Great location, a little confusing at the beginning with the garage and house, out side that a great stay! Warren was extremely responsive!

Worked out perfectly for my husband and myself and two grown sons. We were visiting our daughter who lives in Carlsbad. Access to eating places is excellent and we even went bowling which is in walking distance-

Perfect house in a quiet neighborhood to visit with relatives. Garage was a life saver and a crowded parking street.

The place was comfortable and as expected. Warren was communicative when needed. There were a couple hiccups with bikes & boogie boards but, overall everything worked out. We enjoyed our stay!

Super cute so much around to do from shopping to getting a bit out. It had everything as described. We will stay here again.

We had a great family vacation. The location was great, close to the ocean and walking distance to coffee and restaurants. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house was perfect, had all the amenities you could need and more and a great little yard.

The owner gave terrific directions. The property was perfect for a stay with grandma. The farmer sink was the perfect bathtub for the little ones. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the dogg and the 3 year old to play. A grassed area and paved area with comfortable patio furniture. The three year old loved pretend play outside. I brought my doggies bed and she enjoyed her stay and didn't want to leave. I wish I had more time at this house with my grandbabies and doggie. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and clean. The PrimoMarket was terrific and had everything necessary within walking distance. Loved my stay!!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and loved being here! Felt like we lived here! Great space and wonderful landscaping! The rose bush by the front door provided excellent smells upon entering the home!! This was our first time staying in South Oceanside. The property is impeccably clean and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and local breweries. The kitchen is well-appointed and the rooms are spacious. My vehicle (Toyota Tundra) was slightly too long for the garage but we had no issues with on-street parking, which was actually more convenient during unloading of luggage and groceries. When we plan our next visit to California, this place will be at the top of our list.

Came down to participate in an annual cycling event - Bike the Coast. I reserved this perfect quaint home for it's location to the starting point. It had all the conveniences three ladies needed (especially a lot of TP)! Appreciated having garage to park in. Good communication with host:) Coffee a walk away and a brewery too. Oceanside pier is north less than 2 miles, makes for a good walk and calorie burning;) Always a lot to do and see, places to eat or just relax. This home is one to keep on the list for future Oceanside visits. Thumbs up!

This property was wonderful it was close to the beach and clean. There was a nice garage to park in with a nice walk way to the back patio. I enjoyed every minute of my stay.

This is our second time renting this wonderful house. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed exploring the area. House is very clean and well stocked. Easy check in process. Our dog loved the cute back yard.

Enjoyed our visit to Oceanside Everything about the house was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and amazing location. Fenced in yard for the pup. Walking distance to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. Warren was a fabulous host-answered our questions and concerns immediately. We will rent again.

Love being walking distance from coffee in the morning and pizza and drinks at night. Nice all around

This property was top notch. Great neighborhood. Always found parking on the street which is much more convenient than the garage in the alley. Property is well maintained and cleaned. We were there for work. The floor plan is excellent and affords privacy with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. I will stay here again when needed for work.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend with our dogs and it was perfect! We kept the back door open the whole time and we all enjoyed the fenced in backyard. It had everything: lovely bathrooms, convenient kitchen with a dishwasher, big comfy couch, nice big TV, and easy parking. We walked 5 mins to a vintage market, coffee shop, brewery, and 2 pizza places, and we drove to the Del Mar dog beach every day (20-minute drive). We loved the location and Warren was very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

We needed a place for two couples and a plus one, near the beach. This house has that and more! It's got a full size garage if you can't find parking on the street; there is a very comfy, big cozy living room and a practical, functional kitchen decked out with newer appliances. It's perfect for entertaining or just whipping up a breakfast for an entourage before heading out to sightsee or just lounging in the backyard, reading in sun or shady spots. The cool cross breeze is delightful through the house is nice when you open the windows, and parrots roost nearby, which gives this palm tree lined neighborhood a tropical, island vibe at dusk each night. The washer and drier really make laundry a snap and we really felt like it was like coming home after each daily outing. The location was perfect for a low drama getaway, and everything you need is nearby. The local beach access is a short walk away, and the vibe of South Oceanside way less uppity than Encinitas or other, wealthier coastal towns. We'll definitely be booking again to recharge another time soon, now that we've got the lay of the land. Be sure to stop in to Best Pizza one block east; you're practically neighbors!
