Such a pretty place! Whenever we needed help with something, they were right there!

We were in town for just one night, the last of a 16 day road trip. The apartment was absolutely perfect, wish we had more time.

If you love the Hill and the fabulous Italian grocery stores and restaurants this a great place to stay in St. Louis

Terry and Steve’s property was the perfect location to get to all of our planned activities. It was a great, clean place to stay!

One of my favorite places to stay on the Hill! Terry is always helpful and prompt in responding. Very clean and comfortable renovated apt located within walking distance to restaurants and charm of the Hill. Furnished well and consistently a welcoming place to stay in St Louis

This was a wonderful place to stay to get the real "Hill" experience. We were able to walk most of the neighborhood. Terry was helpful and knowledgeable.

I had no issues at all! It was easy to get to, clean, cute, it was perfect! I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Great location in the Italian section of the city. Unit was clean with a very nicely equipped kitchen.

I really enjoyed my stay in this absolutely charming condo/apartment. It was so sweetly decorated, in a great neighborhood with all the amenities you'd need for a night or a longer term stay. Terry and Steve were wonderful hosts and clearly take great pride in caring for this rental.

Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Found parking right out front. Nice double vanity in the bathroom.

On The Hill near Sublette Park, fantastic location. Exposed brick walls give the apartment plenty of character. It's well-equipped with a small but complete kitchen. The owners have taken great pains to document everything you need to know about the place, and response to messages was quick and thorough. This is everything I want in a travel rental, and I recommend it highly!

This cute little home is cozy, inviting, and very clean. Everything you need is there. The neighborhood is charming and the park next door makes for a great morning or evening walk. The owners were great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this Little gem.

Steve & Terry's place was immaculate. I can't walk barefoot at my own house but you can here. Their additional touches, like labels on light switches & plenty of signs made it easy to find everything. I loved the informational booklet that they place on the kitchen island was a perfect added touch. 100% recommend staying here.

This was as it is presented 100%. Clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Great neighborhood with food/drink options aplenty. Parking right out the door, private entrance and quiet. Again, perfect IMO. You can tell the owners are personally involved and not farmed out to a management company.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was cute, clean, and located close to everything we wanted to see in town. The owner was also easy to get in touch with and answers our questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean & comfy home, close to the Zoo, Cardinals game, Anheiser-Bush tour. Safe area!

The property is very nice and if you want to experience Italian food on the Italian Hill - it is excellent! However, after the initial confirmation, I did not recall getting any additional check in information. It may have well gone into my work SPAM. However, when I contacted the property the day of check in about the 'contactless' check in, we received a very sharp reply scolding us for not read our instructions sent. After an apologetic response, the property owner sent several emails saying that 'maybe I should even stay there if I couldn't read my previous emails'! Finally, they sent me the pass code to get in. I thought this was a bit escentric and received several additional emails questioning us and scolding us for not being better prepared and informed. Very Strange!!!!!

My second time staying at this property. As before it was clean, well appointed, quiet, convenient, and very affordable. Love it!

This was my favorite stay I’ve ever had. Everything we came to do was within 10-15 minutes away with easy access to highways. This property was also super clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
