we felt very secure with renting from them. If and when we go back to Ixtapa I hope I will be able to rent this unit again from Marilyn and Dale.

We have rented at BVGM for 8 years. This condo was awesome...beautifully decorated, great ocean view, and everything you could possibly need to be comfortable and feel at home. The condo was spotless, the grounds are beautiful. We stayed for 4 weeks and have already booked for next year!

Thank you Marilyn for sharing your vacation rental with us and answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We had all the comforts of home and especially enjoyed nightly drinks on the balcony with the sounds and view of the ocean. The condo and the building was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, Ixtapa Island for snorkeling and all the wonderful shops and restaurants (all within walking distance). We will definitely return for a visit and hopefully get to stay longer.

I'm more than happy to give Marilyn a 5 star review. The property at the BVGM is lovely, her condo is stocked well to make your stay very comfortable. She is so easy to chat with and is prompt in returning any emails. We have already booked for next year!

Marilyn, Wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was everything you said it would be. Everything a vacation rental should be and more. We truly appreciated how well you have the condo stocked, from the linens to the utensils and everything in between. My wife even commented on the fact that you have enough hangers in the closet for a normal amount of unpacked luggage. It is amazing how little things like that make a vacation easier. The views from the unit are everything we expect from the BVG Marina. The furniture you have on the balcony is comfortable and just the right size as to make it cozy. We spent many a morning out there watching the sunrise. We really appreciate the pride you have in your condo and we will definitely plan to book again in the future. Thanks again, Bob and Stacey

This was our second time staying at the BVG Marina and we love the building. This condo was well situated to be able to enjoy the view of the ocean, beach, enjoy the sunrise and hear the waves. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is in a great area that you can either walk, bus or taxi to the shops and restaurants in Ixtapa. As well, a short taxi ride to either Zihuatanejo or Ixtapa Island. The owners were very good to deal with and responded to all questions/concerns promptly. We are returning the BVG again in 2018 and tried to rent this condo again, but not surprising, it has been rented already. Thanks for a great holiday and we will try again in 2019!

We recently stayed 2 weeks in this nice condo. We found it to be very clean and well equipped. The little balcony, with it's fantastic view down the beach, was our favorite part of the condo. Especially enjoyed sitting at the table on the balcony in the morning to eat breakfast, and in the evening to watch the lights come alive after dark. We loved being able to hear the waves crashing on the beach all night. Everything at the BVG is so handy...from the snack bar, to the beach/pools, to the buses/taxis on the street, or to just walk to Ixtapa. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!

We stayed in the unit from January 1st thru January 8 and on the scale from 1 to 10 it is 9.5. Wonderful unit, perfectly located in central tower that allows you to be on the balcony after 2pm to enjoy breathtaking view without being expose to sun. View from the bedroom is also great. Unit equipped and furnished really well. It was our 4th stay in the GBVM and I would say this is the best unit that we stayed at.

We absolutely loved our vacation in Ixtapa this year, and much of the enjoyment was due to our staying in your condo.  It was beautifully arranged, clean on arrival, and comfortable.  The rooms, especially the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room, were well equipped.  More than that, the condo was really pretty with beautiful views from both the living room and the bedroom.  The food and drinks at the poolside restaurant were great.  Also, the condo is conveniently located for sightseeing and shopping.  The staff was warm and friendly during our stay, and both our arrival and departure were easy and convenient.  Best Properties was equally friendly, and also extremely helpful and informative.  There were no problems of any kind. We really don’t have any improvements to suggest, and the whole experience was outstanding.  We have already recommended your condo to our friends and will continue to do so.  Also, we hope to be contacting again in the future, at least annually.

My family of four recently stayed a week over Christmas at this condo. The place was very clean, well kept, and well equipped with all the amenities we could need. The view of the ocean from the terrace was breathtaking! The BVG is on the beach, with a beautiful pool and palapas on the beach. It feels much more home-y and less crowded than a hotel. The in-house restaurant provided excellent Mexican food at a very affordable price. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was exclusive, avoided big crowds, and was walking distance to great restaurants on the marina and along the street. The owner was incredibly helpful and responded to all questions in a timely manner. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it!

We recently stayed at this condo for 12 days. The unit itself is fresh and clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking overlooking the beach which spans for miles. The infinity pools and hot tubs are wonderful should you not enjoy swimming in the ocean. The pool area is always clean and quiet with lots of loungers available for the residents of BVG. On the main level of the building there is a small outdoor restaurant with reasonable prices and great food. The staff are very helpful and friendly. BVG Marina is walking distance to many shops & restaurants. There is a beautiful walking/bike path just behind the building that takes you to the natural park preserve in Playa Linda. You can also take a water taxi to Ixtapa Island and enjoy a day of great snorkeling. The weather is consistently 32 degrees at this time of year - just beautiful - I can't say enough about it. For those of you wondering about currency, take your cash to a bank in Ixtapa and exchange it for pesos. It will make your life alot easier when making your purchases in and around town. Don't be afraid to take the bus. It is very reasonable and reliable transportation. You don't need to be at a bus stop as the driver stops every time they see people walking or waiting. We often took it to Z for suppers, shopping or sight seeing. The cab drivers are very friendly also. Negotiate your price before you get in the cab. We did most of our grocery shopping in Z at the Commercial and took a cab home. Overall a great place to stay - we will be back soon.

This was our second stay in this condo. The unit is beautifully decorated and comes fully equipped with everything you might possibly need right down to the blender for making those “frozen concoctions” after a day in the sun. The balcony furnishings are amazing and the view is incredible. The complex grounds are meticulously maintained and the staff is always very pleasant. The pools are quiet and relaxing and there are always plenty of pool chairs to be found at any given time. There are many great restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and the unique Mexican town of Zihuatanejo is just a short bus ride down the road. We would have no hesitation in recommending this condo to any of our friends or family. We will in all likelihood be returning to this condo ourselves in the future.
