We loved everything about our stay. Would definitely use again in the future

Good location, overall good stay

The property was as described. The furniture was clean, comfortable, and in good working condition. The dryer had an issue, but owner was very responsive and got a repair man there to fix it. We also had issue when we first got there, the cleaning crew was still cleaning it at 545 pm. We had to wait before we could get in, but it was clean! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes which made it easy to cook meals there. There were beach umbrellas, buckets and pool floats in the closet on balcony and we left some chairs. The elevators were pretty fast and didn't have to wait much. The shopping carts were very handy taking stuff up and down. The inside pool and hot tubs were nice, but it was really steamy in there. Wished there was a hot tub outside. The outside pool was very nice! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would rent here again!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is as listed but there are some things that could be replaced and updated. We had some hiccups with check in but it was worked out. Anytime we stay at the phoenix condos, we know it will be a good vacation :-). The views from the balcony are beautiful!

Great location, the only complaint that we have are check in time, we were given a 3pm check in and was there at 3 ready to get in but was told by the cleaners that we cant get in until 4pm, this was an inconvenience as we traveled 4 hours and then had to wait in the hallway an hour with our little ones.but overall it was a great stay and would stay again with a for sure check in time.

Overall the layout of the condo was perfect for our stay and we had a great vacation. It was very clean and well kept and the views were awesome. We did have a toddler with us and we had concern about some of the spacings between the spindles on both balconies as he could have fit through them. There was some netting already cut to length for the back balcony in the storage room that we installed with tie wraps. We left the netting installed on the back balcony along with a pack of tie wraps in the storage room if needed for future use. The dryer also had to run a couple cycles for towels to dry, but not a major issue. Other than that, we had no other complaints!

Ill keep this short and sweet. This property more than lived up to its pictures and I wouldn't think twice about renting again. Large rooms, amazing views from all sides and everything was extremely clean when arriving are just a few of the great things to say. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Orange Beach with your family book this place now!!

The location is perfect, 12th floor of condo provided beautiful view, contact with manager easy and efficient. Everyone loved the condo, pool and beach access. Would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room and great location. We walked to dinner across the street a few times. Bathrooms were bit small when trying the bath small children but overall would stay again.

The property is located right in the middle of everything. Mary was easy to work with on arrival. Very relaxing week.

Awesome views out living room and master bedroom windows. Beautiful vista of Orange Beach from master bedroom windows/balcony. Panoramic, gorgeous view of gulf out living room via the great balcony. Being on 12th floor was great, to be up and away from some traffic and walkers as well as seeing for such long distance. Several cosmetically damaged items: bathroom doors, cabinets, and closet doors. Dirtiness on some kitchen cabinets and oven, which I wiped clean with Lysol wipes easily. Couch had several stains. Much sand on and under rug in living room, and the recliners had several food particles under (noted as my children playing on floor and slightly moving furniture around, as well as immediately seeing when opening leg props of recliners). Maintenance was called by owner to come first thing Monday morning after we notified that bathtub was running water incessantly. He was very friendly, prompt, and fixed issues right away. Owner happy we notified her of maintenance issues to be addressed. Large and spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Great balcony with closet of some used, left-behind by previous renters, shareable beach items (including 2 short beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, some sand toys, net for collecting shells in water, and a couple of floaties). Hallway closets include vacuum, broom, mop, and plenty of space for your items while renting. Washer/dryer was loud (esp dryer) but efficient enough for us to run a couple of loads of laundry. Kitchen well stocked of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and glasses. Note that there is only a regular coffee machine, not Keurig-style. No coffee filters or coffee provided, so bring your own. Or go down to 1st floor lobby to get a complimentary cup of plain coffee. Pools in any building of Phoenix 1, 2, 3, or 4 can be used if you have snap bracelet from front desk. Note that only outdoor heated pool is in Phoenix 1. Overall, good place to stay. Building felt secure. Duel elevators in building were busy but never bad enough we waited more than 2 rounds of people loading in an elevator. And luggage carts and shopping carts available to bring your belongings in/out of condo.

We loved this condo and especially loved the view. When you woke up and walked into the living room and kitchen area it was as if you were walking out onto the water.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the fact that in the fall months are you allowed to use the other Phoenix amenities. We loved the neighboring heated pool, water slide, and lazy river. We had a great time!

We traveled to Orange Beach for the fourth time in the past seven years and this was our best stay yet. Condo was perfect for our family of four (40, 39, 12, 5). Easy access into the building and elevators, pool, and access to the beach were all positive. The ability to easily walk between Phoenix 1-4 buildings to use facility amenities was nice too. Condo has everything you need except hangers so I would suggest bringing some if needed or buying some at Walmart. No complaints, just an easy stay for our Fall break vacation!
