Wonderful 2 BR unit with sofa bed in living area was great for my sister, my husband and myself, and 2 grandchildren. It was comfortable, quiet with great view of the resort, pool, golf course and surrounding mountains. Close to mini golf, fish hatchery, and walking distance to town.

Beautiful property, right next to pool was great with 3 small children. The trail along the river was awesome! Several places to access the lake and enjoy. The parking spot was being paved so we couldn’t use it but it didn’t matter because there were 2 spots just a few feet away. The trail leads to town and is supposed to be a 10 min walk but we must have missed a turn because it was much longer. It’s a lovely walk so the extra time was fine by us.

Owners were very helpful and accommodating.
Proximity was excellent.
Space was cozy.
Only things I would request would be new shower curtains and bath mats- they are spoiled (mildew) smelling and need to be replaced and there could be more through cleaning of the sills and corners/behind/under furniture of the carpet. Overall, we would stay again.

I recently stayed at this condo with my two young boys, and my best friend and her two young boys. The Owner answered my call before we arrived and was absolutely wonderful in helping to let us know how to get into the condo. The only point I would spend extra time considering if you have a group of adults staying (like 3 couples for example), is that I don't think the pull out sofa would be the most comfortable sleep for adults for more than a night or two (it's older, slanted, and the foam mattress kept in the closest is falling apart a bit), but it worked for a couple of our young kids to sleep on just fine. We had the best time at the condo and the pool and plan to stay there again!!

We stayed here for a few nights for a mini summer vacation and everything was absolutely fantastic! Super easy check in/out, wonderful hosts and great pool/hot tub. The condo had a beautiful view for morning coffee on the balcony and the whole space was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future, and I’d recommend this host/property to others :)

The unit is right next to the bigger pool and the pond, with a great view of the golf course and mountains. Also right next to the tennis court and basketball court.
The park with bike pump track, skate park, playground, and baseball fields is walking distance, and the trails there lead right to Blackbird Island and downtown Leavenworth.
It is also near the mountain rollercoaster which is great fun (but is over all to quickly).
Our family really enjoyed our stay and will consider this rental the next time we need a spot in Leavenworth.

Beautiful locations loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the mountains. Kids loved the Pool, also some great hiking on the river. Easy to get to the main town area, no car needed about 15 minute walk.

We had an excellent midweek stay in this unit in January. The condo was clean and well equipped with all of the amenities needed for our stay. Shannon was very responsive to any questions we had before we arrived and during our stay. We had a great stay!
We like this location since you can take the trail along the river to walk to Leavenworth and it is also close to the new Adventure Park. Also provides great sledding opportunities down the hill to the park below!

We booked with Mike and Shannon 2 nights before our arrival after another trip was canceled. Shannon offered early arrival and late departure, though we didn’t take advantage of her offer by more than a few minutes. She was communicative via text and offered recommendations for local attractions and even offered to let us borrow her snowshoes! The pull out couch is NOT comfortable, however, even for my teens and with the mattress pad. Next time I think I would bring an inflatable air mattress. The condo is extremely clean and well-appointed with basic necessities. We did have neighbors for a few nights of our stay, and we could hear them occasionally, but it wasn’t bad. Overall, we had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our New Year weekend here. There was a Christmas tree and stockings up making it feel extra homey. It wasn’t as snowy as we hoped but that has nothing to do with the condo.
We were able to walk to town easily but opted to drive once. The walk is definitely doable but also not for anyone with mobility issues.
We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as it was a quick stay but it looks like they would be quite enjoyable.
It was nice to have coffee filters on hand, games to play, a comfortable setting, washer and dryer, and more! Overall, a great stay.

Our stay was awesome!!! It was perfect from start, booking the condo, to leaving to return home. Shannon & Mike Tait were great hosts. Shannon communicated with us for months before we arrived in Leavenworth. She made sure we knew of everything that was available to do while there, where to eat & how to make reservations for all our activities! They decorated the condo for Christmas including a Christmas tree & even brought us sleds to use while we were there. Thank them for making our Christmas 2023 a dream come true!!! Actually a Hallmark Christmas!!!

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. We had a comfortable stay with every need met. Appreciate the well equipped kitchen! I tried to read on the patio but the view was too lovely I couldn’t look away. It was the perfect way to celebrate 50 years.

Truly exceptional both inside & outside. We have made several trips to Leavenworth over the years & this was perhaps the best location & property owners we have interacted with. Most amazing stay at this beautiful super clean condo. It was such an easy walk to downtown-- and it was along the river which made it even more amazing.
The condo had everything we needed-- and the beds were so comfortable. We definitely will stay here again.

With all the festivities happening in town, we really enjoyed the quiet location! The hot tub after biking and before beerfesting was so amazing! The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus for our meal sharing, and we loved sitting on the deck watching the deer on the golf course!
Pullout bed was not the comfiest and the girls actually ended up sleeping on the floor instead! No bike storage either for any mountain bikers who come to visit.
All in all a lovely stay in a funky and busy little town.

Love how the tennis court is in the front; with the pool, view of the golf course, pool, and river in the back. The AC kept us comfortable during the very hot weekend in May. We enjoyed the covered deck with grill and seating for our family of 5. The hosts were gracious, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this condo. The location is fabulous. Close enough you can walk to town, if you want. We used the heated pool and hot tub! We will be back.

This condo is a great, it's spacious, comfy, and well-stocked. It's a lovely place to get away and relax with such fantastic views. The condo complex itself is quiet and well-maintained with a nice tennis court and pool. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back!

My family and I enjoyed the condo. There was no check in we were able to enter right away with door code. It is very big, plenty of room. Very nice and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. It realy is so close to town, you can walk in less than 10 minutes. The bird island right behind condo is such a nice trail with pretty views. Everyhting in the description on VRBO is exactly what you get. We will be back for sure.

The condo had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked which we used allot. The host let us stay longer on our check out day since there was no one coming that day! One of the highlights was the hot tubs! Also was walking distance to the stores.
