Spacious 3bed/4bath one floor layout. The golf course/mountain views from the kitchen and patio just makes life more relaxing.
A small hiccup was quickly and easily resolved. We definitely enjoyed a quick ride to clubhouse for dessert.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. Deonn is a terrific host! She was very responsive to our questions & when needed assistance. I booked this condo because we had a golf tournament and the condo has a golf cart that guests are able to use. That was The absolute highlight of the trip. We were able to cruise around PGA West in the golf cart, which was very fun and made us already start booking another trip back.
The condo has plenty of rooms and is really really big on the inside. Everything was as advertised. So glad I found this listing and will be back!

Thank you again Deonn,we had a wonderful time at the condo!This is our second year staying there and hope to come back next year! The condo is very well equipped and so close to great shopping and restaurants, it couldn’t have been more perfect!
The Kureig was not working, so we made coffee in the other coffee maker. My only suggestion would be to update the dinner ware as there were no salad plates or small bowls.

This house was amazing! It was fully stocked, updated with an amazing view of the golf course and mountains. You can’t beat the location with the pool right there too! It was very clean, beds were great, and the host was very responsive. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to be back!

This is our 4th time staying at this property. Clean, plenty of supplies, everything in working order. We really appreciate the use of the golf cart and bikes, and the firepit with a view! The pool is just steps away. Deonn is very responsive and wants to take care of her guests.

The view of the golf course and mountains captures the unique identity of La Quinta.
The bicycles and golf cart were so helpful to have on hand for zipping around when we didn’t just walk.

Deonn’s beautiful golf course view home was the perfect place for my family to stay for the Christmas celebration. We have a big family so we needed the extra space that would be close to our home. My family loved the home- it was beautifully decorated, immaculate and close to all the PGA West activities.

Mr. Hayes provided the perfect getaway for my family's Thanksgiving celebration. Information was clear, accurate and very helpful. He went above and beyond with suggestions for local activities and restaurants. His home was tasteful, decorated for the holidays (a plus!), well appointed with all cooking necessities and comfortably designed. Check in was effortless and we were received with a lovely welcome note and water...(it's the details). The morning view of the golf course was one of our favorites. My husband enjoyed a couple of rounds! This was our first VRBO experience and we are now reconsidering ever reserving a hotel again! We'll be back for certain. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing a stay in your beautiful home, Mr. Hayes!

The place was great until we found two rat poops on one of the beds. Totally gross!! I told the property manager who said yeah don’t keep the doors open. Uhh we didn’t. She said there wasn’t anything wrong with our stay — I asked for a refund on the cleaning fee. She said the place was clean. Uhh nope. Very very disappointing.

Spent four nights with friends over Thanksgiving weekend. Condo is large, clean, and well appointed. Beautiful view from patio overlooking the golf course. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The condo was exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from our morning coffee on the patio by the fire pit to late afternoon cocktails in the same spot! Very nice to have the golf cart to scoot over to Ernie’s for lunch or dinner, and to the Pro shop for our golf. Deon was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions. Great trip!!

The house is in an amazing location. It was clean and we were treated well by the host. The very small complaint I would have is the front gate staff is not very friendly and the WiFi connection was spotty. I would 100 percent book here again.

This truly is my birthday paradise I have family in the UK, as well as Scottsdale Arizona when I turned 83 two years ago we stayed here in Deonn’s condo. This year I turn 85 and of course it was no other place for me and my family than this wonderful condo at PGA West it has everything you could want. Deonn is a joy to work with. I needed to add more names for people coming to visit, Deonn took care of that immediately. And everything you see in the pictures is just the way it is. The kitchen is amazing.
There were six of us and plenty of room for everyone.
The family enjoyed the golf cart several times, and the grandkids in their early 30s, had lots of fun on the bicycles.
Book early, she fills up fast.

Love this condo! This was our 5th time renting Deonn’s condo.
It’s very quiet and comfortable. Clean and well stocked with everything you need. We love to relax on the patio, swim in the many pools. We also take rides in the golf cart. We enjoyed her home.
This condo is stress free no worries. I know I can rent this home and feel like I’m at home.
I’ll be back next year!

Everything was perfect! The property was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was spotless. The host was very responsive and had everything about our stay organized and communicated to us well in advance. It truly felt like staying in a home rather than just a rental property. This house was really big and comfortable for our group. We are a family of 5 and bedrooms and bathrooms are large and lovely. The areas for gathering, Kitchen/tv room were so comfortable. Really enjoyed coming back here after the family wedding and relaxing. The bikes and golf cart are a nice touch as well. The view out to the golf course was breathtaking.

The location, home and view are wonderful! We were in Palm Desert to go to a wedding and the home is so conveniently located to everything you need. The owner was prompt in response, really accommodating, and kind. The golf courses are incredible as well. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Stayed for weekend 2 of Coachella 2023. Host was very communicative and provided all the information needed to check in far in advance of check in so that we were prepared.
Home was clean and exactly as described and seen in the listing.
It was a quiet space even considering all of the activity happening in the area. We felt safe and were able to get plenty of rest between days at the festival.
