We had a great time! The cabin was cute and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the gas stove. We played board games and walked to the neighborhood beaches daily. The location was a dream. 10 mins to Spooner Snow Park for sledding and 10 mins to Heavenly. We can't wait to go back.

This cabin is a gem! Close to everything but feels secluded. Cute and quiet neighborhood .The kitchen is well equipped and there are great books upstairs. Bed is comfortable which was a huge plus!

Cozy cabin in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to Stateline and South Lake Tahoe.

We came for Thanksgiving and my family is in Virginia City. I needed a place that was a relatively good commute, but I wanted to be at the Lake. Everything was provided, all the things for a house for a week. We weren’t crowded, we had fun walking to the beach for sunsets and it was a good home base. I recommend this cabin if you are going to be all over the area, from Heavenly to VC to Reno to Gardnerville. Very convenient, nice and comfortable. I would like to commend this property specifically because they provide extra blankets and extra towels. I travel monthly and this is needed but not the norm!

Our stay was so pleasant! The cozy house felt like home. Everything you need (appliances, dinnerware, pot, pans, games, movies, puzzles, maps, etc.) is available. The neighborhood is peaceful. The beach access is convenient from the property. We will definitely reach out to Kylie for our next trip to Lake Tahoe. Thank you for our lasting memories.

Very comfortable, great location. Loved having a beach so close. Dog friendly environment. We walked to Cave Rock hike every evening. Having dinner on the deck was such a treat. Owner Kylie was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely stay there again.

Great peaceful location

We loved the location and coziness of the cabin. It was very well equipped, and we made good use of the laundry room. The beach access was nice, and we sunned on the porch. Kylie was a very responsive host.

Our stay was very nice, the place was very clean and cozy, some of the negative are very tight parking, tiny bathroom with difficult shower to use, house slopes you almost feel like your on a boat. Location right on the lake was so beautiful and relaxing.

This is a nice cozy cottage. We had a great time and hope to come back in the summer.

We picked up our daughter and her boyfriend in Reno for a planned engagement dinner at Lake Tahoe. The cabin was a perfect setting and she was totally surprised. Though we arrived in a snow storm, the next day was totally clear and beautiful, sunny. We had a crockpot dinner waiting for us after our drive around south shore. Well stocked home and very comfortable. 😊

Great little cabin right next to the lake! Has everything you need!

The cabin is good for winter - heater is powerful, the hot water in the bathroom also works pretty well. Located in a quiet community close to the lake. Though the community beach can only be accessed during daytime, it's still a good view. Really enjoyed the stay and relaxed.

Great place to stay.

This was perfect for a quiet girls weekend. The lake is across the street and you just have to walk down the street a bit to access it. I found the 2nd access location but couldn't see where you could actually get to the beach but there was also a lot of snow and I didn't ask. The first night we were blessed with an AMAZING sunset. Kylie was great about responding immediately. The pet policy is a bit stricter than I realized and mentioned that to her when we were leaving and she appreciated the input so if you have a pet ask for the details ahead of time. We were about 15-20 mins from "the action" where all the shops and restaurants etc. were. There were some closer to us but the main area is 15-20mins. It snowed some and the roads were pretty clear except in shaded areas. The cabin is off the main road and down some side roads, I was in a large 22ft Campervan and able to navigate and fit in the parking area - it took a little maneuvering Kylie also recommended some hikes - we went to the overlook at Van Sickle - it was great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The critters scurrying around in the walls were kind of odd, but also comical. My daughter enjoyed the loft with her infant- it’s a great area! We did miss having a tea kettle but made it work. Walking to the lake via the trails was amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet & not far from shopping & restaurants if you want- however, we cooked at the cabin. We enjoyed our 4 nights.

We had a wonderful week up in Tahoe We saw some snow while here and the cabin is so cozy and close to everything it’s our second time here and will be back next year!!!

I have been going to SLT since 2007 and stayed in multiple homes. This cabin was incredible but what makes it far and above was the friendship, helpfulness, and pure awesomness of the host Kylie. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The cabin is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back in 2023, I have found my forever rental for SLT.

Great location with short walk to a beach. Just what we needed for the weekend to re energize.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin in Tahoe, it was a close walk to a sandy beach, where we kayaked and paddled-board. The cabin was cozy, clean and had all the amenities you need. We will be back in October for another relaxing trip during the Fall time of Tahoe!!

This home is perfectly located, just outside South Lake Tahoe. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. It is the perfect set up for our little family!

The cabin was cleaned throughly from the surface areas to inside the kitchen cabinets and drawers. We also loved the easy access to two small beaches and the quiet neighborhood. One minor suggestion. It would have been a more comfortable stay if there were more fans around the house and in the bedrooms while we experienced high temperature inside the house even with the windows opened. The only fan provided was malfunctioning. In sum, this is a charming place that we would love to revisit.

This was a perfect little cabin for my family and I. Had everything we needed and was close to the water and town. The large deck was fun to play family games on and to catch up on our summer reading. We will be back!

This is our second time staying here. We love it! We tried to stay here last year, but it was booked so this year we booked it a head of time. We love the location because we can access the beach within a walking distance. We love paddle boarding so the private beach access is great. We don’t have to worry about driving, parking etc. The cabin is cleaned, quite, has everything we need. We will keep staying here every year. We go to Tahoe every Summer.

The cabin was in the perfect little spot and family (including our dogs) loved being able to sit on the patio and enjoy watching the sunset. The cabin had everything necessary and was close to all the places you would want to go in Tahoe. Definitely recommend staying here!
