The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, decor very nice. It needs some TLC, a paint job all over, towel rack is non existent in bathroom, dishes only for 4. Good location to see St. Simons and Jekyll Islands.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was perfect for a family of four.

3rd trip to SSI. First time renting this condo...perfect set up for my sister and our dogs. Great location! Only minutes from the dog-friendly off-leash beach which we visited daily. Look forward to returning.

This condo suited my family's needs perfectly as we were in town to visit my mother for Thankgiving. Location was ideal, right off the causeway. Everything was comfortable and the rental was a very good value.

This unit was clean & had all the basics you need for a getaway! We stayed there with friends and it was convenient to get to as soon as you're on the island and also if you want to make a trip to Jekyll it's quicker to get off the island. Would definitely rent this unit again! We had a much needed comfortable and relaxing weekend here!

Great spot for a Ga/Fl weekend!

The location was perfect for my family little Summer weekend getaway. The condo was beautifully decorated in tranquil seafaring decor. We love it! -The only down side was the outside porch and patio area needed a little tiding up, and the gargabe can could use a good power washing. *Other than that our we enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

Overall, it’s a great space. We enjoyed our stay. There was no grill, the outdoor shower didn’t work, and the tv remote was broken in the living room so the volume was stuck on blaring.

Nice property, we enjoyed our stay. A little farther from everything than I wanted. All in all it was a comfortable place. The golf and lake view is a peak through the trees.

Several church ladies traveled there for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway. This is a great location with easy access in and out. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

A very nice weekend stay. The only things that bother me was the main couch was badly stained and it would of been a plus if the sky light above the bedroom had of been clear & cleaned to be able to see the sky at night. I would tell guest that it is a great place to stay but be cautious when having sex because the neighbors will be able to hear your performance..

Our stay at this property was perfect.They are precise with photos and descriptions.If you have questions,the owners respond pretty quick.We plan on coming back!

We rented this condo for a short getaway. It was our first time visiting St. Simons so we did not know what the island was like. The condo is not in the best location since you have to drive everywhere. We paid a cleaning fee but the condo was not very clean which led us to cleaning ourselves. There were gnats and flies in the condo which I’m assuming was because the trash can was sitting right outside the front door and had maggots in it, it appeared that the can was not emptied prior to us arriving. Although the condo was spacious, it definitely needs a deep clean along with some repairs. We were unable to eat at the kitchen table together because there were only 3 chairs and 4 guests. We always book our trips through VRBO because we like to support local owners but we will not stay here again.

Nothing "New" or "Luxurious “ about this unit. Description is extremely deceptive. This unit is unsafe with mold and weak main flooring. The supporting beams are clearly rotted and not able to support a stable floor. The smell and dampness is rampant. Clearly the water heater has leaked at one time and damaged the subflooring. There are so many areas in need of repairs - fan in bedroom is bent and can’t be on as the blades hit the light, bathroom sink doesn’t drain, bathroom towel rack was torn out of the wall, the bed frame in the main room is broken and this was clearly known as there are wires there trying to hold it together. The main couch in the LR is damp and moldy, fireplace wasn’t cleaned out, and bathroom door downstairs doesn’t close. If this was a hotel we never would have checked in. Extremely disappointing. While the owner of the unit has pledged to fix the minor issues, this is in need of major repairs just to make it inhabitable.

The neighbors should definitely do some pressure washing cause when u first drive up you are greeted with a molded door next door and trash scattered a bit on their little porch doorstep. This is not the renters problem, they can't control other people. The condo itself was very cute. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the fireplace. The grill should be charcoal because we did not bring a gas canister. If you want to use the fireplace bring ur own wood.

This property and the others owned by the Hyde family in this location are always well stocked, expertly decorated, warm, cozy and inviting and this trip was no exception. They are great hosts, avid communicators and units always cleaned with easy check-in and check-out procedures. I definitely recommend this location for easy access to restaurants, the beach, the shopping square and more.

We had a great time in St Simon as always. This condo was very nice and accommodating. The host are very nice and respond quickly. This is our second year renting from them.

I spoke with the owner when we left about items that needed addressing. She was very receptive and thanked me for my feedback. However, despite these items it was honestly overall a pleasant stay.
