Loved the location. Size of house was perfect for our family!

Great location, wonderful place! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Parking a bit of a challenge but have a better appreciation as to why since we have been there now!

This beautiful home was the perfect fit for our family trip to San Diego: super close to the beach and a short drive to the MCRD and airport. It's spacious: we had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed a comfortable bed. My favorite points: close proximity to the ocean and restaurants (2 minute walk), very quiet neighborhood, and beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards for guests. None of us wanted to leave!

Our daughter and her fiancé planned their destination wedding at nearby Sunset Cliffs and we were thrilled to stay at this beautiful and well-appointed condo in Mission Beach with our other kids and their families. Family and friends of his and hers stayed nearby as there are so many options in the area. EVERYONE loved the area and this beautiful condo. I am a SD native and, in my opinion, this location is the best in town. We love the beaches, Mission Bay, and 15 minute drives to the airport, La Jolla and so many amenities in between. This condo met all of our needs and exceeded everyone's expectations for an easy and relaxing time. Toni answered emails quickly and cordially with responses to questions and concerns, which were few. I highly recommend this space for enjoying a relaxing time with family and friends. The great room is fantastic.

The location was great. The place was lovely and had everything we needed. The restrictions are a little ridiculous. With a cleaning fee as expensive as this one, no one should be expected to do a thing before checkout. Of course we did, but they need to cut that fee in half if they are going to have cleaning expectations. Also, a rental for 10 people over an older couple? There are bound to be complaints. Overall, it was almost perfect for our group.

We loved having an air conditioned unit almost as much as our 1 and 2 year old grandkids loved the under the stairs play house. The parking was better than other reviews we read. Also we agree that things were well stocked and we tried to leave our own items that were sealed and worth using like paper products. The owner was attentive and especially conscience of an outside neighbor situation. Many thanks for the weekend. We wound up with all but one of us (me) getting a stomach flu. We are blaming the babies because we always get whatever their systems are battling. But we played while victims did their time and we continued to enjoy the condo and beach. We do recommend staying here.

This property worked out well for our group of 10 that included 6, 8, 12, and 14 year olds plus adults. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and having the washer and dryer was useful after a few days at the beach. The most helpful small detail that is missing in so many rentals was towel hooks. There are a whole row of them for the beach towels outside the front door. The bathrooms had several hooks so we could keep bath towels straight. It really helped us with the kids. Toni was available to answer questions within minutes usually. There were 5 beach chairs and plenty of sand toys for the kids. The location was perfect. The beach and boardwalk were 2 short blocks away. We walked to Baked Bear on the boardwalk one night for delicious ice cream sandwiches. They even have gluten free cookies and vegan ice cream.

So clean, beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of them. Well stocked, which is fantastic. An abundance of towels. Great showers. Parking is dicey. We had to rent a minivan with the number of kids we have. Narrow space but we did get in a few times when there was no street parking. Able to walk to mission beach and pacific beach. Loved that it was the upstairs townhouse. Quiet. Nice upstairs patio. Lots of light in the cool windows. Would stay again and recommend for sure!

The property was extremely clean and perfectly located between bay and beach. It was perfect for our family of 9. There was an issue with the microwave breaking and our gracious host, Toni, replaced it asap. She responded immediately to my email. We were all very happy with our stay.

We had an absolute blast staying at this Mission Beach condo. The condo was updated, well stocked and clean. The location cannot be beat. My family had a lovely spring break and we look forward to booking again in the future.

All of our family stayed here for our vacation and enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean, easy check in. Would stay here again

Excellent location, property and stay!

The condo was well appointed and comfortable as portrayed. Our grandchildren loved playing in the upstairs loft and our 2 year granddaughter was enchanted with the little playhouse tucked under the stairwell. It was a great place for our family holiday.

We loved this property! Plenty of room for our 10 person party. The place was clean and just a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Also loved that we could walk to the beach and the bay. Toni (owner) was amazing as well! One thing to know about San Diego is that it’s a big city with limited space. You will see reviews about the small parking space, but that’s just how this city is. Pretty much all housing has small parking spots. However, there is plenty of free public parking very close. We rented a 15 passenger van and had a 5 min walk from the larger, free parking spots. We had three kids in our party and we chose this rental because they provided all baby items we needed. There’s even a little playroom under the stairs that the kids loved to play in. Overall we had a great experience! I would definitely love to stay here again!

Don't stay here. We have stayed in multiple cities with big parties and never had issues like this. House was nice and in a nice area. Very roomy for the wedding party that stayed here. Toni stated it was okay to have additional people during the day but not overnight. We had exactly 12 people stay overnight and he is trying to charge $2000 extra. He also charged $500 for dog hair and a chip on the kitchen counter that was not from our stay. The power in one bedroom went out and he didn't attempt to fix. Just shared how to fix it and we had to do it ourselves. Would not recommend staying here unless you want to be accused of things you didn't do. What a great way to ruin my daughter's wedding.

This was a great place with lots of room for a family gathering. It was very well stocked and suited our mix of ages very well. We all agreed we would stay here again.

This place was great for a group get together. The winter is the best time for people to come from cold climates to enjoy the beaches and bay from this perfect location. The place was spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated. Street parking was easily available as it was a "cold weekend" for San Diego.

Property was exactly as pictured. Couple of small issues with directv service. Cleanliness of property and location in proximity to the beach was awesome. Parking is very tight, even with a smaller vehicle, but beach parking was available and just a short walk away. Street parking was limited.

We rented the place for a family gathering. 9 adults slept comfortably in the 4 bedrooms and loft area. We enjoyed being able to cook and eat together and the beach which was steps from the rental. The only issue we ran into was parking for 3 vehicles, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

We had a great time enjoying the bay and the ocean, not to mention the family time. My only complaint is the parking space, which is fine of you have a Mini Cooper. We ended up leaving the car in the space once we wedged it in there and used the scooters that were easily accessible.

Our overall impression of the property was good. the place was very clean and well stocked with many items. In order to give this property a five star rating you will need to rid the place of gnats and make sure that all tv's can work at the same time or let renters know ahead of time.

This beach house is just beautiful inside with all upgrades and the most stocked beach house we have ever stayed in. It literally has everything!! Beautiful property and awesome location!

This property was perfect for our group of adults and kids. Everything needed is here, it is really nicely decorated in beachy colors and comfortable furniture, linens, kids toys and...everything. A Kuerig coffee machine and a drip pot! A TV in every bedroom and the loft. This place has options we did not expect. The entire area looks to have tight parking when it comes to individual rentals, but street and lot parking was close by for our larger car, so we opted for that instead of the parking spot under the duplex. Two very different beaches minutes away by foot. There are some local residents, and the usual courtesies about noise etc. is appreciated. We can recommend a stay here. Very comfortable and roomy. So, the only 'con' would be tight parking, and that is easily mitigated. The 'pros' are too many to list. We loved this beautiful top floor duplex, and had a very memorable vacation!

Sleeping arrangements were not good, 12 people cannot sleep comfortably in this unit, very crowded but location was great

This place was perfect for our family vacation. The owners thought of everything very accommodating. The only downside is the parking but anywhere you go in mission beach parking is tight. Definitely will stay here again.

Loved this condo. Great location. Easy walk to beach and bay. Only complaint about the condos was the beds. They badly need to be replaced. Parking is a definite issue. Condo is big enough for a large family but there is no parking for a family vehicle. The parking spot would only hold small cars and we could not find any parking on the street. Toni was great. Easy to work with.

My family had such a wonderful time staying at this home! Everything was exactly as pictured online, and it was so great being so close to both the bay and beach - quite literally under a minute to the bay and only 3-4 minutes to the beach! It's located in a very cute little neighborhood, with many restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance, and is only 5 minutes from Sea World and 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo; the location was perfect for our family and everything we wanted to do. We didn't have any issues but did have some questions during our stay, and we were able to message / text with the owner/manager easily and get immediate responses, which is very important to us when renting a home. The parking spot is very tight, but it seemed standard for the beach neighborhood and the welcome email does give fair warning of this as well as helpful tips. Everything was very seamless and easy, the home was very welcoming and lovely and had everything we needed, and we would absolutely rent it again without question!

We loved this place easy access to everything the place was beautiful. Exactly like the picture. Everyone had plenty of space. Parking was challenging but we had a minivan.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! The location is great. Very easy walking distance to both the bay and the beach as well as food locations in Mission Beach and only about 15-20 mins from most places we visited. This was such a cute property and perfect for what we needed. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space/beds for us. The property was very clean and we were impressed with how well the kitchen/pantry was stocked. Toni was super great to work with and made everything about the stay so easy and accommodating. Just to reiterate what the instructions already say the parking space is very tight so make sure to get a car that works. We had a Toyota Corolla which seemed to be the right size for the space. We also rented a minivan (this was extremely tight in the space) and had no problem finding parking a short distance away at the public parking area. I highly recommend this property!! We stayed at this property for a girls trip (10 total) and we loved everything about it. The house is completely updated and beautiful!! They had everything you could think of—laundry detergent, extra trash bags, makeup wipes, etc. We walked to a few spots in Mission Beach from the property- it’s super convenient to everything. I highly suggest this property to anyone looking for a property that holds large groups. We all agreed we would 100% stay here again!

This house has everything you need. We went to Legoland and we needed to rent strollers but the owner had umbrella strollers in the closet, also sand toys for the kids. It was great!
