Me and a few of my girlfriends celebrating our retirement the house was amazing. The beach was amazing. It would’ve been perfect for a family with kids really anyway the pictures are true and the view just didn’t get better. We will be staying there again for sure the house has everything you need.

This was our first time to the coast of Alabama and stayed January 5th to the 31st at Aqua Vista. We wanted a place right on the beach and looked at a number of places on VRBO. Aqua Vista was little bigger than we needed but it was on the beach, reviews were good, and the pictures made it look decent. Well, pictures don't always tell the story! We found Aqua Vista to be much better in person than the pictures showed. Outstanding property! Check in and out was easy. Great communication with the host. Aqua Vista was very clean and anything we needed for cooking or on the beach was on site. Right on the beach and close to places to eat on the days we didn't want to cook. Highly recommend this property and the hosts. We plan on coming back!

Upon arrival, before even going into the home, my family was so excited about the view, and how close the beach was to the home. The excitement continued as we entered the home of the cleanness and the beauty and how the home was arranged. Each family got their own room to their self. my family loved being all together all the grand children loved being with each other. My husband and I adored getting to see each of our children their spouses and our grandchildren every day. It was truly a wonderful experience. We all was also excited of having a very nice washer and dryer available and the kids loved having all of the beach, toys and accessories to play with at the beach each day. Each evening we had so many choices of things to do and cozy places with delicious food each night for dinner that we’re pretty close by.

We had an amazing week at the Aqua Vista house. The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. We were able to house 7 adults and 3 little ones very comfortably. We would stay there again!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed this home. It’s even better than the pictures. We had plenty of room to relax inside and out and you can’t beat the location. It felt so private, yet close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

We brought our HS Senior for her last SB with another family. The homes description was spot on. We had everything we needed for a fabulous week. All the amenities were close and we can’t say enough about the accommodations and VIEWS! Would love the visit again one day. Our only complaint was the late checkin. Would’ve liked to have gotten in no later than 4 pm day of-as we’d traveled all day (and night) and just wanted to get settled. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We shared this unit with our adult daughter, her husband, and their 3 children ages 6 - 10. It was perfect for us! The kitchen was fully equipped, and we ate most meals in. The charcoal Weber grill was a bonus! Also, the 1/2 bath off the laundry room on the main floor was very handy, not to mention the washer and dryer. This a well-appointed duplex on a beautiful, wide, sandy beach. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Very clean and well-maintained.

This home was above and beyond our expectations. The host provided all our needs, including beach towels and beach chairs. We felt right at home and had plenty of room for our group of eight. We will be back!

The house was exactly what we wanted! Clean and stocked with all kitchen essentials. We had six adults and two children. Beautiful views. We had the best time at Aqua Vista. Plenty of beach chairs for the adults and beach toys for the kids.

This was our first family trip in a beachfront house and I don't think we can ever go back to a condo. The house is great and we love the location. Everyone had plenty of space and the ease of access to the beach was unmatched. The house had everything we needed and the kids loved all of the sand toys and bodyboards. We would book again here in a heartbeat!

Do not hesitate to book this place. Impeccably clean and lots of space. There were 7 adults and we had more than enough room both inside and outside. Highly recommend.

We had a really enjoyable week with our family- it was perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 10-16) and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the views! The location of this house is wonderful - on the edge of Orange beach and just a short drive to many nice restaurants/shopping/etc. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rhonda was great to work with -very responsive and took care of our one issue during our stay within hours. The beach was delightful- not crowded in our area. We had everything we needed for the week. We did bring our own tents for the beach and recommend that. The only thing that would've made our trip better is if there was easier access to the ocean for our older guests (it was difficult for them to walk up the dune)- but we knew this was not available before we booked. Thank you Rhonda for sharing your home with us! We loved it!

I'm pretty picky about the cleanliness of places we stay, and this was the best we've ever stayed at. I literally can't think of one thing I was unhappy about. Sparkling clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the storage area had my kids over the moon with all the toys and equipment for the beach and pool. It was just perfect.

The property was perfect! We had everything we needed and location couldn't have been better-right on the beach. We will definitely be back.

This property could not have been more perfect for our family! Our group included 5 adults and 3 children spanning 3 generations. Everyone’s wants and needs were met. There were tons of beach toys for the kids, beach chairs for the adults and plenty of beach towels. The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes, utensils and appliances. Overall, I cannot think of a single thing anyone said they wished they’d had. We were all pleasantly surprised by all of the extras. The location was amazing! We were quietly tucked away in the middle of all the things. Many groceries, drug stores, restaurants and souvenir shops within a few miles drive. Despite this, the beach remained quiet, there was a semi private pool and the only sounds at night were the crashing ocean waves. Check in was a breeze. Everything was taken care of prior via text or email and entry information was sent in an email. You simply drive up, unpack and unwind. Rhonda was incredibly kind and accommodating! She was out of the country during our stay but she or her husband were only a text away. I have no doubt any issues would have been taken care quickly had we had any. My family had an amazing trip to Gulf Shores! If and when we are able to return, a call to reserve Aqua Vista will be our number one priority!

Labor Day weekend family getaway before our fall harvest season starts. The home was beautiful, the location was excellent, and the owners was extremely nice to work with. Will definitely stay here again!
