We celebrated my retirement by a month long visit at this awesome condo. It was everything stated and more. Furnishings are top notch. Communication with owner was easy and responsive. We would recommend this condo and area for all who want luxury and classic Florida.

This beautiful condo was our home for a month. It truly felt like home and had beautiful amenities. The kitchen had everything needed for meal pre. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the lanai- our favorite room of the home. Listening to the waves and walking on the beach was so relaxing. We brought our dog with us and she enjoyed the near by dog parks and walks around the golf course. We had no issues but when we reached out to Doug he always responded promptly. Flagler beach is one of our favorites. It is old school Florida with fun places to eat and multiple parks for hiking, canoeing, etc. can’t wait to return!

We were very pleased to see that the actual condo. was truly as it was pictured. The kitchen was supplied with absolutely everything that you need, the 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms had plenty of towels and sheets. The laundry room had a very nice washer and dryer and it was so convenient to have it in the unit. The pool was a comfortable temperature and it was never very crowded. The beach was lovely, with whales and dolphins passing by, and a great place for our grandkids to play in the sand and wade through the breakers. We also found the neighbors, and neighborhood, very friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked this condo. again for next year, the same time. As an extra added attraction, we saw several rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. The night launch was amazing! The property is close to many restaurants and shops for souvenirs and T-shirts. Flagler Beach is a beautiful beach that goes on for miles and miles. Not great for shelling, but wonderful to play in the breakers and walking in the sand. Finally, the City of St.Augustine, a 45 minute drive away, is historical and has many unique shops.

Doug made it very easy to book this beautiful property located on the beach. It was roomy with almost everything you need for your stay. We would love to visit again.

It was a nice condo but a our ice maker didn't work an the washer quit on us. And the floors looked like they weren't mopped very well we mopped them. They didn't stock any toilet paper. But over all it was ok. Just little things. The dogs enjoyed it. Doug was great he replied back very quickly when I had any questions. Thanks. Linda an Mark Henry

No problems everything was very simple and easy

Just the right place for our family of 6. We wanted a place with a pool, access to the ocean, and driving distance to Orlando. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Owners communicated amazing. Easy to complete process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas and New Year's at South Beach condos in Flagler Beach. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach fantastic.

This is a comfortable property with easy access to the beach. The property and the beach area are very quiet and private making it a great relaxing vacation

I almost hate to glow about this property for fear that others will figure out about it, but South Beach is amazing, and this unit is no exception. Such a great space to lounge and entertain family. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful sea side condo, immaculately kept and decorated. Close to restaurants and other attractions. Not much more you can ask for in a vacation rental !

The condo was very nice. Being on the first floor was so convenient when going back and forth to the pool and the beach. With an almost private beach, we had plenty of room to enjoy the sand and water. We had a great week!

Spacious and lovely decor on this remodeled beach condo made our family and pets beach trip a wonderful experience. It was basically handicap accessible except for the shower. You must bring your own shower bars that can be attached by suction cups to this small standup only shower stall. You can buy them at Walmart or Bed Bath and Beyond. A sturdy bench in the very large master bathroom would have been helpful so you could sit after showering to dry off and dress. You can get through all rooms and then to the pool by a ramp. The pool and covered pavilion were wonderful with the breeze from the beach. The beach was not accessible for someone who can’t climb stairs. You will also have to cross HWY A1A to get to the beach to see it. It was not possible for me. The couches were very low, so I needed help getting up in the living area inside and on the screened porch. The porch fan did not work, so it was too hot to sit out there. I wish there had been one comfortable chair in the living area for me. The dog walk area was right outside the porch door. We would return there for sure, but I know now I need the shower bars and a higher portable chair.

Beautiful, clean condo. Like being at home. Property is gorgeous and well kept. Pool is immaculate and not busy.

This is a special condo, as nice as any we’ve ever stayed in: We had a family reunion here in late September 2018, with six adults and two dogs. The unit couldn’t have been more comfortable, and includes a very spacious master BR Suite and two more comfy BRs, all with excellent beds, and quality furnishings and TVs. The kitchen is truly excellent, with great appliances, lots of space, and abundant kitchen ware. We had a catered dinner for my wife’s 70th birthday, and the caterer also loved the kitchen. The living area actually has comfortable couches! The condo is an end unit, with good visibility, and a view of the ocean (although you do have to cross a two-lane coastal road to get to the beach). The beach was very private. There is also an excellent private pool. The whole 42-unit condo is immaculately maintained. Parking is convenient. In all, a memorable vacation in a lovely unit. Our family absolutely loved this condo. All the comforts of home. The place was clean and comfortable. Especially loved the screened-in patio! The weather was hot and perfect. We would love to come back next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

My family loved staying here! The condo is beautiful and very nicely decorated. It is very comfortable for the six of us and so convenient to most anything we needed. The beach was almost deserted which my family loved, and the pool was never crowded, usually only about 2-3 people besides us. Thank you for a wonderful week! And yes, we all agreed that we would love to stay here again next summer! (I loved the 11AM check out time.)

Our family stayed for two weeks. The pool and beach were steps away. Each beach day began with a swim in the pool on the way to and from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Any questions were answered right away. We comfortably fit our two daughters, my parents, and our dog. We can't wait to come back next summer.

We have stayed in this facility many times. Excellent layout for families.Always well maintained. Prompt return on all of our e-mails. The pool and beach is never crowded.

Awesome vacation!!! This was our second vacation at this condo and this trip was enjoyable as the first. The condo was clean and well equipped. We will definitely plan a future vacation and be back at South Beach.

We loved our stay at the condo last July. Our group had a girls week there which included a friend of mine (we are both mother's in our 50's) and my daughter and her friend (college age). We found the condo to be in excellent shape, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool area was fabulous, we loved the fact that it had restrooms as well as a covered area to take a break from the sun. We enjoyed the patio area outside and enjoyed time there after a long day in the sun. My ONLY complaint about the condo is that the mattresses in the two guest bedrooms were not very comfortable. We have enjoyed visiting Flager for many years and South Beach Condos are the nicest place to stay that we have found. We plan of visiting again soon. Doug was excellent to work with. He was always prompt about returning any e-mails that I sent to him. We are planning on contacting him again about staying in his condo next summer.

The condo was clean and inviting. It had everything we needed for a week of relaxing fun in the sun. The location is great and the amenities were delightful. The hosts were easy to work with.

We have been vacationing in this area for about 8 years now and I have never had a more pleasant renting experience than when I rented this condo in Flagler Beach. The condo is in excellent shape, very spacious, well-kept, comfortable beds, and we loved being on the ground floor. We do alot of cooking on vacation rather than eating out and we found the kitchen to be very functional and equipped with everything we needed for our gourmet meals! The complex is well-maintained and absolutely beautiful. Just a few shorts steps to the sand and shore! Being able to bring our small dog with us was a BIG plus and certainly made our vacation a memorable one.
