Lovely, designer decorated home (but cozy & comfy) with all the amenities. Nice water views from the deck. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants overlooking the ocean. Grocery shopping right down the street. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

We just stayed at this property and I was thoroughly impressed. We had two couples with 3 total children and there was plenty of space to lounge and eat without being cramped. The home was extremely clean/ so tastefully decorated and they had everything you needed to feel comfortable and to use at the beach. The location in the Maravista area was great because it is peaceful/close to everything for those odds and ends you need, or for the beach/downtown!

My mother and I were looking for a property in Falmouth for the Christmas holiday to be close to family in town. Susan was wonderful to work with and decorated the home prior to our arrival. It felt as though we were home for Christmas with the lights, trees, candles in the window, etc. The property is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and the Nest thermostat kept the entire home nice and warm during the colder evenings. Susan even left a little welcome gift in the fridge that was delicious! Hoping to rent again in the future! Thank you Susan and Colin!

The photos don’t do the house justice! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was a great jumping off spot for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and other areas of the Cape, and our two boys loved the walk to the local beach with the wagon the owners thoughtfully made available. Sue and Colin were very responsive hosts and made the week as easy as possible!

We rented for the week with our three teenagers. Easy bike to the beaches, beautifully appointed home, well stocked supplies. Could not have been better!

We were all happy with this rental. Recommendation to bike enthusiasts, bring helmets. The Shining Sea Bikeway is fantastic but is about one and a half miles from house through busy narrow streets. The house was so comfortable and met all our expectations and more. Walks along the water path were inspiring.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach house. The house is located on a quiet residential street with easy access to many attractions. It was very clean and the hosts are great. We had a relaxing dinner taking in the a water view from the deck. We would definitely recommend this house!

Loved the house and all the little extras included. Bikes, beach chairs, boogey boards. The house is beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to a small beach that my two year old grandson loved and drive to many others.

My husband and I were looking for a quick "break away" for the long weekend and we're so happy to find this home. We have rented from VRBO many times but this home tops our list! Probably one of the cleanest and most beautifully decorated! Plenty of storage in the bathrooms, refrigerator and bedrooms. There were not a lot of "leftovers" (clothes in closets, condiments , owners belongings left out) so you felt like the home was there just waiting you!! Sue was super sweet to work with.. can't wait to return!

We had an incredible visit to the Cape and this house was the perfect get-away. It was so comfortable with great attention to detail. The house was decorated beautifully and the attention to detail was fantastic. Communication with Susan was great and she provided great information to make our visit go very smoothly. The location of the house is great. Within a short bike ride, to all beaches downtown restaurants and shops. Bottom line this is one of the Best VRBO experiences I have had.

Sue’s beach house was wonderful! It was the perfect beach escape for two couples for a long weekend. The location was great, on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach and close to great restaurants in Falmouth. The house was spotless and well-stocked with beach supplies and a grill. The deck was lovely to sit outside and have dinner or breakfast while looking out at the pond. Highly recommended for your next visit trip to Falmouth!

The house was impeccably clean & beautifully decorated! Even though it’s small, it easily slept 8! The third bedroom with 4 twin beds was perfect for my kids and their friends. The location was convenient! It was a quick bike ride to the town & beach & ferry to MV! There was also a smaller beach on the inlet/pond that was a block away and we used often!

This house was just beautiful everything I expected and more it was clean the views from the deck or amazing we watch the swans every morning there's a beach in walking distance from the house that was amazing I highly recommend this property I would rent this house over and over again. The owner was very nice always there to answer any questions . Fabulous place !

The location was great and the house was very well kept and clean. It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the week.

The beach house was so clean and nice. They had everything ready for our stay. Body boards and chairs for the beach. Bikes that my husband used to go fishing. It was a far walk to the beach for my 5 year old but for adults it's good.

The property was as advertised and very comfortable for the 2 of us. Great location with interesting places to walk and short drives to beaches, stores and restaurants. Clean, great decor. Very good communication with the owner. An easy 5 star.

Such a great spot and beautiful place - really felt like home away from home. Kitchen had everything we needed and back deck was great for meals alfresco. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy - our 5 year old loved the bunk beds. Walking distance to 2 beaches and short drive to all the others. Lots of playgrounds near by for kiddos and restaurants/bars for grown-ups. Loved it!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, upgraded home. Its close proximity to the beach, stores and Falmouth Village made it the perfect Cape Cod vacation location. My only regret is that we were not able to spend more time here. If you seek a beautifully appointed home to relax and spend quality time with your family, this is the place.

We absolutely loved this place. If anything, the pics and reviews don’t even do it justice. The place was beautiful and charming. The location was beyond perfect. The property owner/manager was so accommodating. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The overall experience and accommodations were perfect. We rented this home for a week's vacation looking for some R&R down the cape. What a gorgeous and lovely home! It is beautifully decorated with high end decor and comfortable furniture and bedding. The outdoor deck is a perfect spot for early morning coffee overlooking the water. We loved our time here in this beautiful home. Sue the owner was wonderful to rent from. We stayed here for 6 nights, my husband, 2 young adult daughters and my parents. The house is so pretty and beachy. We had plenty of space to be together and also find a quiet spot apart when needed. You can see a glimpse of small pond from the patio (not the water views from every window that are in the listing) and it was a nice place to sit outside. There is a pea-hen that was wondering the neighborhood which provided a little extra color!. You can walk about 1/4 mile across Marivista to Big Pond and there is a beautiful walking path down to Bristol Beach (about a 20 min walk). The walk to the beach was too far for our older family members and required a parking pass. What would have been really nice is if bath towels and beach towels were provided. We flew in from out of state and had to go out and purchase towels which was not expected. We didn't want to have additional cost to ship them at end of week and they didn't fit in suitcase so we had to find a place to donate. Also only 2 of the 3 bedrooms have A/C and it was very hot the week we were there. Four of us ended up in the bunk room with the A/C. I think the house is a 4 out of 5. If we were closer to beach, had towels and A/C in the third bedroom it would be a 5.
