Great place to stay. Had some adverse weather that resulted in power being out The owner went out of his way to make me very comfortable.

Clean and cozy. Appreciated that owner had some beach items available for us to use (chairs, toys, coolers). Great views and nice location.

Accommodations were nice just what we needed . Loved had chairs being set up and tennis courts and pool.

The property was clean and well kept, the view was amazing and the owner was great and responded to questions quickly. I loved the stay and I will book this property again!

It was fantastic. The condo was nice, the views were spectacular and the beach was gorgeous. Had wind and quite a few waves but on out last day the water was calm and temperature was 86 and water 83. Perfect!

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we always try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, and plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants and for shopping. I am already looking to book this unit again for next year.

This was the cleanest condo we have ever booked. Smelled freshly and clean upon entering. Great location . Everything we needed was there. Appreciated all the lil touches of home in case we forgot anything. Jeff thought of it all. Beautiful views and loved new balcony high top table set. Bed slept great. Loved the rocking chairs as well. We will definitely be back.

Condo was just as described. Very nice, clean, & great view of the ocean. Jeff was great to work with. Only issue we had was getting stuck on elevator 2 times. The elevators had issues. Would recommend to friends and family.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the view from this property is fantastic. Small things could be improved, but really had no issues besides the AC unit being programmed to run at certain temps. We were able to change it once it would switch, but I tried reaching out to owner via phone and email and never heard from him. Overall it was a good week.

It was very nice and the owner is great. He keeps the rate very affordable. Will definitely be back!

Everything was great. Only complaint was trying to navigate the TV. Had to get management to help, otger that the Condo was perfect.

The property was a joy to stay at. It’s was right on the beach, it was clean and comfortable. We couldn’t get enough of the view and sound of the gulf. The owner (Jeff) contacted us a couple of times to ensure our stay was good , he was very gracious and helpful. Thanks so much Jeff for a big wonderful visit we will be back.

The condo was clean and bright. The view was outstanding. One of the nicest vacations we have taken. Close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was great. This condo has everything you need. Would recommend.

The condo we stayed at on Holiday Island in Destin was just as advertised.Great view of the gulf, quiet and very well kept we plan on going back in future to the same location.

Nice, clean one bedroom condo with great views of the gulf. Private beach is beautiful. This unit had all we needed for a comfortable 2 week stay. I’d recommend staying here to friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay . Has everything you need, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels if you didn’t bring your own, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dishes. There is a microwave, stove, dishwasher, blender, toaster, regular coffee maker and more. The bed is comfortable and is super big. We slept really good. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host was very responsive. He answered my questions before we arrived and all was exactly as explained. Good directions on what to do when you arrive and leave. If you’re thinking about staying here, yes, you should. This was my first time to Destin and I’m glad I took this chance and booked this condo for a week.

Beautiful view and just a short walk to the beach! Great location, nearby jetty’s for snorkeling, places to eat within walking distance. Condo has everything you need for a day on the beach. Jeff, the owner was awesome to work with and does everything he can to make sure the stay is enjoyable. We celebrated our 7th year wedding anniversary (we were married on the beautiful Destin Beach) during our stay. We will be coming back to celebrate many more!

My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view every morning while drinking coffee and slowly getting the day started. Then we would make it out the door to the gorgeous white beach and emerald waves.. We enjoyed the relaxed slow pace atmosphere of a private beach. We walked along the sands and surf every night and it was not very crowded. Restaurants, grocery, and shopping were close by. Our two weeks at The surf and racket club seemed to end too fast. We liked the retro vibe, the balcony overlooking a beautiful manicured beach and the kindness of staff. The heavy duty umbrella was perfect for days at nearby Henderson’s State Park. Barrier-free design and ramps to the beach were a big plus for us due to my wife’s recent leg injury. The conveniently located property has so much character we hope to return in the future.
