Great place to stay. Perfect for two couples. We knew we didn’t want to have to take Uber/Lyft to get around and this place was an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go. I suggest that you bring some sort of sound machine to block out noises coming from inside and outside of the loft. If we stay in Nashville again, we would definitely consider renting this loft.

This was my first trip to Nashville to celebrate a birthday. Although only 2 of us were able to come, it was great having our own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the loft decor and exposed brick. Location could not be any better. Would definitely come back!

My husband, myself, and our best friends stayed for our first trip to Nashville and we were satisfied overall, but there are a few things that could’ve made this loft exceptional. The fold out sofa is very uncomfortable and worn. The padded stools in the living area are also very uncomfortable. The comforters on the beds are stained and very dirty looking. Huge issue for me, personally. The sheets were clean though, and the beds were reasonably comfortable.There were no hangers in the wardrobe in one king suite and the bar is so high I couldn’t reach anyway. That said, the location is seriously AMAZING. We walked everywhere and felt totally safe. If one is looking for privacy, this place is not for you. The open ceilings transmit sound from every room. This wasn’t a problem for us, but something to think about. It’s also VERY loud at night but a portable speaker and white noise did the trick. The kitchen is well appointed and the place was clean. For our first trip to Nashville, we were all satisfied and would consider staying here again.

The location of this rental is perfect!! It is close enough to walk to all the Nashville action but far enough away from the party craziness! The unit itself is a bit noisy due to the open ceilings. You can hear when folks above run the water and there is not much bedroom privacy. None of that bothered my group much because the location is so awesome! I would suggest bringing your own toilet paper as the toilet paper was cheap. For close by spots, the coffee shop at Noelle was fabulous and Ophelias across the street was fantastic!!

This loft has a great location, just a few minutes and you’re on Broadway Street. The only complaints that we had or all night long. When people above you would flush the toilet a piping would run right through the bedroom and keep you up. Also, I’m not sure if there is a bar attached somewhere in that building but there was a band playing every night until about 2:30 in the morning keeping you up all night.

Walking distance to all the fun- and quiet. We did not have any “street noise” only faintly heard music 1 of the 5 nights. Perfect for 2 couples. Would rent again!

This property is Amazing! In walking distance to Broadway! No taxi needed. The unit was very clean, beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone! You feel very safe in the building. Parking was very easy to use and was right next to the building. We would definitely make recommendations to rent this space! We absolutely had a blast on Broadway! The musicians are Amazing!

First time to Nashville and this was a great place to stay. Close to everything which was nice. Once we arrived, we just parked the cars and walked everywhere. Just keep in mind it is a loft so you can hear everything but that's to be expected. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I visited Nashville for the first time. We stayed 2 nights and had a fantastic time. The Music City Loft was perfect. Great location. Very close to everything we needed- Broadway, breakfast, and coffee. The loft was clean and modern. Very well kept. Booking, communication, and access were efficient and easy. We parked next door which was very convenient. Didn’t need the car as we took a Lyft to the Opry which was easy and reasonable ($25 each way). The loft was so much better than a hotel. Now my wife wants to go and stay there!

We booked this apartment for the NHL draft. It was in the perfect location close to broadway. Very reasonably priced, clean and secure. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Clean and in a great location. The only suggestion I have it would have been great if there was coffee creamer. We did not do any cooking, basically just had coffee and slept there.

The condo is very nice and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are nice. As a loft there are walls but open at the top so any noise from one room can be heard in the entire place so just be aware of that. Suggest a chair and bistro table on the little balcony. Location is PERFECT!!

This was the 2nd time I rented a VRBO in this area. By far, this unit was the best! It was very clean, secure, parking next door was a huge plus, very comfortable bedding. Location only a few blocks from Broadway but far enough away to hear any noise. The unit was very quiet. Am definitely booking here again on my next trip to Nashville.

We had a blast in a friends weekend. This property was super clean and had the best location. Can we get an amen for the most comfortable King size beds ever! I’m not sure I’ve slept that good in a long time. Loved the convenience of Starbucks at our doorstep each morning and a great breakfast spot right around the corner. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a Nashville get away. It is steps to Broadway and all the excitement! Thanks for letting us stay in this great spot! We will be back!

Felt safe and secure. Should call out that you are next door to Marriott Courtyard.
Only issue( extremely small) is that both bathroom sinks were slow draining.
Will stay again on next trip to Nashville.

Dirty and old. Needed updating.
I don’t think the bathroom floors and shower walls have not been cleaned in months. The walls needed painting. Trim falling off the walls. Hallway leading to the unit was very dark and also had trim hanging off the wall. There was also a honky tonk that was below us in the basement of the building that kept us up till 2 pm when they stopped playing. This was not disclosed in the listing.

It's a cute rustic loft.( 2 bedrooms and 2 baths) clean. It was a short walk to Broadway.
It was a great experience .. from booking to the parking garage next door.
