Das Lokal/Café hat der gleiche Eingang wie das Apartment, sehr elegant, beruhigend, falls man was fragen möchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet, Bravo an d Interieur Designer! Sehr ruhige Lage, die Glocke der Kirche gibt das Gefühl man ist in einem Dorf…I love it!

Der Schlafsofa könnte besser sein…nach 4 Nächte, Rückenschmerzen… In der Küche noch eine Steckdose…es fehlt kleine Espresso Tassen. Das Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Nicht tragisch, wir hätten eh nur ein Mal schauen wollen.

Clean and good location

No staff facility, so if you need service, you have to try getting it via WhatsApp (firstlevel gpt based chat). Anti allergic linen is feather-filled, which might be ok for dust allergy, but not for feather allergy…. No alternative and no service available…

Location, spacious, clean, comfortable … all was perfect.

They stole our airpods, after confirming that they found our airpods in the room and we shared our address to be shipped to us, they came back later after one week that they cant find our AirPods

Everything was great, highly recommended place for a family vacation in Prague. Accommodation was perfect. Great location.

Check in is a bit complicated.

•The location is nice. •Room is beautiful and spacious

• As a customer that booked the hotel before the owner change, we feel like we didn’t get what we paid for as their is no longer any service at the hotel (except the WhatsApp chat) no concierge, no cleaning service during the stay ( only possible if you stay longer than a week), basically no one working there. We didn’t encounter big issue during the stay, but I can imagine could be an issue if you encounter any emergency in the room • We didn’t receive the room PIN code on the date of arrival, only by contacting their WhatsApp chat, we were informed that the hotel didn’t receive our payment so they cannot provide us the PIN, which they should have inform us earlier on this situation. Not to mention we made the payment successfully few days before the trip, so their system is having issue on syncing those payment status with booking.com… (as I saw many people having the same situation) The hotel even asked us to do the payment again via their payment link, which is not right as that could cause double payment. At the end the agent from booking.com solved the issue for us.

Beautiful room, very clean.

No 24 hour desk with someone on duty to accept lost luggage delivery . Also, no daily housekeeping service.
