Clean and efficient and close to the airport.

The “shuttle” service to the airport was someone who was called to take me to airport. He was confused when I told him which terminal then wasn’t sure if it was to the airport. We needed to go back in because he did not speak English. I do not speak their native language however why would you book a driver to take someone to the airport who could not understand them, or where they were supposed to take them. Very disappointing and discouraging for what is supposed to be a hotel for travelers to be a quick turnaround time to the airport .

Great hotel for a group and easy access to airport

The receptionist was rude and very unhelpful. When we asked about eating somewhere close, we were told there is only pizza close by, but there were many restaurants close to the hotel. We never got any breakfast either, noone told us that we need to pre-order breakfast takeaway. When we asked to organise a taxi for the next day, the receptionist wasn't pleased that we wanted something extra from her. We won't be back!

Close to the airport, A/C worked well (not obvious in the Czech Republic), spacious rooms, free parking next to the hotel entrance.

Bathroom doors had no locks, staff was a bit unpleasant.

The SkyHotel Prague was the perfect option for our need to spend one night near the airport. The location is perfect - 10 minutes from the airport and a free shuttle. The rooms were clean and comfortable and free breakfast is a plus!

No hot water at night in the hotel (you can take shower during the day ONLY) !!! No toothbrush, no slippers. Room had a lot of hair. Minibar did not work. Airport transfer is just a taxi by bolt. Breakfast is the worst I have seen in any hotel. Much noise from planes. Neighbourhood is abandoned and nothing to do if you have free time. Small room. Avoid this hotel. I have no idea how it has 4 stars!
