The condo was very large and we had plenty of room for 6 adults to relax after a day of on the slopes. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Our only advice to the property manager would be to consider replacing the dishwasher in the unit with a better one and maybe giving all the dishes a deep clean.

There was plenty of space and we loved the kitchen/main area. The mud room was especially appreciated being how we didn’t have to track up the house with all our ski gear! It was definitely a ski in right to the door but not a ski out. This still was not a problem being how you just had to make a very short walk on an already packed trail to the ski trail. We definitely liked the fact that there were bathrooms on each level. The only thing we wished we would hv had and didn’t find one was a broom! Very minor!

Only complaint was that We arrived during a snow storm. I would highly recommend 4WD as we were never able to make it up the steep incline to the condo. Even the other family with 4WD took till day 3 to make it up. The ski out was “sporty” day 1 as we had to make our own path to walk as there were 16” of fresh snow, but became easier each day. We found a path to ski in just past the car gate was a blast for the kids...all the way to the back door. The boys had to be pried away from the sleds after skiing hours. Great living room layout for game nights as well. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

True ski in and out condo right next to the woods and ski area. Well laid out for a big family/friend group. We would definitely stay here again.

The City of Durango offers shopping and some mighty fine restaurants. It was a great overall experience. This condo had three floors. I recommend that the out of shape flatlanders try and exercise before you head to Colorado. Hauling gear to the 3rd floor can leave you breathless. I was looking for an oxygen station on the second floor.

We had a great time. The house was fabulous. I would only recommend letting your potential clients know that if they want to do any activities at Purgatory they need to reserve early. We got there and could not rent ski equipment or rent snow mobiles. We basically could not do any activities at the resort because everything was booked. Also your potential clients need to know that it’s impossible to drive to the house in a car that is not 4 wheel drive. Even then those vehicles had an extremely difficult time making it to the room. My mother is handicap and we could not make it up to our house. She had to walk far and up a hill to get her there. We had to buy chains for our tires to make it around purgatory. It was very beautiful and the home we stayed at was amazing. Just wish we had other basic information before arriving. This was our first time doing a trip to Colorado.

We rented this property because we have dogs. It was great to have the back running area for them in the snow. But at 60, three flights of stairs was too much. The property is clean and has a great view.

We enjoyed our stay, however we had a problem with the refrigerator not working. We had made our food in advance and the ice we brought melted in the freezer over night. I contacted the property management and they brought 2 ice chests with 6 bags of ice. This was good for one day but it all melted quickly. I advised management we would be leaving a day early because of the food situation and not enough ice left to keep the food cold. They were very responsive and issued us a credit for the inconvenience. This is a great place to stay and I'm sure it would have been an even better experience with a working refrigerator, however they came through with compensation for our loss of food and the inconvenience. Much appreciated!

Extremely nice family room—nice view. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Towels were great quality, and there were fans for each bedroom, which we needed due to no AC. Management was accessible easily and responded to service calls quickly. The beds were extremely comfortable. Negatives: the exterior of the units needs updating, and unfortunately this is the first thing that you notice driving into the rental. The carpets need to be replaced. Overall, worth what we paid and would stay there again.

This place is perfect for a group of friends. Everyone had there own floor to sleep on with bathroom. The main floor has amazing view of the mountains that we enjoyed with every meal.

We loved this property. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. Lots of stairs so we got our exercise too!

Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful views from the uppermost level where there is a spacious family room with a wood burning fireplace, dining room, and nice, big kitchen. The decor is a bit outdated but perfect for families with kids and dogs. Convenient ski in/ski out access and area out back for kids and dogs to play.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 6 kids and had a wonderful experience. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! Perfect place to ski and relax I highly recommend it. They also had plenty of extra blankets!

The condo was great. The only thing we were disappointed in was it was listed as a ski in ski out but there was still a hike up the hill to a run in the morning and then a hike back down when going in. We were expecting to be able to just step out the door and go. Other than that it was very enjoyable.
