Great location. We managed parking. However the lane was barely passable. Would stay again in that locale but not on Whitmarsh. Our upstairs neighbors felt the same way.

The location is ideal...walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Duval, but situated on a very quiet street so you can get away from it all and get some sleep. Less than a mile to Higgs Beach in one direction or Mallory Square in the other. Hot tub was a huge bonus.

Truly enjoyed the apartment and especially the hot tub. The pictures were accurate. Only beef was no pitcher to hold a half gallon of liquid. Had to go buy one.

Perfect little one bedroom with a small kitchen and TV room for that romantic weekend getaway... The cottage had everything... Wi-Fi, plenty of cooking utensils, although we went out every night... Everything was perfect, including a very easy, remote contactless check in... Kim at the home office was fantastic to work with... Everybody was very easy, and I am definitely going to stay in that same cottage next year when we’re back for the powerboat races... Highly recommend and a very happy customer.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Thanksgiving. It was perfect for my wife and I...and our son who slept on the pull out couch. Very clean and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to Duvall, but far enough away so you get a nice peaceful sleep. The whole block is very quiet. The backyard is cute, with a nice deck and the very private hot tub was a huge bonus. Plus there is a PARKING SPOT! We would definitely stay here again. Only downside...the matress is not comfortable...super soft, but I admit that I am quite picky when it comes to matresses. Just an fyi for those who stay in vrbos a lot...no extras such as snacks, ice, coffee etc., but I never expect those things...although its nice when they are provided.

House was in a quiet area yet close to all activities on Duval. Home was in excellent condition, clean, on site parking & well stocked. Communication with Host team was excellent & very helpful. Would absolutely rent again on future trips.

The location was close enough to Duvall St. and restaurants to walk! Communication with management was excellent. We look forward to returning.

Ideal location just off Duval St, clean with parking

The place was very comfortable and set up just right to make our stay easy! It was clean and well taken care of. The staff was great with communication and keeping us informed on everything we needed to know during the stay.

This rental was the perfect size and location for me and my wife. Just a short walk to Duval means you aren’t far from anything but have enough space to get a good nights sleep. Check in was a breeze and the property manager is there for whatever you need (although it seems they keep up with maintenance since we didn’t need them). Very clean property and the added bonus of a parking space makes this an easy choice.

Very clean, updated house in an excellent location. Everything about this place was perfect! Property was exactly as advertised, right in the middle of everything we wanted and needed to do. Property management provided excellent service. We look forward to absolutely returning to this place again.

Property management was easy to work with, we had a late arrival and directions were perfect for getting our keys to the property. We got to the property a little after 9pm, unloaded and freshened up and were on Duval by 10pm! The walk is just a couple blocks and so safe and secure. We slept great in the king bed and I enjoyed coffee before heading out for our adventures each day. We went to the beach daily and I can’t imagine if we didn’t have a washer and dryer for suits and towels. If you have ever been to Key West, you know parking can be a real issue in a lot of areas- having a designated parking spot was another reason we chose this rental. Only thing to pass along when choosing this rental- there are beach towels but no other beach items like chairs, umbrellas or tote. We rented chairs and an umbrella daily but that will run you an extra $50, just an fyi.

My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was our first time to the keys and the location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants on duval street! The property was super clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub. We will definitely be booking another trip!

This duplex was clean and charming. The location is excellent and is close to many attractions. The property management team was superb in communication - will definitely use their services again. Just an FYI- you have to go to the office to get the keys and drop them off. Taxi drivers charged more for two stops. Recommend bringing an eye mask because the room is really bright at night and in the morning. This may not be an issue for others-I sleep better in a dark room. Would stay here again.

Great place that has everything you need and very close to everything.

The apartment was spic and span clean. Perfect size for two people to not get in each other’s way. Great location, walk everywhere. Next time we would get mopeds, too much walking for me! Hot tub was a great relaxation after a long day. Great neighbors upstairs too! And they enjoyed their stay as well.

Everything was easy from booking to checking out. Couple block walk to Duval ST made it a nice location. We had no problem with a Honda Accord but a large pickup/SUV may find parking tight

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host company did a wonderful job and was more than accommodating - including allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout until our flight departed. The property itself was clean, location was great (just a short walk to Duval Street) and the recommendations were stellar.

The place stood out to me in terms of its cleanliness and quietness. It is within walking distance to Duval St and the bars and restaurants—but nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood to rest at night. There is a parking spot that is rare because parking is hard to find in Key West. We mostly biked around to watch sunsets at Mallory Square or walked to the many bars when we are drinking. Lastly, the hot tub was the best way to wind down for the night.

Nice clean friendly very very quiet. Rent a scooter leave the car in the parking spot till you leave. Car parking down town sucks scooter spots everywhere.

The unit is just as described/pictured in the listing. It is a perfect location - quiet and just a few blocks to Duvall. The property manager was very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay!
