The house was ready even before the expected 3:00 o’clock. The owner was responsive to all questions and made an active effort to make us welcome. House is very well locates and in a very nice area. We enjoyed our stay and are very appreciative of all the effort that was extended to us to make our stay smooth and welcoming. .

We had a great short break here. The house is bigger and more interesting than even the photos show. Everything still feels brand new. Short walk into town (15mins, or quick easy drive.). Would definitely stay again.

This house was great for our three families. The kitchen was spacious, lower level was perfect for older kids and the adults enjoyed nights sitting out on the upper level deck. We were able to walk to beaches, restaurants, Main Street, a local baseball game and to the Nantucket Ferry. Lots of options! We enjoyed Kalmuc public beach but our favorite spot was the private neighborhood beach. Definitely recommend and hope to return again!

Our extended family (us, 3 adult kids and spouses, and a few grandkids) had an amazing week here! It’s a lovely, updated home with ice cold A/C, friendly neighbors, a great reading deck, and a short walk to 3 different beaches. We cooked, played games, and watched the end of Stranger Things! All in between trips to the beach, rides on the multiple biking trails we found in the area, and a scavenger hunt in Province Town. The owner was very responsive when we thought we might have a freezer problem, and the neighbors all speak highly of her. The only tiny issue we had was space for food. We rearranged some dishes to crest ourselves a little “pantry” and all was well. We had never been to Cape Cod before, and this rental was the perfect home base to take it in.

A lovely week in a lovely home in a great location. Beaches and town in walking distance. The inside of the home is very clean and well appointed. Maria (owner) was very informative and available for any questions.

We were so impressed with this house, the location and everything Hyannis had to offer. We cannot wait to come visit again and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks where to stay on the Cape!

Very clean and attractive. Located near enough to beaches to walk. Hyannis was a short drive for shopping and dining. Lots of attractions for ages 3 to 73. House had enough rooms and bathrooms for 4 families. We all had a great time!

Our extended family enjoyed our stay. Property and grounds were very clean. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck and its a quick walk to the beach. Very relaxing. Downstairs basement was perfect for our teenagers and the shed is fully stocked with everything you would need for the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this property with. There were 4 adults, 2 babies, and 2 dogs and we had ample space for everyone. Maria was very quick to respond when we had a time sensitive question and offered great suggestions on baby friendly beaches! The location is superb and we would certainly come back for another trip to the Cape. Highly recommend!

The property was as described and perfect for our needs. My mother, who is notoriously difficult to please, stated how it was one of the best places she has stayed. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the beach (even for toddlers) and very convenient for downtown Hyannis. The rooms were all very well maintained and cleaned and all the appliances (TVs, fridge, dishwasher, laundry) worked well. There was enough space for 6 adults two infants and a large dog, who really enjoyed the garden! Thank you so much, would book again in heartbeat!

My family had a nice stay. We enjoyed the house, downtown Hyannis, the harbor, and the area beaches... Craigville Beach was our favorite beach....not walkable from this home... Kalmus was walkable, but a smaller beach with a rockier sand, if that makes sense.

We had a wonderful trip to the cape! The house was very comfortable!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Hyannis. This house does not disappoint and will exceed your expectations. We loved hanging out in the living room, making dinner, and the private beach. All around a perfect stay! We hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay at this relatively new home. I'll provide some pros/cons: Pros: - The owner is fantastic, very responsive and nice. - The property is clean and has everything you need, including beach items. All in great shape. - The area is very quiet and there are multiple beaches near by. - I brought a bike and could ride all over the area in the morning - very nice! - Downtown is nice, restaurants and the JFK Museum. Cons: - Smaller than expected. We had 9 people so there were enough beds but not nearly enough together/hanging around indoor space. The kitchen is very small and is combined with the living room, which only seats 5. We like to play games and spend time together and some had to sit in the kitchen just to be in the general area. There is another small living room upstairs but we simply didn't want to split up. If you have teenagers that may want separate space, this could work. The upstairs kitchen wasn't useful. - Kalmus beach is .5 miles away. Others are a bit further than advertised too. We had to bring a car and pay for parking for some guests. The town is not walkable for everyone either - more than a mile. It worked out okay but we didn't expect to need the car. - Lower level room is great for younger kids but the TV room is very close to the sofa because of a pole - almost unusable it is so big and close. Pool table cannot be fully used either because the stick is too close to the wall. A modified stick was needed. I hope this is helpful - I wish I had this info before, given that this is an expensive rental.

The home was nicely done and the owner thought of everything. There was 12 of us and we were very comfortable. The location was perfect, and you could walk to the beach. It was nice to have a yard that kids could play and run around.

The house was well equipped. We loved the front deck and sat out there often. The back yard was not inviting so we moved the chairs to the front deck. Overall we loved the location and the layout of the house. We would definitely rent it again.

This house will make you feel happy and de-stressed from the moment you walk into it. It's light, bright, and airy! We love this house and we adore Maria Papa. If you are looking for a spacious and luxurious house to rent for your dream Cape Cod vacation, look no further. You just found it. Maria makes sure that her guests come first. Her response time is immediate, the house is immaculate, and the private beach is a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was FULLY stocked—pots, pans, utensils, (brand-new) blender and coffee maker, olive oil, salt and pepper, ice maker etc. You name it, this house has it. Beach chairs and outdoor shower? Check. TONS of beach towels? Check. Enough sleeping room to fit all 11 of us comfortably? Double-check. The AC and heat work flawlessly- there is no problem with humidity in this house WHATSOEVER. She even has a full stock of outdoor and indoor games for kids to play on a rainy day including board games, bocce, ladder ball, an air hockey table, and a full size pool table. The open concept allows for a great flow and the extra-wide stairwell that leads from the basement level to the upper level is absolutely gorgeous and lined with lights—but at the same time, the 3 levels provided enough privacy that we could watch the World Cup on the ground level, and the kids could take a nap upstairs without hearing us. This is the house for you. We’ve stayed at this house twice, and at Maria’s other (equally charming) house once, and let me tell you that you can trust Maria to ensure that this will be your dream vacation.

The house was great, close to the beaches and the city center. Would have put 5stars if we had not waited more than an hour to enter the house as the cleaning team was still there.

This was our first trip to the cape and our family of 7 loved the house! The 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms were great to have with a large group. There were numerous amenities from televisions to hairdryers as well as two washers and dryers!! The location was wonderful too. It was a short walk to a lovely private beach. Maria, the owner was on top of everything from calling us when we arrived to helping us with a small issue with the grill. Her speedy response and even quicker resolution made our stay that more enjoyable. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Lovely vacation home. Fully equipped, very clean, great access to beaches. Very nice outdoor areas to relax. We were 10 adults and 4 small children and we didn't need anything that wasn't already in the house. The beach chairs and umbrellas helped. The toys were great for the children. Very impressed with this home. It was located in a lovely neighborhood as well, very dreamy and you could smell the ocean. This was our first nice experience with VRBO.

The house is nicely decorated, light and airy. The kitchen is great with the latest appliances. Our large family was easily accommodated with the 4 bedrooms and baths. The 3 levels of living space allowed people and children to spread out for sleeping as well as socializing. The deck and patio were perfect for outdoor living. Beach access was a few minutes away. Our entire family- 9 adults and 6 children had a wonderful time.

Like the name implies, this property was within close proximity to a number of Hyannis beaches and my family took advantage of all of them. Our teenage boys went off in one direction, our daughter and the friend she brought along when off to another beach, and we took our youngest to Veteran’s Memorial Beach each day since this choice offered warm and calm water off of Lewis Bay and has a nice picnic and kiddie play area right there at the beach. We never had to pack and load up into the car to go to the beach which since it really is just a short walk. This was a luxury. It was also a godsend to have eateries within walking distance both at Hyannis Harbor and in Downtown Hyannis. Our family is large and we didn’t all agree on eating at the same time at the same restaurant, so the walkability quotient of this property in this respect was another plus for us. The home itself is on three levels and everything is new and pristine. The boys hardly ever emerged from the lower level, where they slept and took advantage of the rec room equipped with a massive curved screen LED television, pool table, air-hockey, and furniture geared toward lounging. They begged us for the same set-up at home. Ha ha. The kitchen is open to the living area has state of the art stainless steel appliances and plenty of cooking and dinning utensils for our large family. A review of this property would not be complete without a word about the beds. The mattresses were superb and we spent a week of quite literally the best rest and relaxation that we can remember. We had minimal contact with the homeowners, basically because our vacation went off without incident to contact them for any reason, but obviously, these are people who think about outfitting their property down to the last detail, from the mounted hairdryers in each of the 4 bathrooms, to the outdoor light above the outdoor shower for night time alfresco summer showering, we really feel as if we hit the jackpot with this choice.

This was our first time staying in Cape Cod. We live in California. What a great house ! Beautifully constructed with all the "being on holiday" things you need. Close to everything in a beautiful tree filled location. Very comfortable for all the family, with the kids loving their own space. We will surly being coming back. Sitting on the back patio or the upper or lower decks with a glass of wine was pure relaxation. (I'm not sure which one I loved the most). Thanks for making your house available.

This house is clean and convenient to the beach and the harbor. We were able to take a walk one nice night to Downtown Hyannis. It's about a mile walk, and we enjoyed that a great deal. It was a nice break from going to the beach. We also found a great little beach by walking down the road and following a "way to water" sign. It's a neighborhood beach that is open to the public, but has no public parking making it a nice private area for the locals. The owners were extremely attentive and responsive to our questions both before and during our stay and the neighbors were welcoming as well. This really made us feel at home while on vacation. We were blessed with excellent weather during our week, so we did not spend too much time in the house itself. It does have televisions in almost every room and a stash of family board games if the weather turns fowl. The complementary maid service after our stay was a nice touch. We appreciated that!

My wife and I took a September vacation at this property and were pleased with the accommodations and the friendly neighbors. The handyman came right over to introduce himself and just couldn't have been nicer. The street is quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. The weather was beautiful for our stay, so we got to enjoy the beaches in September (the water was surprisingly warm). The owners were helpful in recommending restaurants they though we would like, and were prompt with answering our questions (mostly about hooking up to WiFi). Nice cute house. It was tough to leave.
