The hosts were warm and open minded. They gave me plenty of space when skinny dipping. The stay turned me into a full on nudist.
They listened to my opinions and never judged me. So sexy!

We absolutely loved this gem of a place! It is everything comfy and cozy. You are literally in your own private oasis. The pool is definitely the best part! We didn't need a thing and did not see Alexi at all, although when we did need her she was readily available by text. It's a bit shabby chic, funky and has its own character. Exactly what we wanted ! We traveled to see two spring training games and stayed here three night. Loved the private oasis that the property provides and made much use of the pool and hot tub. We felt safe in the neighborhood and were happy that Winn Dixie was so close. Pictures and description on VRBO sight are spot on. We didn't get to meet in person but Alexi was an excellent host who checked on us and was very responsive to any questions we had. Our group was three adults in our 60's.

Interior dirty and disgusting smells with animals pee. Every night in attic animals ( rakuns) was fighting we not sleep three nights . Mess around entire property.

Alexi was attentive and kind in explaining the stay options for amenities I couldn’t see on my phone. The little pool house turned guest house is private, quaint, and they have all the little extras for you to make it more enjoyable Well done! We loved it

Enjoyed the cool very much. Good location. However the bikes that they had out didn't look very safe to ride on. So we decided not to go for bike ride. But if you have your own bikes or if they get new ones it's a great area to ride bikes in. Overall I enjoyed my stay with my mother for her birthday very much

Just as advertised, cozy and quiet. I didn’t get to use the pool because of bad weather and I was only there for 1 night. It is more like shabby sheik, has so much potential……owner is sweet and definitely wants you to have a great time and thinks of all the extra details.

Had a nice time at Southside. Room was as described and we liked the location. Only slight issue would be the bar area and some of the outdoor areas need a good ‘spring cleaning’, but they are outside in Fl so hard to keep spotless. We definitely took advantage of the pool privacy and we would book again!

Wonderful relaxing at the poolside area. Accommodations good for 2 people. Alex was very accommodating and responsive to any questions you may have or need. Definitely would stay again when in the area.

Easy from the first booking. Alexi communicated all that we needed. The pool area has so many little nooks to get lost in. It was like a relaxing oasis for a person who needs to unplug for a few days. We will be back.

Alex is a wonderful host. He checks in via text, and makes sure you are happy without being up your butt while you’re vacationing. You can tell he wears his heart on his sleeve, and is genuinely wanting to make sure you’re happy with your accommodations. This was a wonderful experience for a vacation, as well as a reminder that there are still good people in this world!

If you are looking for a secluded location with complete privacy in a Tropical Paradise, look no further. Alex is an excellent host, very responsive with very gracious hospitality. Coffee is brewed daily by the pool cleaning staff who we never saw. They arrive early in the morning. When we arrived, fresh fruit was stocked in the fridge with bagels, pancakes, waffles and a basket of yummy sweet treats. Nothing is overlooked. It’s very clean. Lake Worth Beach is a 5 minute drive and the town is fantastic with great restaurants and shops. You are also provided with bikes which we loved! Take a ride down to the inter coastal just a few blocks. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit. Thank you to Alex for being so sweet and commutative during our stay.

This place is a peaceful retreat stocked with amenities you like for at a posh resort.
Very private and tranquil. Tropical palm trees greet you with a magnificent salt water pool that is heated, lighted, wanting for your enjoyment.
At night the scene changes to a romantic setting with solar tiki torches winking at you. There are multi colored lighted palms setting the mood. The room is very clean and comfortable. Plush comforter and soft mattress rocks you to sleep.
The kitchen is stocked with all essentials to create a romantic meal. And while enjoying the hot tub.
They think of everything you need, no stress thinking you will forget anything. They supplied it.
This is a great place to get away from it all. No need to go to town. Definitely a hidden gem. We will be back

This is a very relaxing place. Alexi is a very attentive host. He is always available by text, contactless check in and out. Very private. I immediately got in the mood and out in the sun. He has made a lot of improvements since I was last there. New spa, pool is warm. This would be a great retreat for a couple too, very much a private paradise.

The pictures and description were 100% accurate. Very private and spent most of the time enjoying the pool and outside views. Great communication with the owner. We didn't have to worry about any little things like you do in a hotel. Such as towels, silverware, paper towels, etc.. Great location. Access to all kinds of stores, restaurants, parks. Looking forward to coming back again!
