Beautiful views and perfectly located. This unit is within walking distance of 3 restaurants & live music, 10 minutes from grocery stores, and 7 minutes from the National Seashore if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is well equipped with everything from kitchen items for cooking to plenty of blankets and extra linens. We will be back!

We love Navarre and this was our first stay at Beach colony Resorts. We LOVED Ivy’s place!! Very trendy and cool decor, open space with great seating views and close proximity to the pier and causeway!! The condo was clean with everything in working order! Plenty of dishes and extras like coolers where we had no needs that weren’t met! Ivy had all information sent to us prior to arrival and we had no reasons to have to contact her at all throughout the week with any concerns or issues. We would most definitely stay there again!!

We had a fun week in the condo. Lots of towels, air mattresses and extra blankets. Kitchen was well stocked (could use some new pans that don’t stick), but ample tableware. The condo could use a deep cleaning , good dusting, but was reasonably clean.

Great location and building to stay in while in Navarre. Ivy was great to working with! Condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Would recommend this condo to others looking to stay in this area.

We loved the location and Beach Colony resort was wonderful. It was clean, parking was ample/easy and elevators were plentiful and fast. Condo had all we needed and everything worked as it should. Could use a few clean, but all in all it was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!

Everything was as pictured on VRBO. The condo was clean and had item to help us with a quick start. The weather was perfect in September, cool mornings and warm afternoons. It was a great vacation.

I think property could use a good deep cleaning. Dust everything really good. The condo was equipped with everything you needed. Even cleaning items. It was spacious and patio mover looked beach. Beautiful view!!

We were so glad to get back to Navvare for our family vacation. Our host was friendly and very quick to respond to communication. Our place was clean and had a great view of the Gulf. We will definitely be back!

The view was amazing and the condo was very clean and up to date and the beds were excellent. Our only complaint was it got very hot especially in the evenings while trying to go to sleep. There is no fan in the master room (there was a ceiling fan in the guest & living area) and we couldn’t get the thermostat to go below 76. At one point it got up to 79 degrees for about an hour, so my husband vacuumed the intakes and it kicked back on about 30 minutes later but still never went below 75-76. We messaged Ivy and she was quick to respond to make sure all doors are fully closed which they always were. Curtains of some sort on the patio door would have probably helped keep some of the heat out. Over all, Ivy & the condo were amazing it just gets real warm and no fan or air circulation in the master which is the reason for only 4 stars.

This was our first visit to Navarre Beach and we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and the beautiful view. The beach was beautiful and the condo was spacious and comfortable. The location was great-many good restaurants just a few minutes away.We would definitely stay here again!

This year marks our family's 3rd trip to Navarre and the 3rd time staying at this property. The ease of booking and check-in is a plus. The view is wonderful. We really couldn't ask for more!!!

The proximity to the fishing pier and access to the beach was great. I wish there was a deadbolt on the door to the condo. It would have made it easier with a toddler. The elevator access was easy. The master bed was really firm and the guest bed was super soft. Something for everybody I guess. There were lots of beach toys and the washer and dryer worked great. Jacuzzi tub in the master bath was great. We loved the balcony as well. The toddler could join us on the balcony with no worries. The railing was tall and safely spaced. Great deck chairs and loungers. Overall a nice spot to stay.

Wonderful stay at this quiet, well accommodated condo. Just as advertised. Navarre / Pensacola full of friendly people. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We have stayed at multiple hotels and condos in Navarre/Destin and this by far has been our favorite. Had everything we needed and more.

The condo was clean and beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The views from the balcony of the gulf and pier were wonderful. Elevators were fast and never waited very long for the ride up or down. Dedicated parking space was nice also. The close location to the beach and pier was perfect. Local restaurants within walking distance. Really appreciated the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Communication from the owner was fast and efficient. Would definitely stay here again, we’ll be back!!

This was a GREAT location with a fantastic view. My kids and grandkids visited and we made family memories I am sure they will remember throughout their lives. We would definitely rent and stay again. The condo was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Ivy was a wonderful host...
