We have stayed at playa royal many times all of which have been in building 1. This was the first time in building 4. The condo was great. Extremely clean and everything there to make the stay a good one. The owner did a great job in describing the condo and was excellent to work with. The view was great. Rent this condo you won’t be disappointed. Only problem,which the owner had nothing to do with, was getting a palapa on the beach.

Stay at this property twice a year, first time in this condo. Our stay at this spot was very comfortable. Everything was stocked nicely. Would recommend. Great weather, great amenities, friendly staff, convenient to all attractions.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. This resort is amazing, the grounds & staff are exceptional. And the beach & location are the best! Lorraine is an excellent host. Great communication, w/ prompt reply to questions. She sent a packet of information & suggestions that was very helpful. Her unit is spacious., clean, well stocked & very comfortable. We had a great time with our family of four (kids are 4 and 6 years old). The condo unit is in a great complex with pool and beach access. The beach is perfect for kids - not too rough and nice and sunny. The unit is good in size and well stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be back!

My great niece and I spent 7 wonderful night’s at Lorraine’s Playa Royale condo. Everything needed to make it a home away from home plus paradise. Lorraine was so easy to deal with and responded to all questions we had. I’ve stayed at Playa Royale many, many times over the years and wanted to share that with my niece. She was so happy to be there as everything was perfect. Days at the pool or the palapa,s on the Beach. Nights out for dinner in town or at one of the great local restaurants. Words cannot really explain what a great location it is. You just have to try it. We’ll be back. Thank you so much Lorraine !!

We had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfy and spacious for 4 adults and one 7 year old. Owner was incredible to work with. Had a wonderful view of the beach and pool. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Pool was perfect and beach was right off the pool. Property was a perfect location with many restaurants within feline distance or a very short cab ride.

2nd time staying in this unit, very comfortable. Very thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. ex: extra blankets, pillows, sand toys. I rented three units for my family and this one was the best by far.

This is our fourth visit to Playa Royale and it will not be our last. The condos are great for adults and kids and the beach is fantastic. Lorraine’s 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our family and exactly as described.

Everything was perfect, the condo, the personnel at Playa Royale, close access by walk to grocery store, pharmacy, shopping mall, and very good restaurants.

Our kids stayed here with their toddlers and it had everything they needed. The condo was spacious and clean. The owners were easy to communicate with. The grounds are beautiful and the area safe. We would definitely come back!

The condo was absolutely stunning - fully equipped with a beautiful ocean front location. It exceeds the pictures. When we were there, it was very quiet and serene. The beach is wonderful and very safe for swimming and bogie boarding. Lorraine was wonderful to work with and answered every question. Truly a piece of patadise.

The best of the best! The condo was fully equipped , very comfortable for two couples. Lots of room if you wanted to bring kids. Very safe and the security was fantastic. I left my purse , with money and credit cards in it, at one of the pools. I was frantic but security had already found it and it was safe and intact in their office. Awesome! Sunsets are spectacular and the owner, Lorraine , was very easy to deal with . We will be returning to this condo! 5 thumbs up!

The photos do not describe how beautiful the condo , beach, people, restaurants and all other surroundings are. The condo was absolutely immaculate with a personal touch of Lorraine's beautiful painting. The furniture, bedding and kitchen are all like brand new. Nuevo is safe, friendly, convenient and the beach is increadable.

We had an amazing vacation, it truly is paradise! The condo was immaculate and stocked with all the necessities plus boogie boards which all of us took advantage of. The owners were extremely helpful and well organized which made it very easy for us. It was very peaceful but close by there is plenty to do and fabulous restaurants all around. There is something to do for all ages, a wonderful place to enjoy. We were there for 9 days and everyday was an adventure, we saw whales, swam with the dolphins, went snorkeling, visited downtown, had cookouts on the property, parasailed, walked the beach everyday, saw the sunset every night on the beach, and all came home with a gorgeous tan.

We were thoroughly impressed with everything about this condo specifically, as well as Playa Royale in general. The resort itself is extremely well maintained, with friendly helpful staff. It is peaceful and uncrowded, which was perfect for our family with 4 children ranging in ages from 2-10. We spent the majority of our time swimming in one of the 3 pools and whirlpools as well as enjoying the easy access to the beach to play in the sand and 'ride' the waves! We were very appreciative as well that the 'rip-tide' in Nuevo Vallarta is almost non-existent, which we are told is not the case in PV. We felt very safe in the ocean with our kids, and yet still had fun boogie boarding the waves! When we needed or wanted an extra activity, we simply walked down the beach to Paradise Village to participate in some of the animal shows, or down the street to shop around the plaza. We also chose one 'tour' as a family. The River/Canal tour with Captain George was very fun and affordable! We saw lots of wildlife and our guide was great at telling us stories about some of the properties along the river. We ate the majority of our meals in the condo (usually on the balcony) and found the kitchen had all of the amenties we needed and grocery shopping at Walmart and the nearby store was simple. We did occasionally grab a bite at the onsite Beach Club, and although it was not 'cheap', it was convenient and the kids enjoyed their 'fancy drinks' during Happy Hour! The bedrooms/bathrooms/fans/airconditioning were perfectly suited to our needs. We also had friends staying in a condo and it was fun to be able to swim with them, BBQ together and share meals! Our taxi ride together into PV (15 of us!) was very easy to access. I would especially like to thank the owners of this property for all of the questions they answered, the helpful information they provided, and their care for their condo and for us as their customers. They truly go 'above and beyond'. We were especially grateful for the Satellite Cable to be able to watch the last couple of days of the Olympics, and the mid-week cleaning! If I had a complaint, it would be that we could stay longer...and maybe bring along a cook and/or babysitter. :) Overall, we felt very blessed for this opportunity to have a warm holiday with our large family at an affordable rate -especially since this winter in Canada was brutal! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!

Very much enjoyed our vacation at Playa Royale. My husband and I have been to Nuevo Vallarta many times and have stayed at the noisy and busy mega resorts. On this trip, we needed to unwind and enjoy time away from our stressful jobs, so we decided to look into renting a condo. We shared the condo with another couple, good friends and traveling companions. The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, safe and relaxing. Just what we all needed. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinners at the condo when we didn't feel like going out. WE also reserved the BBQ area and invited two other couples, friends and family who where staying at Paradise Village, to join us for dinner. They loved Playa Royale as well. We loved to spend our days at the beach or pool, and enjoyed sunsets and walking on the beach. We tried walking to Bucarias one night but got tired half way and took a cab the remainder of the way. The owners were very helpful in the entire rental process and answered all the many questions we headed their way. We would definitely stay in a condo instead of a resort on our next trip to Mexico.

A new memory foam mattress on the king size bed makes sleep heavenly. Great, easy to deal with owners, fun decor and a beautiful well kept resort all makes for an amazing stay!

This was our second trip to Nuevo Vallarta and having stayed at Playa Royale with family the first time we knew we wanted to come back! This time we brought our four daughters - all 18 and older - with us as their Christmas gift. This is a fabulous place to come and stay! The unit is excellent and it was a real plus to have the two Queen sized beds for our girls. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. The property is gorgeous and is immaculate at all times. The beach is spectacular and the service there and around the pool was great as well. The six of us were very comfortable in this unit and did most of our own cooking. We found it very easy to get around on local transportation whether it was shuttle, taxi or the local bus. We actually rode the bus all the way to Sayulita for $10.00 for our entire family. It was great! We did go into Puerto Vallarta for one afternoon and evening and shopped and ate at Pipi's. Most of our time was spent enjoying the beach, the pool, the gym, and the golf course. We are hooked and will definitely come back again! Only two complaints - the king sized bed was kind of hard and the vacation was just too short!

What a fantastic time during our Christmas vacation we had with our family and friends! The accommodations were outstanding,and the service provided by the staff at the condominium was excellent. The distance between all of the buildings made it easy for get togethers and bbqs. The location and property was extremely safe and there was security available at all times. We never felt that we had to worry about anything. All of the information that was provided by the owner and property manager was extremely helpful and made it easy to get around. All of the restaurants which were recommended were outstanding. We would definitely book this again!

My husband and I surprised our 13 year old Triplets for their birthday with this marvelous stay at property #105696 in Playa Royale. Our friends refered us to this place when they heard we were planning a trip to Mexico with our kids. Our intensions were to stay at an All Inclusive but then our friends told us about Playa Royale! We are so glad we listend to them. Not only did we save a lot of money but my husband and I and more so our kids loved our stay on this property! Our kids said it was there best vacation ever and they want to come back every year! Even better then Disney World they said! The grounds were so beautiful and the Condo was large for a family of five. We couldn't believe how nice everything was. We made breakfast and lunch in the Condo each day and grilled out by the pool for dinner. We also enjoyed some of the fabulous Restaurants near by ~ walking distance. The kids enjoyed boogie boarding and swimmimg in the Ocean as well as swimming in the large pool too. It was so quite and relaxing the kids loved that the pool was not over crowded with vacationers and they could jump between the pool and Ocean so easily! There favorite activity we did there was the Zip Lining Adventure we did as a family,so fun! Most importatly we had fun as a family together and are looking forward to coming back many more times. You wont be disappointed in this property #105696.

We (two couples from Denver, CO) had a wonderful time at Playa Royale. We were impressed by the extreme cleanliness of the condo and the beautiful landscaping of the grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed the mellow atmosphere and the quiet was just what we all needed. It was so easy to relax there! The guys played golf twice at El Tigre, which they really liked. The girls went to a Zumba class at the club. It was great and the facilities are outstanding. We made two trips downtown - took the bus down and cab back. Very easy. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners and Joy and Pilar. We walked to Bucerias one day along the beach and it was amazing to me how much Nuevo Vallarta has grown. My husband and I have been to Puerto Vallarta many times - starting in 1981. I have to say we have found a real gem in Playa Royale and it is our favorite. The condo worked very well for 2 couples and is beautiful and well constructed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and on the beach watching the sunset. One evening, baby turtles were being released into the ocean, but they were too tired to swim , so we helped gather them for release the following day. It was a special experience. The grounds are so well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed watching different birds in the coconut tree. My favorite activity was walking along the ocean early in the morning. It was SO relaxing. We would definitely recommend this property to all of our friends and relatives. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay longer, but there's always next time!
