We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room in the condo and elevator wait time was super super quick! Amazing views of the ocean and pool.

The condo was very spacious with beautiful views. Clean and owner was very attentive. We had more than enough space and will rent this place again!

We stayed in Charles and Wanda's Condo at Edgewater resort. The Resort was nice but due to the time of the year some of the pools were shut down and a bit cold. Ocean view and beach area clean and easily accessible. The condo was just what we needed for the week! Wanda was receptive and helpful when we encountered an issue with our parking passes. They made sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

This condo is exactly as listed. The owners are very friendly and do their best to make your stay memorable. We have lots of kiddos and the 3rd guest room is set up perfectly for our kids. We will be renting again for years to come! Thanks for everything! ❤️

What a beautiful and spacious condo! The view is fantastic, the beds are so comfortable and we had more than enough room to accommodate our party of seven. The entire process from booking, checking in and instructions on what to do when checking out was a breeze. There was always an available parking space even though the resort was very busy. The elevators ran very quickly and we never had to wait for more than a minute to get one. Wanda gets back to you very quickly with any questions you may have and she and Charles have stocked this condo with anything that we may have needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay in this lovely condo again! Thank you Wanda and Charles!

I can’t thank the owners for their prompt replies in any questions I had. The condo itself was better than pictured, which isn’t always the case. The property has everything you need… we always get airbrushed shirts… there’s a place right at the property. I forgot sunscreen… there is a Starbucks and ice cream shop that opens at 7 and has other forgotten items there for purchase. My daughter wanted crab claws… the restaurant on property was one of the only restaurants in the area we found to have them. My parents ended up having 2-3 meals and enjoyed their meal each time. Having a spacious and clean condo on a great property… made for a great time between baseball games.

Totally would rent this condo again!

We would highly recommend this property for a relaxing family getaway. The location was excellent - right on the beach, beautiful pools, onsite restaurant and easy walk to the main strip. Feels safe and clean.Our unit was the perfect size for our family. 3 bedrooms with 3 bath made it easy for us to get ready and out the door. Living room was great for a family movie night. I particularly enjoyed a morning coffee on the balcony.Homeowner was super responsive, filled with helpful hints and touristy pointers.We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in our condo. Great views and condo was beautiful and clean. Love the 3 bathrooms as well!! Wanda was amazing on getting back to me quickly with all of my questions. Resort was very cleans as well and the restaurant “Oceans bar and grill” was really good. Will stay here again!

Wanda was the easiest to rent from and made everything go smoothly and is very organized. The unit was spotless and very comfortable for all 7 of us and the view of the pool and beach is the best! Awesome experience

We had a fabulous family vacation and the property was perfect for our large family of 8. We LOVED Edgewater...the pool, splash pad, and beach access was perfect. Never had to wait too long for the elevators. Wanda was excellent at communication. Will definitely stay again! Only con was the bathtubs didn’t drain so you were always standing in dirty water. Also, we had to buy a broom while there because only a mop was available to clean the floors throughout the week. Overall, it was great and we are already trying to find a time to come back.

My wife and I had a great time during our short trip despite Marco and Laura hurricanes threatened our stay. The unit was very clean which is #1 for us when we travel. We can compromise comfort, location, and other pleasures we enjoy at home. This unit had it all. It was also comfortable, well-taken care of, and everything was functional. The view was spectacular particularly from the master bedroom with big windows looking out to the ocean. Great pool for both adults and kids. The restaurant on site was very good too and I will say reasonably priced compared to other resorts. If you plan to spend most of your day at the beach, beach chairs rental ran as of August 2020 $50 a pair a day. Parking was a breeze even close to the main entrance. No gulf carts allowed in the resort. So if you're like me that likes to enjoy cruising close-by places in a gulf cart, you'll need to rent it daily - no overnight parking. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. We followed her instructions, and we had no problems arriving at the gate or after our departure. One early morning, I read a booklet left by the owner with interesting information. I enjoyed reading the section of places to eat and the owner's personal review of these places. I encourage you to read it. It's funny. We took interest in a place the owner raved about: The Shipyard Grill. No kidding when she said don't let the construction and appartments deter you. It almost did. If it wasn't for the review there was absolutely no way I would have gone there. Needless to say and sadly, the place was closed. And it looks to be closed for good. We had to settle for Schooners. Great place. If there is anything that went "wrong" during our stay which had nothing to do with the owners, but worth mentioning. The building where the unit is located has two passenger elevators. One of them was out of order at least for the length of our stay. When you add COVID rules to this, the lines to the elevator were long on both sides of the elevator during peak hours. Because this unit was on the 8th floor, taking the steps for this old man was out of the question. You may want to check with the property manager (or owner) if you plan on renting the unit to ensure both elevators are working - if this is paramount for you. Other than that, my wife and I had a great time. Look forward to renting this unit in the future. Thank you Wanda !

This condo is incredibly comfortable size wise, you can easily have 10 people staying there. I really appreciated the fact that every room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is supplied with absolutely everything you need for a short or long stay. The condo has fantastic balcony views of both the pool and beach. The only thing that was not fantastic is that it seems like the cleaning service doesn’t dust the condo at all and the bathroom in the bedroom that has multiple beds has a very rusty shower curtain rod and that rust transferred to the towels. Overall, our stay was good.

Very clean and well stocked condo. Wanda was wonderful before and during our stay. She also has a binder with any info you can think or not think of. From where to eat to taking pictures and must do or see in Panama City. Will return next year!

Had a wonderful time with family & friends at a beautiful condo/resort at Edgewater!! Ocean was clear & beautiful & loves all the amenities there! Only part I hated was packing up to head back home!

The condo was everything I could have wanted! We had my in-laws come down with us, so there were 7 of us in the condo, 2 small children and a wheelchair with plenty of space for all! And the view was... out of this world! It was truly amazing.

Even after waiting until 4pm to get into the property, the room still wasn't ready for us. Other then that, we had a wonderful time!
