Perfect location with many amenities! Over the past 8-9 years the little beach towns that stretch from Clearwater down to St. Pete beach have been our go to Spring Break location. We booked last minute and didn't want to spend as much as we normally do for a gulf side/view condo. Never stayed on the intercoastal...but this place made us forget all about being gulf side! We loved the property and would definitely stay again. Loved the balcony, pool, dock on intercoastal where we fished and saw manatees! Close to John's Pass and if you cross Gulf Ave. and walk about 100 yards you are on the beach! We greatly appreciated that certain minor amenities were already present....beach toys, cards/boardgames for the kids, and many kitchen basics (salt & pepper/foil/etc). Only minor issue...and very minor...use the bath mat in master...it's slippery! Beautiful place and location!

First time in Madeira Beach. We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect, and just as advertised! Walking distance to the beach was wonderful! Great restaurants and even did a fishing excursion at John’s Pass. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. Condo is spacious, clean & has everything you need. Views from the balcony are fantastic. We saw manatees & dolpins in the bay from the balcony. Not many people in the pool so it was like having our own private pool. Beach is a short walk across the street. Can’t wait to return.

Location was great. Beach access was right across the street. Very nice accommodations. Very reasonably priced. Alot of good restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a great place this is to retreat to for sun , warmth and loads of options to explore and enjoy. We almost could roll out of bed and be at a uncontested beach. The trolley was a plus for getting around as well as exploring some terrific biking trails. The hosts were most responsive and the check in was easy-breezy. Hope to have a redux in the near future.

Everything about this property was exactly or even better than listed. Super clean, plenty of everything anyone could need to feel at home. Location to beach, dinner & shopping was all in walking distance. Surpasses expectations….thank you for providing such an awesome place!

Everything was great! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway at a good price. There were beaches, shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

We had a great time! This place was perfect for our family of 5. Whether it be getting up for the sunrise over the bay in the back or walking out the front door to walk across to the beach... you get the best of both worlds. John's Pass is just a good walk down the way and the sand on the beach at the access here is by far the softest. Any problems, the owner will get right back with you and get it fixed. The lady that cleans the condo is the sweetest 🥰 We recommend 👌

I really enjoyed the marina right outside the window. I watched the boats go out in the morning and return in the afternoon. John's Pass was close to the condo, great for entertainment.

The place was well equipped. Parking was not a problem and it was right across the street from the beach with beach access one block away. Balcony in the bay side was perfect for viewing fireworks. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Condo was nice, enjoyed the balcony, floors could have been cleaner. On day of checkin I was notified that washer was broken, we had packed lightly planning to wash some garments there, so that was an issue. I had to notify owner that we needed clean towels on day 3. Buy or pack toilet paper, you only get 2 rolls for your entire stay!!
