Wonderful stay, only one glitch with freezer/ice maker where we had to buy a bag of ice & luckily there was an extra chest freezer for us to move our frozen food into. The mgmt. company did send a technician out to fix it. Otherwise, lovely time, pretty garden/Mt. View from lower & upper lanais, great BBQ that had no problem getting hot, great beach access to private Mauna Lani Beach Club, great pool & close to awesome Hapuna & Mauna Kea beaches! Saw a huge manta ray at Hapuna one morning. Fabulous snorkeling, we rented from Kohala Diver’s & equipment was great, no leaks, Great pizza at Pueo’s Italian restaurant in Waikoloa Village too! We would for sure stay at Tranquility Villa again!

We loved having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club! Great place to snorkel. Beautiful clear blue warm ocean water! Loved! Community pool is two buildings down which was perfect walking distance. Need a rental car or golf cart to get to the beach. House is well stocked- nice beach towels, beds were comfortable, washer/dryer were new and worked great. Garage well stocked with snorkel gear, coolers, chairs etc… Life vests are old school buckle jackets, but we brought our kids Costco life vests that zip so that wasn’t an issue. Thought I’d post just in case other people wondered what types were provided. Pots/pans, couches are getting worn/uncomfortable, but they are clean and this wasn’t an issue for us at all and is expected with a rental unit. Outdoor grill is amazing!! Not a whole lot of restaurants nearby ; need to drive to Waikoloa (10 min drive) or Kona (35-40 min drive). You can walk to Fairmont Orchid resort, little Mauna Lani shopping center (pizza place, Tommy Bahama restaurant, small market). We would definitely rent this unit again. We had a wonderful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We live on island and was looking for a staycation! Our family loved having unlimited access to the beach club! Foodland was awesome a so close to the complex where this condo is! Attention to detail and amenities overall was awesome! A definite “Hana Hou” for our ‘ohana to visit again!

Bright, comfortable, and well-equipped unit. A perfect size for two couples or a smaller family. Great location very close to Kulalani's fitness center, pool and spa areas. Quiet, lovely setting offering beautiful mountain views of Mauna Kea from the living room, master bedroom, and both patios (upstairs off the master and downstairs off the dining room). We enjoyed leisurely dinners on the L-shaped main patio most nights, using the Viking gas grill, outdoor counter and sink. Lots of bikes, coolers and beach gear available for renters to use in the single-stall garage, plus we stored our suitcases, golf travel bags and inflatable paddle boards in it. (We parked our rental car outside in one of the six spots nearby.) From start to finish the property's managements team provided clear communication, detailed orientation and prompt responses. Overall, Tranquility Villa offers great value inside Mauna Lani. (This was our fourth stay of 8-15 days each in a Kulalani property.) We would gladly rent this unit again and heartily recommend it for your consideration.. We were very pleased!

Tranquility Villa is light and airy, with lovely views from the living/dining room and the master bedroom. We were with family who had rented two other townhome-condos, and thought our unit had the best views and the best light of all three units. We loved the location near the pool. We were especially impressed with the access to the Beach Club. Perfect for everyone, with a sandy, calm beach for the young children, and great snorkeling for the older set. We would stay at Tranquility Villa again!

This was the third or fourth time staying at a Jeff & Suzanne property. They’re wonderful property manager. This was our second time in this particular unit and everything was great. We loved having the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were very comfortable for our family. Our kids really appreciated the beach toys, too.

My husband and our three children (14,12,11) so enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication up to the arrival/during/after our stay was fantastic. This place is beautiful and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and I loved making smoothies with the Ninja blender each morning. The neighbourhood was perfect and my 11 and 12 year old loved the access to bikes and biked around the neighbourhood each day and we biked to the beach close by. The pool area was so nice as was the private beach club - which was a great spot for snorkelling. The beach equipment provided was a huge bonus for visiting many of the beaches close by. A fantastic stay and would definitely recommend!

The condo is gorgeous and has everything you need! The owners are right there and super responsive. The pools are gorgeous and the gym is great too! Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches are close by and amazing. Great place for a great vacation!

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. The proximity to the pool and gym was great. Fun to ride the bikes around the resort. The beach club is a calm, clean beach with many activities and a restaurant. The property is as described and provides you with everything you could need. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent here again!

My husband and I, and another couple stayed for almost a week and it was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described, excellent layout for each of us to feel like we had our own space, and not be on top of each other. Great location on the island, access to the beach club was awesome! and the Pools at the complex were equally as nice.....not too crowded, clean and all around an excellent location! We would definitely look to stay here again!

Tranquility Villa was exactly as I hoped it would based on the description, images and reviews. Lots of nice extras as well. Jeff and Suzanne deliver a first-class experience. I will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tranquility Villa. Our favorite part was the amazing (and always changing) view of Kohala Mountain from the upstairs lanai! The condo was well-appointed and even had toiletries for us. We appreciated having a keypad lock to gain entry to the condo - no need to coordinate and keep track of keys. The location was optimal for us - we could walk or bike to several beaches and walk to the grocery store. Upon discovering that the bike tires needed air, we called and someone stopped by promptly to resolve the problem while we were out. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Beautiful place, close to everything, very well stocked/appointed, great amenities (the pools and gym are excellent), easy/timely communication. Highly recommend! FYI, the Mauna Lani Resort is closed for remodeling, but you still get access to the Beach Club, which is a great place to hang out and eat for the day.

We had a great stay at Tranquility Villa! Ver comfortable house, conveniently located right near the community pool. The house was very well equipped with all of the amenities and beach gear, even high chair and gate for our 1yr old! Would definitely return.

The listing description is spot on. The town home is very clean and the furnishings are very comfortable. We had a party of 5 and the unit is spacious enough so we weren't tripping over each other. Very short walk to the beautiful pool/rec center. The owner provided updates regularly to make sure our arrival went smoothly with directions to the unit and easy entry. We rented a resort cart to cruise to the near by village grocery store and coffee shop. Tommy Bahama restaurant in the shopping village is a MUST, the food is fabulous for lunch, happy hour or dinner. The private beach at the Beach Club was a great snorkel spot, easy access with lots of fish. I would definitely recommend!

We recently stayed at 1806 and had a wonderful stay. The condo was spacious, well appointed and nicely equipped. The pool and gym facilities were just right and the air was clear and not Voggy! Thank you so much for sharing this great place with our family. We hope to return someday soon!!

We recently spent 4 nights at Island Oasis at the Mauna Lani resort with our son and grandsons. The villa is spotless and very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc are all of high quality. The pool is very close and the beach club a great place to enjoy with children. There area has several restaurants and a market in walking distance. We would definitely return to this villa again!

We love Kulalani and its our second time staying in the area. Great pools and access to beaches. We loved that this unit came with bikes and other swim/beach equipment - made it very easy to pick a few things out of the garage and head out for the day. Will come back.

Jeff and Suzanne's condo had everything we needed to really enjoy our family vacation. We appreciated all the gear they provide! The condo is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The master suite and bathroom are luxurious and all beds and linens are very comfortable. The large family pool is just a short walk away - loved swimming there as well as at the beach club (where by the way , the snorkeling is great)! Jeff and Suzanne have lots of great suggestions for things to do...make sure you hit all the beaches on their list. The condo is well located to East side activities and the nearby Foodland grocery has everything you need for picnics etc. Loved every minute of our stay and would definitely come back.

The villa was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed the assortment of entertainment, especially netflix. The bed linens were very soft and luxurious. Villa is close to foodland, very good poke. Appreciated access to the community beach what a great spot for snorkeling and relaxing in your own cabana. Booking the villa was smooth and effortless, will have to come back next year.
