This home is gorgeous , spacious and has every amenity you will need. We had our two 18 year olds (who each had their own rooms) and our two younger boys who got to pick from one of 4 bunk beds plus a Wii U in their room. We enjoyed the location as well since it was centrally located to many of the places we went to see. The pools were perfect and close to the home and were never too crowded. At night, it was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely look to rent here again when we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your home!

Comfortable, clean with all the amenities of home! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and have already referred several friends to this property.

This property was well suited for our needs and located conveniently to the activities we had planned. We had 3 generations of family; ten of us in total. The bedrooms were very comfortable & the 3 1/2 baths were a plus. Patio & grill were nice, too. Our teen boys enjoyed the pool & some even played golf on the neighborhood course. Our only real issues were that the washer broke on our last night and the AC seemed to struggle to keep up with the warm temps. Maintenance answered promptly when we called. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful home. It’s clean and well taken care of. Nearby activity center / club house. Nice pools. Really nice neighborhood. Safe area. Close to St George and state parks Long list of things you can be fined for. New appliances. TVs were more than adequate. Lots of bedding and towels. I would look to stay here again.

We really liked the townhouse as it was roomy and nicely decorated. Lots of extra towels, blankets and dishes. We enjoyed the pool and the pond that was within walking distance. Our first night our son went to get in bed and noticed the pillow shams and comforter had white marks that looked like snot on the pillow and he was pretty grossed out. Another one of the beds pillow shams had the same thing on it so I am not sure how clean the bedding was. The kitchen floor was black when I had to wipe up a spill and that was gross especially since we were asked to not wear shoes in the house at the least they could of cleaned the floors. The washer/ dryer worked great but the dishwasher's had an issue and the kitchen faucet was loose. The bottle of disinfect that was suppose to be used to clean with didn't work. Little things that were a bummer but didn't ruin our time there.

This is a beautiful condo, close to shopping, and a great jumping off point to the many parks in the area. There were 3 couples and 3 kids in our party, and we were all very happy with the accomodations.

We took our family for a holiday vacation and had a great time! The house was wonderful and we loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Quiet and clean. We hope to return some day.

We had two families staying in this condo and it was perfect! Loved the two Master suites, kids room and all it offered! Everyplace in the community was close to the pool, which even if the weather wasn’t the warmest, the kids still loved the lower pool and hot tub that was heated! None of us wanted to leave!

The pool and club house was great. Heated and clean. Open from 7am to 11pm. Family friendly, well stocked. Beds were good and all 14 of us sleep well. internet and tv's and videos and many extras. And was clean and well stocked.

Very nice, met all our needs. We would stay again.

This was a great place to stay and we will be staying here again. It was perfect for our family, we had enough space to not be tripping over each other, but we also had the amenities we needed as well. The unit was clean, organized and spacious. Really enjoyed our stay!
