The stay was excellent, a beautiful home with lovely touches to make you feel comfortable. Overall I gave the highest rating, but the TV didn’t work. The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The pool and lanai was awesome. It's a couple bocks to duval street and within walking distance of downtown. The house was clean but it needs some updating, tiles and carpet. We would go again.

Four Adults comfortably stay at Mango Margarita for a long weekend. The place is very nice and comfortable. We usually stay closer to all of the action of Duval Street, and enjoyed this much better because we found new fun spots! This is blocks away from the Southernmost Point and very close to Blue Heaven, our favorite brunch spot. We would definitely rent this again!

We got ready here on the morning of our wedding and it was the perfect size for the bridesmaids. It was gorgeous from the pool to the house, and the pool is really warm. Everything was super clean and we have stayed in several places. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! The customer service is also very helpful because you can message them with any questions! We got so many compliments on the house from our friends! Definitely recommend!

The townhouse was private, serviceable and comfortable. Good location. While clean, it could use an update such as carpet repalcement.

This house was perfect. It was close enough to the action, but far enough away to where it was quiet at night. The pool was a perfect oasis to cool off after the heat of walking around.

Our stay was very nice at Mango Margarita. It was quite expensive for the 4 nights we were there but we booked late and this was available 2 blocks off of Duval Street which is what we wanted. The pool is nice and there is lots of room in the nicely decorated townhome.It is very clean and nice. The only complaint which I have seen from other reviews was that the carpet (on the stairs and upstairs) is worn & stained and should be replaced, especially for the price of the place. Too bad it looks like someone dripped bleach on the carpet. The carpet is clean, though.

First, the PRO's: -The location is superb. Extremely close to Duval Street, but far enough away to eliminate unwanted noise. -The property manager (Michelle) is incredibly communicative, responsive and friendly. -Comfortable beds/furniture. And now for the CONS: -The price we paid for the quality of the home was extremely unwarranted. Although advertised at $xxx per night, it ended up costing over $xxxx per night with all of the cleaning fees, service fees, VRBO fees, taxes, etc. (VRBO won't allow me to post specific prices). But the actual cost ended up being 67% more! -The house is in significant disrepair. Cracked/broken floor tiles throughout, heavily stained carpet upstairs, broken window latches, etc. -The house is in serious need of a thorough cleaning. One look at the HVAC vents and you're disgusted. They were covered in a thick (1" or more) layer of dust and grime, which you will end up breathing if you use the AC at all. -The rules/regulations they ask you to follow seem outrageous considering the fees charged for cleaning. Incredibly fear-based, making you and your group afraid to do anything improperly for fear of financial consequences. You will spend your last day stripping all the beds, linens, towels, etc. and placing them in very specific locations, completely emptying the refrigerator, wiping down all kitchen counters, doing the dishes, etc. I would not recommend this home unless you have no other choice for a larger group (with unlimited funds)!

The house was in a great location - walkable to everything, but a bit away from the Duval noise. Great space for 2 couples, neat pool area, good sized kitchen and living area.

There were some reviews that commented on the age of the house; while it’s not the newest home I’ve vacationed in, it was really well cared-for and it’s a lovely home. I would absolutely return. My one concern was related to the pool. We saw 1-2 iguanas daily climb onto a tree limb and urinate/defecate into the pool. If I owned the house, I would seriously consider removing the only tree that overhangs the pool. If I vacationed here again, I’d bring my own chlorine tablets and clean out the filter daily.

We had an excellent time at Mango Margarita in Key West! We were able to walk everywhere, the location was great. The back pool space was great for a family and the unit is the perfect size (we had 5 total in our party). We’ll be back!

The property was as expected after reading previous reviews. Most importantly it was clean. We agree that the floors need to be updated. Be aware that there will only be one bath towel and one wash cloth per guest. There are additional towels designated as pool towels that we used as bath towels when needed. Overall we were happy with our stay and would consider renting this place again if we decide to return.

Property manager Brian was excellent and so were the complimentary concierge service!

Thankful they let us store our luggage before check in and after check in so we could still enjoy the island upon arrival and while waiting ringer to the airport. House was in fair condition and really just needs the carpet replaced and tile on the floor in the kitchen repaired. The pool was such a bonus and we really enjoyed it but perhaps some landscaping can be cleaned up in the backyard because the smell of the iguana feces was strong thru the bushes which made it hard to be in that side of the pool. Obviously they are native and we understand but maybe thinning out the shrubs could help.
